YesStyle is an online website that carries heaps of Korean fashion and beauty products. Personally, I love shopping from there as they have a huge selection of clothing at really affordable prices. The quality is generally good (although there can be hit and misses - read reviews on their website before purchasing!), and the clothes look exactly like the picture as advertised. Sizing wise, I generally recommend sizing up! Shipping does take 1-2 months, but if you get heaps from the website at once its definitely worth the wait!
I ordered a jacket in "small." I am a small or extra small size. The jacket arrived a month later and might fit a 9-year-old. The shoulders are 12 inches across. See photo. I wrote customer service about returning it for a refund. I was told to take photos with a yardstick. I did. Nine days later, I have not heard from them. Do not buy products from this Yesstyle!
Honestly, i quite love shopping on yesstyle. The items are really unique and pretty. Its the place where I would go to buy some good quality korean products! Highly recommend.
I've had a good shopping experience. It reminds me of Amazon, but Korean style. If you sign up for an account, wait for their email before you buy! They sent me 10% off my first order
So, the thing is, I ordered quite a few times already. Most of the things were as described pictured. Yesstyle has a HUGE variety, and I love the website for that. Nothing ever got missing, and everything is as promised. Also there are GREAT BEAUTIFUL things for very very good prices (but I have to say, you notice it for example at the material, but it's never TOO bad)
BUT, they tend to put WRONG stickers on the packages, I had quite a few problems with customs in my country (Germany). For example they put a ''Shoes'' sticker on a package that contains a lot of beauty products. Things like these cause problems. It's annoying. I had orders that went fine, but I also had orders where I had to pay over 50 Euros for customs:(
So it's a So-So website, like it or hate it, but give it a shot :)
Yesstyle is great. But for their 11th anniversary sale, they claim that they have sales up to 80% off. THIS IS SUCH A LIE. I was on their site last night debating on what I should and shouldn't get. This morning I woke up saw this "amazing" sale they're having.

I was a fan until this morning. That being said you should buy the stuff that yesstyle offers, just don't buy it because of a sale. Rather buy it because you really like it.
Placed an order for 60$ - my credit card got charged $75. Customer service is not responsive and has been ignoring my messages. Will order elsewhere in the future.
This is a terrible place to order clothes. The clothes are bad quality (two pants did not have button holes for example) and their return policy is too restrictive. A huge waste of money.
The worst company ever! After more than 3 weeks waiting for my delivery, they sent me a wrong item. Then, they asked me to sent it back by post and pay all delivery cost because until they wouldn't receive the packet they wouldn't give my money back. Amazing service, isn't it!
I took the time to repackage the item, go to the post office and pay the amount of the delivery without any money back. They received the wrong item in five days and the didn't put the money back in my account till nearly three week, after a several call to an useless customer service. Finally, they didn't refun any money for the delivery cost, still dealing with them to have this money back.

Be prepared to wait a long time for your order to ship for no reason. Placed an order on 11/11 all items were available to ship, nothing was back ordered or out of stock. However, as of today 11/25 my order has not shipped. This is not an isolated event, since the same exact thing happened with the previous two orders I placed with them. I am not saying you wont get your order, I am saying it wont arrive until probably a month later if you are in the states and these delays occurrences are way before the Black Friday craziness, imagine afterwards, most likely you will get your order in January after the holidays.
It is not until your email them inquiring about the order that they decide to ship and even after that, their email clearly state that "the order is being process and it will be shipped within 3 to 5 days". (Because obviously the previous 15 days wasn't a long enough wait). Every single time, every single order, there is always an excuse with these people and they don't even apologize for the delay.

You can find treasures from excellent Asian brands. I live in NY, USA, and I made my second purchase today, I love K-Beauty and now I'm very happy to get everything easily and with great prices at YesStyle.
My boyfriend recently bought me the Tiered Lace Maxi Dress from YesStyle.
It had taken around a month to be delivered to Australia, which was fair enough.
We later found out after opening the package, which was nicely wrapped up and presentable and that their sizes were more for petite women, rather than more busty women. But it was our own fault for not reading the sizing properly.
Although the real issue was that the fabric was very itchy and of poor quality. The seam finishes were horrifying, the elastic can be seen through the lining of the bodice and there are loose seams and the hem was missing on the bottom of the dress.
I think they need to improve their standards of quality which means completing their items with a high quality like most professional companies do. I am a textiles enthusiast and am astounded at the seam finishes of the item I had received.
Although I still want to buy some of their products in the future.In Australia the dress had cost around $40 plus shipping.
Some are steals, most are not, use caution when using this website. I used it to find a wig that isn't too expensive, will update to let you know how it goes.
The site has great variation of goods and nice prices. I have purchased from here 2 times with little to no problems and all the products were as shown in the pictures.
I like that there are many cute Asian style cloth and stuff I can find here but their shipping is slow and sometimes the quality of some products are not very satisfying.
The clothing are not only cute but also affordable which is a bonus but you do have to be careful for not every product looks like the picture, other than that its a pretty nice website.
I do the majority of my shopping online. YesStyle has become one of my major shopping websites. YesStyle has a large variety of merchandise, which makes it easier to find the products that I need. I am usually pleased with the quality. However, before I buy anything, I read the "Details" and "Reviews." I look over the "Gallery" and compare the products in the same category. I even did some google research when shopping for earrings: "What is 925 silver?"
To the people who have received inferior products, I recommend you base your purchases on customers' reviews. They provide guidance about the size, quality, and other aspects of the merchandise purchased. Customers' reviews really help me with my selection of merchandise. If I am buying clothing such as socks, I buy a variety of brands with excellent rating. After I wear the socks, I then know what brand or brands that I prefer to buy in the future. If you do this, your chance of buying quality merchandise will substantial increase. Good luck on your future purchases.
YesStyle is a very hassle-free website and its categories are very well organized. Overall I had a wonderful and smooth online shopping experience! Many discount codes can be applied too ;)
I made an order on 8/27/22, and paid express delivery, at the time of the order they didn't show that one item was not in stock., after I placed the order and notice that more than seven passed without a delivery, when I paid for Express DELIVERY, they say they don't have one of the items, so I tried unsuccessfully to get the rest of the order to be delivery, their customer service is very bad, today is 9/20/22 and my order status still under processing.

Nice clothes. If you want asian clothing style for cheap, then you are at the right shop. The only downside is that the shipment takes too long. It takes approximately 20 business days to ship.
I ordered a bag from Yes Style over a month ago and am still waiting for it to be delivered - I have phoned them twice, each time being told it will be delivered in the next week, needless to say, I am still waiting!
Do not listen to a YouTubers or influencers or people on these reviews. It is all a scam. The cloths are about the same kind of quality as Wish. I returned the items back because they were horrific and I'm STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND. Imagine, over 140 dollars worth of items and they say I have to wait till it arrives at Hong Kong go get a refund. It's been over 2 months now and still have no update from them.
I returned a couple items since the material was so poor no one could wear them. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received the refund in the form of YesStyle credit.
Customer service said I sent in less item than mentioned in the RMA Number and I should confirm which items I actually sent. I'm sure I sent in ALL items that I listed in the return page. They asked me to confirm items in my return package that I no longer see. Items that are now sit in their inventory. How in hell am I suppose to do that? They think I have magical power. They're the ones who supposed to tell me what items they received and then I can confirm! Now they won't even return my email and won't give me refund. It's been more than 1 week and they still hasn't returned my email. MAYBE THIS WILL GET THEM TO REPLY.
