World sim is useless, did not work in either New Zealand or Canada. Contacted customer support and received some instructions which I followed without success. I tried calling the help line numerous times with no answer. I ended up buying local sims in New Zealand and Canada. World sim is a useless product do not buy
I used this on our recent travels around the world. I had their dualsim phone and their sim card - got no service in singapore; limited in fiji; none, unbelievably, in USA. Customer service is dreadful, just saying that it all works. AVOID.

I bought a 4G sim card two months ago. Their card doesn't work anywhere in the US, their "solutions" to fix the problem don't do anything, their managers are always "in a meeting," and their representatives are the most useless people I've dealt with. Don't waste your money with this company!

I bought a world sim and couldn't use data on it since 9 days trying everything.He fixed it for me within few minutes. I am in France now and will be Italy tomorrow and Madagascar next week. I a big traveller. Thank you. Really appreciate!
Worst service, I didnot receive the sim card on time before my travel. It was told to me at the final moment that, my money which I already transferred will be refunded back. It's been more than a month and I still didn't get my amount back.
It is the same statement every week I try to find out the status of the refund and they say it will be done in a week time. I will never recommend this to any one else ever.

Worldsim is the best traveling sim with an amazingly cheap call tariff and also great home and traveling product that eases standard/cost of living. Their customer service is spot on especially when ETHAN is attending to you. That guy is unbelievably awesome and he makes sure you're satisfied with the product and services
Worldsim charges you up to 3 times their published rates for data. Despite phoning them, spending 2 hours on the phone with them, confirmation of the wrong charge and commitment to correct it, nothing was done. Even after an earlier message on this website and their request for the sim number to correct it, nothing was done. Absolutely not worth the waste of time to try and correct their admin. Rather go for a different company.

It all works well, but what is really unpleasant is that the warning you are almost out of credit is only sent to you when you have just a few cents left. Immediate action becomes necessary. I found this to be disruptive.
Then, when coming home, I compared the cost I incurred with this product with what I would have paid to my regular provider had I kept my own SIM-card. The difference was negligible.
So next time, I just stick to what I have...
I got combination for some of tasks on roaming with the Phone! Use it when I stay on roaming. Seemed to be the perfect one when I could not take care of any phone but has to go through some rough usage. Battery was helpful and normally my samsung phone does not go more than one day but this one survived for three days with one time charge. I would recommend.
I am very saddened by this purchase. I will be posting a full review of this product and will urge people not to buy this SIM card. Firstly I was told the people in the uk calling would not be charged and allowances would be taken from their call time. This is not the case for one call my spouse was charged £11.50 for two mins? I was also told it would be free for me to receive calls as long as I had credit this again was a lie for every call I received I was charged. I spoke to world SIM customer service who seem to have no clue and tell you lies. I will be posting a detailed review on eBay and social media sites not to buy this product as it is all lies. I am shocked at the level of service I received and think you guys need to go back to the drawing board with this one. Guys don't buy this product you'll end up in deep pockets but also your loved ones calling you will end up in debt.

Lovely in look and smart in work, its a fitness tracker and a phone. I can insert sim card inside the watch and use it for placing calls. Even, it is compatible with both of my device SAMSUNG S7 and iPhone 6s. I, along with some other friends were to visit Georgia. Before heading off we wanted a device to use data there and with a low cost. We bought a pocket WiFi from WorldSIM that was able to connect 10 devices in the same time. When, we reached there, it was dead night. We wanted to put a safe check in in our Facebook wall. But we failed from some attempt and we hesitated to call the customer service in that period. With utter surprise, they were available and provided us with a continued support. And, finally we could connect to the internet.

I have used the World SIM before. It was great product but over last 3 years, the customer service has gone missing, I can not get any support. My old sim card does not work any more so I bought an upgrade one. It never worked. The credit has gone without using it. I have tried to contact the customer service, could not get through despite from any of listed number.
This is terrible product, I would not recommend any one to buy it. There are so many wonderful products around the world, WORLD SIM, you had shined once but you have lost me completely, not a happy customer at all

Simply terrible, I've opened a case with paypal to be refounded because the customer support simply disappear when I was mentioning that I wanted to cancel an order and you know what? After 10 days of case opened with paypal they still have to answer, thwey simply don't care.

I didn't trust using roaming sims for traveling. As far reviews goes, all has been against using it, as it consumes more money than you put for. A senior of mine used the Worldsim card for about 6 months, and was happy about it. I thought of giving it a try. Was really concerned with the charges and billings. Turned out to be good for me. I was happy using the SIM card with getting the rates as mentioned in the website. Now heading for my second trip.
I needed a proper internet solution for my office. We needed internet connection to at least 5 computers. We had usb modem and it made us cost a lot because, in that case, we had to buy internet connection separately for every single device. This makes the internet cost touch sky high. When we got the Huawei Mifi, it came to us as rescuer. Great work. The device has the battery with long durability. Also, I would like to thank them for the smartest operating system and bright and big LCD screen.
I got a very interesting birth day gift for this year. When I opened the box, to be honest, I was a bit frustrated seeing that was only a pen. But when I started to work with this device it came to me as surprise. The had a data storage system, I mean it can bear up to 8 GB data. Incredible.
I bought a phone and data bundle for the UK. After literally 7 customer service calls, I gave up. This company is horrible to deal with. Better off going to Amazon and ordering a SIM card or getting one in the airport when you land. This company literally is a waste of effort to try to deal with.
I purchased a product that at the first time when I saw on their website, could not believe they selling this. My new product from the WorldSIM is store is their Power Bank Pen. Yes, whatever the name is they really mean it. This is of course a pen to write with but, unlike other pens, it can charge my mobile phone! Surely it does not get my phone full charged but I think it's 800mAH is quite enough for me to skip a crisis moment very effortlessly.
Sometime it takes an hour for to access over internet while roaming outside. And, in every hotel, I could not find a Wifi zone. But, I saw a lady was using a Trifi and the speed was really good. I ordered online and got one, too, for me. And, at times I share my data connection with other people. I love mostly the Trifi because I can charge my phone and it has a data bank.
I used the WorldSIM second time on my trip. Customer service was fast to answer my phone and great assistance from them. I had a great trip, thanks to WorldSIM. Saved my roaming cost to half of what it would be with my current provider. Great option to choose for traveling!
