Received a free complimentary roaming SIM card from WorldSIM upon ordering a roaming sim from them. Now I can give the other SIM card to one of my friend who is traveling. Good promotion from WorldSIM. The SIM card which I purchased just fitted fine in my Iphone 5 as I ordered for a Nano SIM card, and it got reception straight away when I landed in Spain and South Africa as my trip was in these two countries.
Had a not so good experience the last time I connected with World Sim my world card did not come on time and I was left with no contact in Africa for three months but this time

I bought a Rs. 1999 WorldSIM UK card from an agent Shashank Sharma, Delhi India. Shashank and Megan promised me that it will work in UK. The SIM card never worked. I had so much difficulty because of this. I wrote to WorldSIM all I got from them was a lip service. DO NOT BUY FROM WORLDSIM INDIA. All agents in India are fraud scum

I have Chatted many times with the WORLDSIM Customer Service Personnel but my Problem has not been resolved.
I am still waiting for my Problem to be resolved.
On a different note I have used other WORLDSIM SIM Cards for many more years, in the past the WORLDSIM was very useful.
Spent money on the service. Ut still it doesn't work. Very frustrating to reside to using yr mobile data on ye phone insted of using world sim on which you spent some serious euros for a bundle!?!?!

I purchased a SIM card over the phone. I was very particular that I needed it delivered by a certain date because I was leaving for a month to travel internationally for business. I paid for overnight shipping. I received the UPS tracking email and saw that it had second day air as the shipping method with the estimated delivery date after I was going to leave. I called their customer service, was told they had shipped it overnight, and that the fault was UPS's. I demanded a refund of the shipping charges and was refused. I told them I no longer desired their product and wanted to return it, and was told I could return it for a refund as long as I did it within 14 days. I told him I was going to be out of the country for over 30, they did not care and would not do anything to help me. Anytime I try and call customer service now, I get disconnected. I tried from other phones (different numbers and carriers) and the same result, disconnected before you are able to talk to a human. Terrible company, terrible service.

The person Daniel was very helpfull staff. I would need a lot of time he gave me. I´m excited. I have one WorlSim and it was very easy with this in USA.
I needed two SIMs to recieve calls in Pakistan. The web chat portal is great. Got the help needed. On top, I was given promotional discount. Happy customer.
I bought a Data SIM card and topped it up with 1 GB of internet (for a cost of 47 EUR) for my business trip in Germany; the purpose was to help me deal with my emails and daily office work online. In less than 2 days the SIM was empty and they have overcharged me another $27. For business reasons I was forced to top it up with another GB, so another 47 EUR. For some technical reason the data didn't go through immediately, leaving me no choice than using my expensive roaming service, and when it finally activated I was able to use it for less than 24h, forcing me again to use my roaming data. I think I spent around 200 EUR for internet at the end of my 5 day trip + the hustle of contacting their customer care every time the SIM card was not working. I use these services very often as I travel a lot around the world, and normally I go about a week with 1 GB, but this was by far the worst and the most expensive data service I had ever tried.
Your Data SIM is advertised as suitable for use in unlocked phones, tablets and WiFi Hotspot devices.
I bought a Worldsim Data SIM and put it in my WiFi Hotspot device only to find that in order to actually get on the internet you had to try and access the WiFi Hotspot device with a PC to set it up, which is a pain, especially as after spending over an hour I couldn't get it to mount the internet with my WiFi Hotspot device and it says that you would probably have to set it up via a PC in every country visited.
I put the Worldsim Data SIM in a spare phone and got on the internet in a few minutes, so the SIM was OK
Beware.
My advice would be to only but one for a phone or tablet.
I ORDER AND ASKED FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING! INSTEAD OF RECEIVING MY PRODUCT I KEEP GETTING EMAILS. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE PROCESSED, NOW IM STILL GETTING EMAIL ABOUT A PHANTOM ORDER, ALWAYS COMING THE NEXT DAY! I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND IM TOLD THE ORDER WAS DISPATCH, A DAY LATE A A DOLLAR SHORT! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!

Bought a sim and sim free phone, sim did not work was replaced, phone would not work with Brazilian sim card they told me it was the card but the card worked in every other phone I tried it in, customer service kept telling me they would get back to me but never did, returned the phone and sim they received it as signed for delivery.
