World sim is useless, did not work in either New Zealand or Canada. Contacted customer support and received some instructions which I followed without success. I tried calling the help line numerous times with no answer. I ended up buying local sims in New Zealand and Canada. World sim is a useless product do not buy
WorldSim is the worst company I have had the misfortune to use. The company is only concerned in taking your money and the after sales support service is a joke. From a website which didn't allow you to post your issues, The inability of support staff to read the issue you are reporting and rolling out the standard email response. Not to mention a UK number which is treated a a premium rate number. Defeating somewhat the cost of someone calling from the UK.
To 0 follow up on issues which may have been fixed.
AVOID at all costs
I was struggling to get a network connection in Germany and spoke to Johnathan whom guided me through the process. My sim is from 2014 and has worked around the world. It does require waiting for a call back to connect. As of this I am upgrading to the latest sim. I sure I will get as good service from the Worldsim. I have worked in many parts of the world and used the sim in dual phones. I think it is a good product even though on a few occations over the years I have had the connection problem, but it has always been sorted out.
Paid for it, arrived the next day, inserted the sim, travelled from UK to France and it worked perfectly.
Two years ago I travelled from Singapore to UK overland and the country list wasn't as large then so it wasn't useful enough to buy. The list has been extended and it would now have been perfect.
You do have to manually check it's connected to a listed network that is cheap or you can get caught out on costs. Not sure why the list isn't automatically downloaded and a notification isn't given if you are not.
Their simcards work as advertised and if you have any problem at all, their customer services is just plain awesome. They will work with you till the problem has been solved, like Daniel just did. Great job.
There was an extra facility buying the Huawei Pocket WiFi from the WorldSIM site. Apart from the device, they provided me free data SIM card inserted inside the device with a free credit. Nice welcome gift! Though the device is very light weight and small in size, it performs very good data service and with 3G connectivity connects all my devices. The product is unlocked so one can easily switch any network whatever he wants. But I think that is of no use as no one is eager to buy a SIM card with a poor network and pay high bill.
Ordered two Europe Voice/Data cards for 2 iPhones for upcoming European trip. Ordered via LiveChat on website for the 15% discount. First of all, representative seemed barely to understand even written English and transcribed written address incorrectly. Received an order confirmation via email saying "Authorisation Required". The description of the order didn't correspond to what I had ordered with Matt, the online rep. Of 4 emails to customer service, only one was answered just saying my address was correctly entered. Nothing about order. Total incompetents and I am deeply concerned about these cards and their service even working when I receive them. And even more concerned about support if I need assistance activating the data portion. And, by the way, I attempted to call both the US and UK customer service numbers. The UK number cut out after 5 minutes. After 40 minutes on hold with US number, it as well disconnected. I would definitely say avoid WorldSim at all costs
Very bad company. We buy an international sim from them and now we are facing problem and they are not providing service. Neither they are replying to email or not picking up call also.

I bought a sim card and data package from WorldSim about two weeks before my trip. I finally got the sim card two days before I was supposed to leave but was unable to get my phone to recognize the card. After about 10 phone calls to customer service, I was finally able to convince WorldSim that the sim card was defective. Instead of refunding me the cost of the sim card and the data package, they "graciously" (their words) agreed to give me a refund for the sim card, which was free. They refused to refund the cost of the data package, which cost $100, even though it was absolutely useless to me without my having a functioning sim card on my trip. I can't emphasize enough how utterly dishonest these people are. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.
I pent a lot of money purchasing a Hawaii and world sim data bundles while Europe. The World Sim website does not work correctly on iPhone or iPad and some the bundles were not showing in my account. Therefore they couldn't be used. Once back in Australia they were working but too late to used so wasted. No refund given when it was Worls Sim's fault that I couldn't use it.
The order process is simple and easy. The SIM card worked as soon as I put it into my phone. I've only used it in the UK so far but everything works as it should so I expect it will work well abroad too. And if there is any credit left when I get back I can use it when I get home. You have to pay for incoming calls abroad but in the UK incoming calls are free.
I used a phone previously on my roaming that caused me lots of hassle. But, with the newly purchased Orbizz phone I got the rescue. Now I do not face any call dropping. I can work for long hour of time with the battery life. Camera quality is not outstanding but seems to me quite okay for my purpose.

My delighted travel history started by TriFi. With this device I started to browse internet outside of my home country. I go overseas very frequently and the extreme billing of the roaming sim really count upon me. I badly needed a solution in this regard. So, I jumped to worldsim Trifi and found it to be very much travel friendly. I think, I will never change my Trifi connectivity.
If you face issues using the SIM card, their support team would contact with you providing assistance to the issue you are facing, so that the calls can be made successfully. I had such instance now 4 times, and everytime I had an issue dialing out the support team would call back and inform if there is anything wrong when I am placing calls. I am enjoying their service!
Tip for consumers:
Always keep your handset connected to the network provider. If you face issues, you should be receiving a call from the support team.
After several futile attempts to get my request attended to I received a quick reply from customer service and without delay has the remaining credit from my obsolete Data-Sim moved to the Sim that I use. They monitor sitejabber and I appreciate that action. Regards, Walter
I have two SimCards from WorldSim. As my wife died last year I only need one now and have asked for the other to be cancelled and the remaining credit $USD 39.91 to be transfered. They did this always until early last year and now refuse point blank. No explanation as to why. Very poor attitude.
The Travel Genie that I purchased year before is the masterpiece of travel solution. When I roam around the world as business tour it’s prior important to me to stay available over telephone. If I go to many countries, I need not a phone with tons of features but what I do care is the battery life. If charge fully my Travel Genie, I can run with the phone up to seven days. This is why I never miss to carry this phone with me.
Whenever I carried a pen drive to my university, every time I had been snatched by my friends. Great hazard was there I put some of my photos that I could not share with my friends. On my birthday, I got a USB pen from my girlfriend. At first, I thought it just to be an ordinary pen. But, incredibly I found a good many hidden feature inside the pen. Never went down to the 3G speed and at times it was 4G. Guys who really concern internet, can depend on this Huawei Mifi device undoubtedly.
