World sim is useless, did not work in either New Zealand or Canada. Contacted customer support and received some instructions which I followed without success. I tried calling the help line numerous times with no answer. I ended up buying local sims in New Zealand and Canada. World sim is a useless product do not buy
I was worried about the WorldSIM Data SIM Card that it might not work overseas. I topped up $100 to cover up whole usage of the 4 week holiday. When I tried to set up data for the first time, their customer service assisted me in a very helpful manner. Once I set up the data connection, I experienced no other problem throughout the Journey.
I am using their Orbizz phone what I feel very necessary on roaming. As I go to different countries where I need to go through two separate networks and the Orbizz has a very nice performance over the task. The battery life of this phone is worth mentioning. What more the technology of this phone is very user friendly.
This is REAL. When i saw the recommendation on youtube, i thought it is fake. But it works! And NANCY, the operator, has been dealing with me for over an hour since i can't use the card properly. I called her to setup the card. Then, she has been working through all the steps on phone and on the website with chat. Like when i hand up with her on phone. I tried to buy the data bundle online, and i chat with her on the website since i have few questions. Then, she directly give me a call and said she can give me a discount. I didn't even say anything but she already give me the promotion code! Also, my girlfriend from UK cannot call my number. And end up she told us the format of the phone call is wrong, thats why it doesnt go through. But she is answering the question for me over an hour... what else i can say? She is AWESOME!
I borrowed the WorldSIM card from my father before going to Sweden. Had safe journey with this sim card and enjoyed comfort for the communiation. As soon as I stepped in Sweden, I switched on the sim card and made the first call to my home. The voice quality was loud and clear. When I checked my balance, it was an affordable billing for an international call.
Amongst some ten internet devices that I used, I would rank the WorldSIM USB as the most superior one. I had great time in Brazil and portugal with the worldsim connection. Surprisingly, the device takes less than 5 sec to get started. The connection is very trustworthy. 3G connection is very available with this device. For long time usage the device is a masterpiece indeed.

I purchased a wordsim sim card and a wifi hotspot to go along with it and it was not working i popped on the website and joined a chat with sam who was extremely helpful and had my issue rectified within 20 minutes
I had been using some other networks in different times and for any specific region, I had to switch into a different network. WorldSIM, I found very helpful in this regard. While I got an incoming call in Mastanahua, remote area in Peru, I was very delighted. They really occupy a strong network.
I had ordered the USA prepaid sim (10GB\30 days) online on 10-Sept 2018. I tried calling their India Customer care number (+91 11 *******) multiple times to check the status of my order but no one attended the call. When I emailed with my order number & asked them whether I would be getting my SIM delivered before I leave for US, after 2 days they are yet to give me any response. Very frustrated...
I have sent another email for cancelling the order & to revert back the payment, they are yet to respond to this email as well.
Better stay away from WorldSIM
In search of different roaming products, WorldSIM is different in particular. It comes with different SIM card type to match your cellphone also has amazing rates for their travel SIM cards. I am getting one after I had read their comments and user experiences!
We bought a WorldSim Pocket WiFi device onboard a SQ flight to SIN in January. Our credit was instantly used up while setting up the device in the transit area of Singapore airpot without actually being able to go onto the internet. Having arrived in NZ we contacted WorldSim for help. I must admit the guy I spoke to (using free WiFi from a restaurant) was quick to respond. However he told me we'd been using the 'wrong' network and I would need to top up if I wanted to continue the service. Of course we did, since we wanted to use the device while travelling. I asked how to find out what the 'preferred' networks were and how to connect to them - but only got vague answers.
The idea of the device is brilliant - but I'm hesitant about topping up any more money, before travelling to the US, in case we lose it all again. HELP!
I ordered some facemasks from WorldSIM on 28th August 2020. I used a Mastercard. I received confirmation of receipt of the order and payment, and an order reference number. The amount was taken from my account immediately. I heard nothing more about the order. But I do get at least one, often two emails from WorldSIM every day, offering products, despite having tried to unsubscribe. Today, I went on to the worldsim.com website, and asked for a delivery status update. I provided the order number, but was asked for details of the order and the payment card. I provided these. After half an hour of messaging, I was told that I would get a report by email within 7 hours. I shall post an update.
I am very thankful to Ms. Gaby for her patience and for quickest information in reference to the services offered by WorldSIM. I am set to start using my new Simcard as soon as I purchase it in few days. Excited to start my international roaming.
UK number is used for default, and a virtual U.S. number is provided. So you give your U.S. number to all your friends and start using it. BUT! The U.S. number regularly expires, and you have to get a new one (by dialing 160). They DO NOT tell you this on their site, and when I called customer service they said, yes, the number expires randomly as it is a virtual number, and you "just dial 160 and get a new one!" But all of my friends and connections in the U.S. have the old number, and I have to notify all of them. Customer Service's reply: just have your friends call your U. K. number". So, my friends all have to dial an international call to talk with me across town? Just be aware of this incredibly horrid limitation before you buy. Dishonest of them not to tell you upfront, IMHO.
I have been using this sim since 10 days and used it in four countries in Europe and it worked really well. Once I faced internet issues and I connect with help support, Nancy really helped me and get my data activated with in minutes. I am really thankful to Nancy. She really helped alot within minutes and explained me the issue also.

Allan has worked with me several times on Live Chat to help me figure out as a first time user of an international SIM card how to install and set it up on my iphone. Reading the directions sent with the card looked like Greek to me so very helpful to have Allan carefully spell everything out for me.
Had ordered the SIM card from the website, received the SIM card before the promised time! I am happy to receive it quick as I had asked the CS to rush for the delivery as I was traveling. One amazing thing is that it worked with a few minutes of inserting! Great option!
My data SIM has never worked and I've tried it in 5 countries now over the past year. I've emailed the support centre so many times, and I just keep getting asked the same questions over and over. They tell me they aren't getting any tracking on the SIM - that's because I'm home and not using it but getting that message across is impossible. I've asked for a refund of my account balance FOUR times now and no progress - just the same questions repeated over and over. Waste of time and money. When I was in Italy I became ill and needed to use wifi - it wouldn't work - and I get no response to this. Stay away from this company and their SIMs, they are useless. The small amount of time it did work, it cost an arm and a leg anyway.

I always prefer to carrying multifuctional gadget while I fly overseas. Found the WorldSIM trifi worked exactly the way I wanted. It connected to the internet promptly and provided me a average good speed. It seemed to me uncomparable router. Again, I could skip my old power bank and pen drive. I charged my gadgets with this device. It supported enough memory storage for all my necessity.
I was unable to top off the SIM card via your web site. I had to call every time I needed to add $ to the SIM. I had your people set-up auto re-load only to have it not work, and I still had to call to add $ to the SIM. It was very troublesome while I was traveling. If your web-site gets working correctly to allow web loading of $ to the SIM, the service would be acceptable. Otherwise, it is not.
I recently purchased a 1000 Minute / 5GB package for my recent visit to the US.
My experiences with WorldSIM were disappointing and frustrating. I spent hours on the phone with technical service, using minutes that I purchased from them, to no end. I was not contacted by a supervisor, as promised.
Most disappointing was the inconsistency of their phone service. I was unable to call several of my family members because WorldSIM determined that they were "Premium Services," which I could certainly call for an additional fee. I could call some of my other contacts without issue.
The most reliable part of my experience with WorldSIM was their data connection. I was often unable to immediately establish a data connection, but after a page refresh, I was always able to get my data, albeit slowly.
I am definitely going to avoid WorldSIM, and I encourage others looking for a reliable solution abroad.

I had got immense charge back up for my cellphones on my trip using the Trifi. I was happy with the device and connecting to Wifi using the data SIM card was just easy. Happy that I had owned this device.
I was a looking for a dual sim phone. As I am a customer of worldsim, I often visit their website to check special offers and promotions. Then I could see there is a offer to get the Orbizz phone at a half price if I spend £50 with worldsim card. Now, I have a worldsim orbizz phone. The phone is so worth for consideration. The phone is unlocked and an unlocked phone really means to me some more freedom. Moreover, the orbizz phone is good enough for me to get entertainment on my travel.
Annie, you'r support was reall fake. I still didnt get my order delivered. You have ruined my trust. Where is my order number why your customer support not addressing my issue? Your CS says it was delivered and signed then it must have used it. I can see the numbers are not used it means they don't reach to the original buyer. You should address my issue on serious note.
My WoldSIM card works very well but it's a bit expensive to use it.
Perhaps I'm not using it properly yet, once I'm new with it and I have no time to read all these faq's and try to fix something better.
