I have just purchased my first WorldSIM card and the product is exactly what I am looking for. A real must for any world traveller. Daniel from customer support has been extremely helpful and supportive. A great experience!
World sim is useless, did not work in either New Zealand or Canada. Contacted customer support and received some instructions which I followed without success. I tried calling the help line numerous times with no answer. I ended up buying local sims in New Zealand and Canada. World sim is a useless product do not buy
My $52.10 SIM card and 1 GB of data didn't work. I attempted to email/chat/call. Many many hours of my effort, and I have given up. Customer Service is a scam. They claim I tried to text (I did not), and that I used the card outside of my paid for date range (I never selected a date range). They say they'll "create a ticket", but I had to keep contacting them as they just ignore me until I go away. They are worthless and STOLE my money. My last step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau once I have my many many many emails and chat transcripts ready to show them for the fraud they are.
Unknown to me, it seems that the sim card that I have has been discontinued and upon realizing that it wasn't working I contacted WorldSIM at which time I was told that I've have to pay $30 for a new one despite having $28 still in my account. Of course I'm not paying another $30 just to possibly send me another sim just to cancel that one without telling me so I've requested a refund of my balance on the books and haven't heard anything since. I've been a customer for 8 or 9 years and find it very disturbing that they would think it's right or fair to basically extort money from customers who thought they had service because WorldSIM took it upon themselves to change sims. How is that right? I'm supposed to trust you and just send you more money or you say to hell with me and keep the money of mine that you have at the same time?
I purchased the dual-sim smartphone Sync5z from WorldSIM, as they advertised it as a 3G band phone. Unfortunately, they lied, the phone is only capable of discovering a 2G provider, and I tested and re-tested two phones for a couple of weeks in order to conclude that. The worst was that they never acknowledged it, they blamed me for not being technically savvy enough, and they refused to replace or refund. I somehow managed to limit the damage by appealing to PayPal, who were really helpful. I had to warn everybody: they are still selling this and they still claim that the phone supports 3G!
I bought the WorldSIM card and included the virtual number for Sweden. It allows me to add the local number of Sweden into the worldsim card. Thus, I can make calls and receive calls with my virtual number at local rates which is very helpful for me. Hence, the main benefit of virtual number is that I can forward calls from my regular mobile number to my virtual number at the cost of local call. What an Imagination by Worldsim, much appreciated.
Awesome! I just received a WorldSIM Duet adapter and I must tell you that this gadget is really amazing in terms of battery life, compatibility and for making and receiving calls. Both sim cards works phenomenally good, don't have any sort of problem right now and this is really very useful for the iOS users and resolves carrying two different phones for two SIM'S. In short I will recommend this to all those users who don't like to carry two phones, this small device is a perfect solution for this problem so in my opinion this is extremely good.
I called the company and talked to a rep to make sure I was getting the right sim card. I was told the card would work in the EU. When I got to Germany I was unable to make or receive calls or text. I called the company to determine the problem and was told that my sim card would only work in the UK. I asked them to transfer my credits to an account that would allow me to use my phone in the EU and they told me they could not do that since I knew what I was purchasing would only work in the UK. When I asked what they could do for me the answer was "nothing". Do not use this company... it is a scam.
Hello Thomas,
It seems you might have purchased bundle with your SIM card. Please understand that WorldSIM doesn't sell any SIM Card that works only in UK. You can confirm the same here: https://www.worldsim.com/international-sim-cards
WorldSIM offers bundles according to a traveler's requirements and the countries they are visiting. For instance there are bundles that work all over the Europe and there are bundles that work only in a specific country. Kindly confirm it here: https://www.worldsim.com/data-bundles
According to our understanding you must have purchased a bundle for UK. Kindly contact us at customerservice@worldsim.com (Mentioning the ticket number/Order number as the SUBJECT LINE).
We promise, we will try to come up with a pleasant resolution. For starters, we will add credit to your SIM against the incorrect bundle if still unused.
Hoping to hear from you soon,
WorldSIM Support
World Sim attempted to contact me to help solve my issue however it took them 14 days to respond to an email I sent the very next day. They didn't even respond to any matters in the actual email they responded with the exact same email saying they were sorry and wanted to fix, if I would please provide my details to which I did!
SO then why are you asking me for the same thing again World Sim - do you not keep an email record of what you are sending to your clients so that you may actually solve the issue>!
Worst Customer Care Department EVER!
Commending SIMON for assisting me today in transferring balance from old SIM to another one that I frequently use. I never thought that they would assist me in this, but guess what? They did so quickly.
I recommend everyone to use this.
Works Perfect!
The sim is working quite well as promised.
The best part is the customer service. I had some issue with call connectivity in another country and had to use the online chat to get it fixed. Annie helped me to sort out the issue. I was quite impressed with her service. She was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly. Keep up the good work.
I purchased a dual sim reader in January. It would not work. Made repeated calls to the help line, finally someone answered but could not resolved the issue. Told me to return the item for a full refund. I emailed for further instructions, received an answer with mailing instructions. Other emails to the company were bounced back as no registered address. I followed the instructions and mailed the item back. That was the 31st of Jan. I received no response, and no refund. Again, I tried contacting the company with no response. Finally I went to PayPal for resolution and was able to communicate directly with the company. Basically I was told the Custom # I gave them was not a valid number, they could not track the package. I submitted the number to the Postal service in GB and immediately received a tracking and found the package had been delivered 2 1/2 weeks ago. So far no resolution. I turned it over to the PayPal resolution center.
After no response in 2 months I asked what's haooeneing as I have asked for a refund as my SIM has never worked properly. They advised I have to change my review for them to proceed - really? I doubt I'll ever see my refund but to try and manipulate feedback when my issue hasn't been resolved is one of the lowest demands I've ever experienced.
Hello Sharyn j.,
Our feedback team's job is to improve customer's relationship with WorldSIM. After agreeing to your refund request they might have asked you to update your review so that our other customers can learn about our refund policy. It is for this reason the request might have been initiated. We humbly apologize if you took this in a wrong manner. We hope this conversation will put us in the right track from this moment.
Best wishes,

WorldSim have this trick of saying your simcard is out of date every four years. Your phone is barred by them. This means that you have to get a new simcard from them which is a completely new number. So you have to update all your records, print new business cards, etc. This has just occurred for the second time, they first did it four years ago. So unless you want to change your phone number every four years do not use their service.
I've tried contacting your team to explain that TIM BRA is selected on the phone as per instructions and your website. I'm still being charged for inbound calls. They tell me now I have to change to TNL PCS S. A which is not available in the area. Seems like things have changed when your system was upgraded in FEB this year. I'm constantly getting emails to update my SIM card which I thought it was what I purchased. I have now spent close $500 and will need to top again this week even after the generous $5 credit offer from your office.
I have never experienced service as bad as this before, ever! Your auto top never works and i spend valuable time trying to get through to your service department. Your data tarrifs are ridiculously expensive and non of your customer service agents seem to be able to help me gt a different plans or answer my questions!
Just appaulled.
Hi Bianca, we really appreciate your feedback on auto tops ups we will look into it as a matter of urgency. With regards to data charges, do you not know about data bundles? They are very low cost and about 80% cheaper than pay as you go data. Last time we checked we were the cheapest operator for roaming. We will also introduce an unlimited data bundle soon. With regards to customer service is there anything in particular we can help you with so you can get the best out of your SIM?
It's really embarrassing for me to notify about different local numbers to my clients and it's not the way I want to things in my life happen. So, I looked for an one unique number solution and heard that WorldSIM is one of the biggest International roaming SIM card provider, so I switched to them. And, that brought me to a lot. I never heard from my clients that I am out of reach. And, I need no more than this.
They don't help you, always its your phone problem.
They don't help you to check if you have any problem with credit.
If you pay with paypal or change the email to pay you will don't received your credit.
My World SIM arrived today. It does work and I do have some credit. But there is no customer service option that works. Just nothing. I am supposed to be able to call free by dialing 190 or 154 from my handset. Neither of these work. The UK customer service number on their website and on e-mails is *******2557. This is not valid number, if I ring it it just cuts out. Their instant chat is just a useless bot, no help at all. I filled in an enquiry form saying that *******2557 was not a valid number and I got an instant reply telling me to ring *******2557! I sent a FB message saying I could not get in contact and got an instance response telling me to use instant chat or ring *******2557. All in all terrible, utterly terible - it is going in the bin. Do not be fooled like me.

I have been using the worldsim Orbizz phone since march this year and still love it. The whole phone is lightweight and slim to its size. Internet is quite fast and I downloaded many games. The phone set did not slow down after downloading numbers of apps and games. What I feel yet to be improved is the camera. Apart from this, everything is very adoptable to a happy tour.
Got smooth functionality with WorldSIM Stylus Pen. Typing on tab was really boring but I could write articles with this stylus and when got back to home, transferred those docs to my PC with the same pen. Purchased another one for my boss as Xmas gift.
I have not used my SIM yet while abroad as I got it early so it was ready for when I go. I reviewed lots of travel SIMs and this SIM seems the best value and works where I want it too.
I had to contact support once via the chat and got a response straight away.
The SIM arrived quite quickly too.
So far so good.
I am very happy & satisfied with the service provided by Mr. DANIEL. I've placed a new order. He convinced and made me clearly. He is such a nice officer. I thank him & I also thank to Worldsim team for their best Services.
Best wishes,

Purchased a SIM card to be mailed to Canada. First they told me they would waive the shipping cost, then when it came time to checkout, they told me they couldn't waive it. They did give me something like a $2 or $3 discount, but the total shipping cost was closer to $15. I kept waiting for the card to arrive but it never did. Finally I reached out to them and they told me the card had been returned to them. I don't understand why they didn't inform me of that right away, and I also don't understand why the card was returned to them. They wanted me to pay for shipping again, which I was not willing to do. Time ran out and it was too late for me to use their service, so I requested a refund, at which point they stopped responding to all communication. Highly recommend you find another company to get your SIM.
Hello Eric,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kindly share your Order Id at customerservice@worldsim.com (mentioning the Ticket Number/Order ID in the SUBJECT LINE). We will review your case.

Before departure I did top up for 150 for 14days trip tro europe and everyday I check for the balances and quite easy to drop and for 14 days trip it's almost 120 lost meaning with this package still expensive. Now alot of competitors overing more cheaper than Worldsim. Hope you can learn from them
Signal was not the best and was actually cheaper to text from my uk number and people can call cheaper to my uk number. Also spent ages trying to get internet working on my i phone followed all instructions and never did work, bit of a con that u tell uk customers its a uk number but its classed as achannel island number so callers get charged
I purchased my first WORLDSIM getting ready to use it on my trip next week. Just not sure how the SIM works. Rose (agent) was there to hold my hand about the entire process - feel a lot more confident. My review is only based on her support. I still have yet to see if the SIM works once I arrive in the country and how far the credit will last. Will write another review once I get to use WorldSIM in action.
