I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.

I have been locked out of my account, numerous attempts to reset password which failed, I contacted customer support as there is a return I need to send off, to be told that "due to a high level of returns, my account has been deactivated and I can no longer shop with them". Wow just wow! Absolute cowboys...I have been a premier customer for over 10 years and spent thousands on items from them! I don't even return that much, but being an online company where you cannot try on a product, what the hell do they expect. I have asked for a copy of the terms and conditions numerous times and a explanation as to why this has happened and been ignored! Luckily my daughter has an account so I was able to view the terms and condition on there, and nowhere does it say the account will be deactivated if to many returns are received, it only says if items are returned worn or fraudulent activity is expected! So ladies & gentleman boohoo are calling us fraudsters! As I have never returned goods worn! Also they must communicate with you if there is going to be a change to the account terms...I for one haven't had anything and judging by all the other reviews, nobody else as either. Shame on you boohoo...customer loyalty means nothing to them...just pure greed. I suspect this company will not last must longer!. Guys sign up with pretty little things...Great customer service and lovely products. I will be submitting this review on every boohoo platform and urge people to do the same
In May I was ordering some new clothes from BooHoo, at checkout it offered me Boohoo Premier for £9.99 for 12 months.
The mean features were Free Next Day Delivery and more importantly for me Free Returns (as ordering clothes online is always hit and miss).
I added this to my basket and when I returned some items which were too big or too small it was free of charge, this was the same for the following order as their sizes are all over the place.
I have just ordered 2 items this week which are no where near the size stated and I am being told it is £1.99 to return them even though I am a premier member.
I have questioned with their customer service department and they have advised free returns is no longer included in the Premier Package as of Mid June.
At no point have Boohoo advised me of this and how can they change what is included for customers who have signed up for 12 months!
I would not have ordered my latest order if I had known this as their sizings aren't great.
Needless to day I wont be buying from Boohoo again

I ordered 3 items but only received 2. They keep saying I've received all which I haven't, I am basically being called a thief and a liar. I didn't even want a refund, just wanted the item I paid for. Be careful, poor customer service/scammers. No item sent or refund offered.

Its a scam. They send cheap products. They charge for delivery & then even charge for returning. Just mere waste of money. Mailing or reaching out to their customer service is also waste of time / energy. Never Shop. They will never refund.

1st time ordering from them. Most of the items were big so i returned 7 items out of 11. I returned all the items in the same parcel.
To my surprise they refunded 3 out of 7 items ( the cheapest items). Claiming that they only received 3 items. Wich was absolutely false cause i returned 7 items.

If I could rate them lower I would. I returned an order of five items, four t-shirts and one pair of earrings. The person who checked my return has left the earrings in the bag that has been discarded of. They refuse to issue me a refund because of this lazy mistake made within their company. The garments themselves were returned because of the sheer lack of quality! The way I have been treat by the customer service team is appalling I've sent multiple emails and no response whatsoever. Lazy untrained employees who all need either sacked or trained properly on how to check the contents of a bag and respond to emails in a timely manner.
This place has zero customer service. Good luck ever getting in contact with anyone. They didn't fully refund my return and I had no way of contacting anyone because they took down all of their contact information. After going through several links of what I thought would lead me to something useful, it asked for me to put in my order number (which I copied and pasted from my order email) and it said it was incorrect. Yet it was able to find it when talking with the chatbot. Sketchy company. Never buying from again.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Boohoo. My recent experience with your app and customer service has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
On May 22,2024, I downloaded the Boohoo app specifically to take advantage of the advertised free next day delivery. However, after placing my order, I discovered that I was not eligible for this service and was instead charged £7.99 for DPD 48-hour delivery. This was already disappointing, but my experience only got worse from there.
Shortly after placing my order, I received an email from Boohoo confirming that my order was being processed. To my dismay, I noticed that the app had used an old address where I have not lived for over 18 months. This order is quite costly, totaling over £100, and I immediately tried to rectify the situation.
I contacted Boohoo through multiple channels—Apple Chat, Live Chat, and email—starting from the moment Live Chat opened at 9:00 AM. Despite my prompt action, I received no assistance whatsoever. I was instead told to contact DPD to change my delivery address. However, upon checking DPD's website, it clearly states that only the sender can change the delivery address, not the receiver.
I relayed this information to the Boohoo Live Chat representative, only to be told that there was nothing Boohoo could do. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist is unacceptable. If my parcel is delivered to my old address and accepted by the current residents, I will have spent over £100 for someone else to wear the clothes I ordered.
This experience has left me extremely unhappy and frustrated. Boohoo's lack of concern for their customers and their inadequate customer service is appalling. As a loyal customer, I expected better and am deeply disappointed by how poorly this situation has been handled.
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. Boohoo must contact DPD to change the delivery address to my current address or refund my order in full. Failing to address this issue will result in me taking further action and considering other options for sharing my experience publicly.
I look forward to your prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

HORRIBLE HOORIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE, ORDER TWO DRESSES AND HEELS, BOTH DRESSES CAME WITH BLACK STAINS ON IT. CONTACTED THE SUPPORT VIA CHAT JUST TO BE SENT ALINK FOR A RETURN WHICH i COULD HAVE DONE IT ON MY OWN, NO COMPASSION AT ALL. Contacted second time to request refund for my express shipping, the chat made me wait for 20 minutes and then it was closed without a reply, wanted to open a chat again said no agent is available at the time.
I said, ok whatever, I'll just go ahead and start the return, and request the shipping refund later, AND THEIR RETURN PORTAL DOESN'T ACCEPT EITHER MY ORDER NUMBER NOR THE ORDER REFERENCE. THIS IS A CHEAP LABOURD COMPANY SELLING CHEAP ITEMS WITH HORRIBLE AND SCAMMY SUPPORT TAKING NOA CCOUNTABILITY OF THEIR ITEMS NOR SERVICE!

I've accidentally sent the wrong parcel back to this company, instead of a £17 dress, I've accidentally send a £170 designer handbag. I send this via their Inpost option and managed to track the delivery all the way to their warehouse - I've also been in contact with inpost, who confirmed the delivery location of this order. (I have saved all of this information/screengrabs for proof). I got in contact with Boohoo, who customer service team have been rude and unprofessional, this has been going on for FIVE months now. Not once have they reached out to me in this time. As my return was sent back using the boohoo return barcode - which the company provided me with - its very suspicious that my order not been located. I can only assume a member of their team has stolen this item and not scanned it through as a result. As a legit UK company, they are accountable for locating my return order and had this been done, my item would have been returned. Ive also asked for a full report of this incident as I don't believe it was handled in a professional or respectable manor and repeatedly they have denied me this information - luckily, Ive kept a record of the majority of my interactions with this untrustworthy company.
I was also told by a member of their team directly, that the don't log individual returns... how can they be legally filling in taxes, if they dont know whats coming and going. Something very off with this company, I suspect the tax man will be after them in a year or so.
I recently placed an order for nearly a dozen items for my wife, who typically wears a US size 2-4. Unfortunately, the store did not have anything smaller than a US 4 in Petite sizes. After confirming the sizes and item counts, I proceeded to pay for the order. However, upon receiving my receipts, I noticed that all but two dresses had the correct sizing, while the two in error reflected a US 8. Immediately, I contacted BH customer service and was directed to an Apple chat option, where I spoke with both Skye Rae and Jude. Despite explaining the situation, they offered no solution other than to return the items once received. I find it unreasonable to expect that coupons would update the order to fix such an error, especially since the items were the same but in different colors, indicating a potential system error. Both representatives were unresponsive to my request and only provided a UK sizing chart, which did not address the issue at hand. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I have been a loyal customer of ASOS for years and have never encountered such issues. I regret to say that I will not be shopping here again.

I placed an order using a promo code which brought my total to $36. Once o entered my card info and pressed "pay" I received an error saying " please check shipping and try again" nothing was wrong with my addy but I entered it again then pressed pay and when I received the order confirmation it said $61. I reached out to customer service spoke to 3 different people bc each person kept sending me an automated msg and stopped responding. The last person said they can't cancel my order and once I receive my order after Valentine's Day (which defeats the whole purpose of my order) then I can return it and wait 15 days for a refund. Fraudulent and unprofessional bc that is not the amount I agreed to. If the promo code wasn't acceptable why didn't the site say that instead of saying something was wrong with my shipping. I bought my boyfriend clothes for his birthday for €71.99, he loved them, but boohoo took an additional €73.99 out of my bank, it's been 5/6 weeks and I'm still trying to get my money back, I'm being moved around in circles to different people in customer service. Nobody is actually helping me. I keep getting told that my refund will be in my bank in 7 working days but after the seven days there's no sign of it... I'm F*@king Fuming with them
First time ordering from this site, was a bit nervous seeing the reviews. I have no complaints I liked everything! Ordered a sweat suit fits true to size, bathing suit also really like and shoes bit higher than I thought but still very cute.
Shipping was pretty long but I was expecting that.

I'm 5'8", 176 lbs (curvy) and I wear a U.S. womens size 12. I purchased 11 maxi dresses and the quality of 9 were really great. The other 2 were 100% cotton maxi dresses and the material was super thin and totally see-through (just like the 3 wide leg pants I purchased prior also 100% cotton.)
I've worn 2 of the dresses, one for a outdoors baby shower (strappy double layer maxi dress in orange) n the other (tie shoulder plunge maxi dress in yellow) for my birthday dinner. I received so many compliments both times and got asked where I purchased them. It did take about 2 and a half weeks to get here to the U.S. from the UK but definitely well worth the wait.
I will definitely be ordering from them again.

My package came late, because the tracking site is disaster. Quality & material is awful, products are see through. When I wear them, it looks similar to pictures in my camera, but in real life it looks different. I can't return my products, because they didn't give me my postage receipt! I'm super mad and disappointed!
Purchased 2 dresses recently. The fitting was good but one of the dress was stinking with perfume and sweat and I realized it after putting it on. I felt like puking. Specially in the current situation the products should be sanitized properly before sending out to the customer.

Bought a few items, all were great quality (nice thick fabric -no cheap thin stuff, sewn well) and fit perfectly.
The only problem I had was I paid for quicker shipping, but it arrived 2 days past the latest estimated time of delivery. This may have been because I'm in Australia though. I'd say if you're ordering stuff for an event, just make sure you factor in a longer timeframe than they say.
Overall, I would recommend them :)
I'm a size 26 waist. Their chart says I should order size 4 on their site. It's definitely runs too big! Also. I hate how there isn't review on their clothing, like most store have. It would be so convenient. Less the hassle of people having to refund stuff. Hopefully I can return everything without an issue. I'll keep you updated on the return! I'm a true 8 in shoes though, they fit fine. Clothing did feel cheap and most of my stuff was see through. Lol yay me!
Overall pretty much all my dealings with BooHoo have been great. The items I order come on time, are as shown and generally good value for money if you wait for the sales (they have plenty of these so always wait).
The biggest issue for me thus far has been that for men's shoes they have a special AUS/NZ sizing that they've made up (?) and I mistakenly bought the wrong size not realising. My fault at the end of the day but deceptive on their part I think.
Otherwise the consistent thing that lets them down is customer service. They don't really respond to emails or website contacts, I've found the best way to contact them is via Facebook.
Their reps tend to be uncaring and generally unhelpful but haven't technically done wrong for me yet.
