World sim is useless, did not work in either New Zealand or Canada. Contacted customer support and received some instructions which I followed without success. I tried calling the help line numerous times with no answer. I ended up buying local sims in New Zealand and Canada. World sim is a useless product do not buy

This tiny device is doing lot of hard tasks for me. Whenever I am on roaming, I can't think my days connected with people without this wifi device. For this device, I can save my time what I suppose to spend for data purpose. Because the device is providing me with wifi feature and I do not need to buy data for my different devices. This is really a very narrow escape from heavy data billing. And, network coverage that WorldSIM provides me is really fantastic. I am pleased.
I have been using the WorldSIM for some its advantages. Basically, when I roam around and my office staffs needs my assistance, I have to talk a lot at that time. And, the most convenient part of this SIM card is its effective call rate which made long term conversation affordable.
Settlement on a certain roaming network was really important for me. Switching for different network made it more difficult to reach people. But, there’s no way to hang on with one for different issue. May be it a network issue or charging or unclear voice quality. I was not fixed until I purchased a Worldsim roaming SIM card. For over one year, got no issue.
I was charged for the data I did not use on two accounts. It is not transparent with this provider how much data and air time you actually use. All of a sudden you get a message that you ran out of credit although it is hardly used.
So following my complaints, a SIM replacement was mailed and i got a few apology messages (and some snippy messages which implied I was at fault for their delay in resolving the situation) - The customer service is overall a bit better. No reviews yet for the product... we will have to wait for that!
I have been asking for a solution from WorldSIM since June 11.
I have now sent them the receipt of my purchase 8 times. I wanted a replacement sim card since the one i bought the first time is defective. I have changed my mind... I doubt they have a real service that works properly since you cant even deal with a defective sim card.
I have really had enough of WorldSIM - for future customers, I lost USD 30 buying from them... don't bother falling for this scam!
Also the guy hung up on me twice today when I called once more to ask for a resolution.
I bought a SIM card for data from the above company in Armsterdam a few days ago, it worked well for a few days, but now it can not get data. I talked with their customer service three times, they run through every option but it did not work. They said their technical team will send me an email. Today I received an email, in which I was told to contact them again, so I called, very disappointing, a staff asked me to run through the procedure again, but no result. I demanded a new sim card or refund my money, but he said he would report this problem to their national center, well let 's wait for the result.
I shall let everyone know the result. We shall see how this company solve this issue.
If you are thinking of buying a SIM card, my advice is to try another company.

I am customer this company with 2015. I have used SIM'S cards for my family around the world ( Russia, Kazakhstan, UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France) anr I had no problem at all.

I switched on the worldSIM Trifi that I collected from KLM flight. When I landed in Australia it worked instantly! Very happy I could use internet straight away, and no need to walk around to find out free wifi zone. I checked again for the price and it was affordable. I have already recommended this device to my friends that are going to Australian soon!
Worldsim may promise low prices but they fail to control that the charging is ok. I have been charged 25 US for two local calls on Fiji less than 1 minute each. They will refund it but it is annoying to be cut off in the middle of a call. It took them 48 hours to correct the erroneous charges. During that time I couldn't make or receive calls and had to by yet another top up in order to stay available. Now worldSim will not reimburse me for the top up I had to do in order to be available.

The absolute WORST company to get a sim card from. The customer service is an absolute joke and send scripted replies and never answer real questions. They scammed me on phone calls charging $1.22 a minute for a call from the UK to the United States. They told me my US number was considered a "premium" number and that's why the high cost. Well, my premium number is a regular cell number with one of the big carriers here in the US.
And guess what, their crap customer service never got back to me after I informed them the number was a regular US cell number.

I benefited a lot from worldsim SIM card. But while roaming I need a better way to access internet. Searching a lot, I finally purchased a wifi modem from the same network provider. I am really in ease using the pocket wifi. Sharing data is much easy and hotspot gives a lot of relaxation. I am happy using the pocket wifi till now.
I got a very precise assistance from the customer online service about my doubts related to the use of Tri-Fi. However, since I am just starting my trial, I cannot say anything about its performance. Anyhow, I was a user of the voice Worldsim in the past and I was happy with it although the rates were a bit high.
Pathetic Service. Ordered a sim card two weeks ago, paid for express service ($25) to be delivered within 5 days. They havent even shipped it out yet nor do they even know the status of the order. The chatbot Nancy talks crap and doesnt answer and runs away when confronted with facts. They have 24 hours to respond before I report them for fraud.
The data bundle sim is useful only if you know how to use it. Apparently you have to use it in conjunction with a pay as you go account (which was not clear to me when I bought the data sim), and you have to pay a minimum (in my case $15) even if you don't plan to use the phone function.

I ordered a sim card for a trip but it didn't arrive, I asked for a tracking number that royal mail said doesn't exist and they hadn't even sent the item! I ended up going away without a much needed sim card! They then refused to issue a refund and I had to claim from my credit card company, absolutely awful service, avoid!

When I first heard about their call rates that was really cheap, but, regarding the international roaming SIM what comes to my mind is the hidden charge inside the advertised call rates. This is why I did not pay much attention to the fact. But I did regret when I could see my friend is chatting with his beloved for hours what I cost only for some minutes. But, after that very tour, I never missed to carry my WorldSIM with me. Who will miss to talk with family with such a low cost?

I purchased a sim and a mobile internet device. This was for my trip to Turkey, where I know the Turkey does not have wifi
I called customer support to gain help in setting up, all I was told "we will send an email". After the 3rd call I insisted that the person helped me over the phone, this he did.
The device worked whilst in Turkey
Use in USA work fine first few days but then gave technically difficult to complex configeration, Ipass not good only work in Time square. Data may b better if are explain how to set up in For America and voice call. Lost lots of money. But some staff are very helpful. And some lack of tech knowledge. I will try again.
Outstanding service and help line is always there to get you out of the mire. The descriptions of the products sometimes tend to gloss over the details, but this is also understandable on one page. Recommended
Took a world sim car to USA because it was priced well but it was the worst mistake I ever made. No calls woukd go through and there was heavy disturbance in every incoming call. Mobile data was non-existent. Basically it was like not having a phone at all and even after repeated complaints they couldn't offer me any solution. I had to change the card in the middle of my trip.

This has never happened in the past to our other customers. Kindly confirm the following information:
1. Was the SIM broken/cracked in any place?
2. Was the APN Settings properly configured in your Smartphone?
3. Was the Smartphone compatible with the mobile networks in the country?
4. Was the SIM card had active Bundle/Credit to use?
If the above cases were true then the SIM card might have not worked properly. Otherwise kindly share your mobile number/Ticket number at customerservice@worldsim.com. We will check for possible results for the SIM card not working.
