World sim is useless, did not work in either New Zealand or Canada. Contacted customer support and received some instructions which I followed without success. I tried calling the help line numerous times with no answer. I ended up buying local sims in New Zealand and Canada. World sim is a useless product do not buy
I bought a mobile hotspot and data card from them. I should have just flushed the money down the toilet. Neither worked. It ruined my daughter's vacation. Ther customer service is a very bad joke. Trust me, the good reviews here are paid for. I only give one star because they don't allow negative numbers.
Bought the new Sim cards ( 2) and they were shipped and received within days.
Requested existing Sim balances to be transferred to the new ones and it was done over night, The new Sim is better as don't have to pick which area I am in e.g. "Global" which was always a nuisance if you didn't know as some crossed over. Still a bit of an issue with having to use them every three months/ lost $$ last year when we missed the 3 month cut off and told basically " toto bad so sad thanks for the free money that was legally mine ( I don't travel every three months but go overseas once a year. But when in use they are good.
Stay far away from WorldSim, especially if you communicate with Verizon subscribers. I have had horrible experiences with their customer service since I purchased one of their phone/sim products in 2013. It took them two years to discover and/or disclose that the reason I could not send text messages to phones in the US is because they do not have a business agreement with Verizon (one of the largest telecom companies). This is not made known in any of their product information, web pages, etc. For 2 years all they would say is that they are working on the problem that they will fix soon, but had no idea how to solve the problem.

Being an old retiree person, I decided to spend my rest life and money behind moving places. Though I move frequently, needed a data device which would not lead me through hard task for setting up the connection. For the last one year, using WorldSIM card and their Wifi router and power bank. It gave me enough support for data communication. And, additionally got favor from its power bank option. Now I know the ins and outs of this device and this is why it became very easy for me keep going with this device.
A complete waste of money. Went to USA and SIM card came up faulty so ordered replacement when back in UK which won't work and they refuse to help. Spent over an hour in online chat and kept going round in circles. Avoid at all costs, not a cheaper or reliable alternative when travelling just a headache.

So smart choice to moving to WorldSIM. They have a different call and data rates for every individual country. And, if you could manage a few minutes to observe you can get that they are offering the best tariffs what is truly putting in mind the necessity of a traveller. I never cut off any extra charges apart from my regular call charge. So, I feel necessity to inform guys who fly overseas frequently. Only the decision, being with WorldSIM out of UK, can save you a lot of money.
The numbers they give you are registered in channel Islands which means they are international numbers even though country code is 0044 this means if anyone calls you from the UK it will charge them ridiculous prices. I was charged £70 for an hours call! Point is wherever you go just get a local number it would be much cheaper.
World Sim has been a waste of time and money. People can't call me from the country that I live in. The bank can't call me as they call from special lines. The charity that cares for my family cannot call me for the same reason. I have made 4 or 5 short phone calls and have spent over £30. The data is unaffordable. The person on help chat was slow, unable to manage my expectations, and then extremely defensive. The instructions issued in the pack were in the worst possible English. The website is not user friendly at all, its like a site from the 1990's.
I bought the first Worldsim card 10 years ago at KLM. 2 years ago I bought two more for my employees for Africa. When I locked into my account recently, I had no access anymore to my 3 WorldSim cards which were loaded with app. 140 EUR. So I wrote to the customer service. The answer was: You can buy other cards... This is how they make business. I am still waiting for an answer of a decider at WorldSim in case of a cost-free solution or paying back my deposit, but I am sure - nothing will happen. Be warned with WorldSim.
Tip for consumers:
Look for a company who has a real and easy customer support. Worldsim is really bad in this case. Or organize a lokal card which is normally much cheaper. Even for internet access.

Simcard did not connect even though we have excellent at&t reception here in the Santa Cruz Mountains. They had me go through hoops in my ios settings. I asked my money back but have not heard from them since.
World Sim to me happens to be the best because their staffs especially the online assistance platform are unique group of people when it comes to resolving issues both technical and network issues. Shawn was very helpful too
I stumbled many of times on roaming because of low battery and it suffered me more than anything else and I feel very helpless while my phone remains dead. Cause while I roam in a complete new destination only my phone help me to get over. So I purchased a Worldsim Huawei Power bank with ******* mah battery capacity and for over months it did not start loosing strength. I think this is one to help traveller with great convenience!
What a nifty little package that packs a powerful punch, i was a bit oh ye heard all these claims before. Well how wrong i was i know have to buy more as my son who travels the country has taken possession of this remarkable gadget he has yet to find a blind spot to use the item. Finally i decided to give a wonderful review for WorldSIM, i really appreciate your all valuable services. Every one in the world want there contact limit should be limit less, for that we used different type of sim card and hope our sim card will have network anywhere we go. But, every service provider is not able to provide networks every where and WorldSIM is one of the service provider who has recommended networks in most of the countries. I am a sales executive so I have to travel 5 days in week. WorldSIM is the my best service provider, because it provide networks and internet facility in every country and hilly areas too.
Its customer support is well smart, quick responsive & well educated and there data packs has lower packages, so, middle class man can be use same.
What a terrible company to use. Anyone travelling should think twice about using the SIM card. They bait and switch and claim a data bundle will work in several countries, and then change the bundle midstream with no notice. The credits get used up in a blink of an eye. Their customer service is terrible. When you call in for support, they claim they have no access to make any changes or provide credits and you must email support. Support can take up to 3-5 days to get back to you -- major problem when you are stuck overseas with no ability to communicate or use data unless you keep sinking money into credits as Top Up. I had to revert to another SIM card in order to get the mobile phone connected again without spending inordinate amounts of money.
Tip for consumers:
Don't fall for product. Terrible scam. Waste of money and time.

DO NOT buy these cards. You will have so many issues with them. The customer service is a call center in India where they barely speak English. You will have to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes a call and they don't even address the issue half the time. I lost a lot of money with these cards and spent hours speaking to reps who did not even know their own product and just wasted my time.

While I was calculating the tariffs of different network providers in Uk, WorldSIM was not in that list. I knew them as a roaming network provider. But, they had UK sim card too. When I compared the call rate, it stood apart from others. I have been using it three months now. Till today, got no issue. I am satisfied with the service and the call rates.
It's been all about three years that I use WorldSIM's roaming service. Found it the only roaming SIM card that gave me a through network connection all over with lowest rate. One month back, I was overcharged for calling Mexico. Contacted with thier support team and informed me that was because of choosing wrong network provider. However, they refunded me the difference. Very pleased with their service.
They sent me a unit in Spanish, my language is English and will not send me a return label. They finally say they'll refund me. That's been 3 weeks. No credit thus far. If you're lucky your order will be correct, but if not, don't expect any customer service.

If you use sim internet(cellular) you most to pay very high rate for internet but for voice calls not bad i give 50$ for sharing 2 picture in instagram! So be careful about roaming cellular
After ive done the order, the website said that there is a processing problem. Ive dealt with the chat support. His name was Daniel, he solved all my problems. It took a while but everything went well.
Also would like to say about their support too. Their support service is very responsive in terms of replying to queries and issues. I am happy to be their customer. You can either call the support directly or send them a ticket with your query.
