I have just purchased my first WorldSIM card and the product is exactly what I am looking for. A real must for any world traveller. Daniel from customer support has been extremely helpful and supportive. A great experience!
World sim is useless, did not work in either New Zealand or Canada. Contacted customer support and received some instructions which I followed without success. I tried calling the help line numerous times with no answer. I ended up buying local sims in New Zealand and Canada. World sim is a useless product do not buy
I paid $135 for the Sim and another $35 for a Spanish number. The sad unfortunate part of it is that I am unable to makes calls domestically or internationally and my credit is been debited daily for services I am definitely not receiving. My UK # *******219: US# *******278: Spanish Vartual# +34 *******

International roaming Sim Card
Easy to buy and activate. Work almost all countries... no activation fees... two usa and uk numbers free, topup discounts amazing deals... must buy it. Very cheap overall
I ordered 5 international sim cards for our family trip. They were not delivered in the 1-3 days as advertised. It was getting close to our departure date so I contacted World sim on two consecutive days chasing the order. They asked me to check my local post office which I did but nothing had been delivered there. On the day of leaving, the SIM cards still hadn't come so we had to leave without them. No means of communication whilst away and three very unhappy children who were not able to stay in contact with their friends for two weeks. We arrived home to them in the post box, which is no good to us now. The SIM cards are unused and untouched. I have been trying for over seven weeks now to get a refund. I have spoken to numerous people, sent many emails and just keep being told that this matter is with the relevant department. I am not getting anywhere. No one is helping. The Sims cost £220.00
I would have some faith restored in this company if they would just honour the refund. They keep telling me about their 14 day refund policy, which I was unable to advise them in this time period as I was not in the country hence needing the international Sims and without them had no way of communicating. Very poor customer service from this company. If they had just sent the sim cards out in the time frame they advertised, we would not be having this problem. There seems to be many more unhappy customers on the site. I know I am definitely another one adding to the list.
Daniel helped me to get my sim working again, his instructions were easy to follow, and was very polite. Will continue to use world sim as travel quite a lot to different countries.
Do NOT be fooled by this SCAM company.
All positive reviews are done by themself.
This company does not exist, they will take your money from you but nothing happens thereafter.
I have instructed solicitors to get this company off the web, in the meanwhile be very careful.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I purchase a bundle data for russian federation and no carrier accept the services
The chat service is terrible and they was not helpful
I claim my money back
But no response from worldsim
The Support email is also unresponsive
Defenetly scam services

International WorldSim Card
I ordered a sim card together with a mobile Wifi and got it within a week from UK to Malaysia.
The online support by Daniel was really good and very helpful.
There is not service at all. Even thought that you see on the website that the SMS has been delivered, it never arrive to the phone. All receiving phone calls are failed. See attached.
I have ordered World Sim with the help from NANCY that has guided me and I have not gotten the sim up to now, it has taken all my time from beginning of December and nothing has happened. They are full of lies
Rose who I found polite and very helpful in solving my queries
And if all you're staff are as professional as this young lady.
I would have no hesitation in recommending or using you're company again
I agree about WorldSim. I had one of their sims 10 years ago and used it for years while I was living outside the UK it made calls cheaper.
I recently bought 2 sims, 1 doesn't work and the other does work but I have been unable to make a single call from it, only receive.
I asked their online chat help desk if there were any charges for incoming calls I was told no, only to find out once I was travelling that there were charges on weekends etc. I was charged $30 for a 10 min call that should have cost $3! Had to call and scream to get a refund and even then was told it was a "goodwill gesture".
The phone regularly cuts mid conversation, my friends have told me that they have got through to random people while calling my number. And most recently I was charged $20 for a call I didn't make, to a number I don't know, in a country I know no one. It's been a week since they started to 'look into the issue' and still no one is getting back to me all they say is speak to our online help desk! What's the point if no1 is dealing with the issue.
They are dire, a waste of time, added stress when you're on a break and don't want that, and you always need to be near a PC/internet to get to the helpdesk!
Don't trouble yourself, they are thieves, untrustworthy, terrible service, and unreliable!

When I am shopping around international SIM and coming to the WorldSIM website, I chatted with Annie, she helped my for the information of Terms of Service of my purchased international SIM. I need to use the SIM at least once a year to keep my number and keep my credit. I am in US and get additional US number. The direct calling feature is important for my alarm system out going voice message (call back SIM does not work for alarm system). I will say that WorldSIM provides better Terms of Service then some of other SIM vendors. I am considering to buy another one for my car GPS tracker.
I bought a Gadget to allow me to have Wifi when I went Traveling but after a lot of trying even got an expert to try it would not work, so then I tried to contact the company when I did All I got is the run around, after over a month I am still no further on, I have even returned the goods, another story, so I have nothing to show for my money £90. So my advice to anyone thinking of getting a mobile wifi do not get it from Word sim.
Hi Rosemary,

Before purchasing the WorldSIM international roaming SIM card, I had a lot of mysteries in my tour experiences regarding the communications means. The other SIM cards that I used before worldsim, used to send me absurd billing what I really not used. But, WorldSIM is fair in this matter. What I love most about the WorldSIM is their professional support centre and online top up.
Several WS customer service representatives have told me that my US # changes every 60 days. If I want to keep the number from rotating, I have to buy a virtual number. Considering I already pay a monthly service fee, I find this unacceptable. If you live in the US, and to have US calls forwarded to your worldSIM card, you are in doo-doo if you happen to away from home and the default changes while you are gone.
Why is this important? Call forwarding doesn't work outside the dialing system. EG, in the US, our system covers North America, much of Central America, and the Caribbean. It does not cove Europe or most the rest of the world. If you were dialing, you might dial +country code... to call someone overseas, but you cannot use the "+" or the "011" to indicate a call outside the system. So you are hosed. Put another way: I can have my normal cell service forward calls to my US #, but not my UK#. This lets people in the US call me without extra charges. (World SIM: no charge or reduced charge for incoming calls).
I've a second issue going on right now, but am letting customer service try to fix it. But this switch every 60 days of my US # is a huge negative.
We took delivery of 2 NEW Sims to replace our OLD Sims, and take over their numbers - ************** and **************.
After some problems the NEW Sims worked on their numbers, but when they were transferred to our OLD Sim numbers and £Sterling credit converted to US$ we have not been able to use our phones - we can call OUT, but nobody can call IN. We have lost hours of our time "chatting" with your support people, but we have no success. This is totally unsatisfactory.
NANCY is really dedicated. She really has made me to develop more confidence and interest in the Worldsim. I won't stop telling friends and colleagues about Worldsim.
False advertising - make sure you read the fine print. The International SIM claims to come with a free UK and Free US phone number. You get a UK phone number and if you can figure out how to get one, you can get a US phone number that expires every 60 days. Then, when people text you on your US phone number, your reply comes through on the UK number so if they hit reply, they end up getting charged for international texting. NOT COOL!
Dear Teresa J.,

SIM would not send messages or connect in the transit airport and in country immediately I started the phone told me I had no credit. Completely useless.
DON'T BUY WORLD SIM SYNC 5.5 DUAL SIM PHONE OR ANY SIM CARD DEALS FROM WORLD SIM!
1 There are better Cheaper dual Sim phones on ebay with money back guarantees.
2 The World Sim Phone has not worked for me from Day1.
3 World Sim Technical support have genuinely tried to help but made matters much worse.
4 The phone simply does not work both in UK AND ABROAD.
5 I have tried for months to resolve my issues with World Sim but they simply don't understand the concept of giving money back for a product that does not work.
6 Tried for months, weeks and days to resolve issues with World Sim but they have taken my money and left me with a useless brand new phone and useless Sim card and air time credit that I have paid for.

I had a good experience with them when I went to Brazil, I also got a wifi pass for the duration of my trip which was very useful. Unfortunately I then recharged my account with £30 to be able to buy a bundle for Colombia. The website said I would have also gotten a Wifi pass again but once I made the payment it didn't happen. I contacted customer service and they told me the wifi pass offer was not available anymore (!), so I had recharged an extra amount for no reason! (they gave me $5 back... really not enough). The WORST part was while in Colombia, the data bundle worked for the first day (was 500Mb over 2 weeks) and I only sent a couple of whatsapp texts (so only used a few Kb). For the rest of the trip the phone just would not connect to any of the networks (including the recommended one for data), and therefore I was not able to use data for the whole trip (and my £30 where completely wasted). I tried everything but it would just not connect, plus it did work the first day so clearly it was a problem with the Sim, that was "refused" by the network. Luckily customer service got in contact with me and refunded me of the wasted money plus an extra $10 for the annoyance. Good to see they admitted the error.
The rates on World Sim are much better than other roaming sim. Easy to top up online. I found mine to be reliable and still using the same sim for the last 5 years.
The customer service is available 24 hours and its agents are very kind and effective. They were so helpful to activate my sim card and to get the balance I bought in my account.
