YesStyle carries amazing asian beauty products and fashion. Most of the clothes I receive from here are exactly like how I expect, except there are a select few items that are different than I thought. Overall, this is a great site to buy beauty products that aren't as easily accessible. One of my orders with order number: 20469831, was my largest purchase of YesStyle and all the clothes came in very good quality! It came faster than I thought as well.
I ordered a jacket in "small." I am a small or extra small size. The jacket arrived a month later and might fit a 9-year-old. The shoulders are 12 inches across. See photo. I wrote customer service about returning it for a refund. I was told to take photos with a yardstick. I did. Nine days later, I have not heard from them. Do not buy products from this Yesstyle!
Well there's not much to tell really as my first order is currently being processed. I anticipate good things, but am weary due to all of the horror stories there are about ordering online. I love the fashions on offer though so I am nervously walking out on a limb. Fingers crossed it doesn't break underneath me and result in a bad experience.

Shopping for shoes is not easy, they don't provide pictures of the soles or up close images of product, mostly models displaying them. Also should have size converters when displaying overseas shoe sizes.

Worst shopping experience ever.
Their return policy is ridiculous.
Refunds are only in the form of store credit but won't give your money back even if the product is out of stock after you have ordered & paid for it.
So basically they tie up your money.
I asked them to refund back to my card or I will have no choice but report to the consumer council. That's when they agreed to refund to my card but guess what they said, "we regret that we are unable to process any of your future orders/provide further service". How absurd. Cannot believe it's actually from Hong Kong.
Seriously I don't get how they have so many positive reviews.
Do yourself a favour and go for a store that will actually give you your money back.

Zero regard for customers. Deceiving display of item (2 pieces, appeared as one set but it wasn't and nowhere in the page said so), I payed express delivery to no use, and their customer service is deplorable and a waste of time (no solutions). It pains me to disappoint my niece who asked me to give her clothes from this site, but I consider it learning: never again buy from yesstyle, ever.
Tip for consumers:
Always check customer reviews. Had I done so I would have saved myself money, time and aggravation. It was is not worth it. Zero.

If I could give minus stars I would. Absolute WORST online buying experience! It takes a hundred years for anything to ship and even longer to get a response from customer service. Don't expect transparency with your orders. What you can expect is high blood pressure and a massive headache.

I ordered products for more than 60 euros and never received them, and when I asked for a refund, they said that they will not refund me because the package was destroyed in the post office. The post office told me that the package was returned to them.

This is the best store to get anything from clothing to skincare and makeup from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and other Asia beauty. Very competitive prices, and you can earn points from doing honest reviews. In addition they have Influencer programs where you can choose a product each month at no cost (except shipping) and once approved you earn commission on any purchases made using your unique link/code. The only complaint (or would've been 5 stars) is shipping costs and time. For US expedited shipping it's $19! You'll receive your order in approximately 2 weeks or less. $9 regular shipping but takes at least 1 month. Used to be $5. So not sure I'll continue as an influencer for them.
Tip for consumers:
If you don't want to wait a month and has the cash get expedited shipping or you will wait, and wait.

On my second order, they did not include the promotional item, even though I paid for the qualifying item and it was listed on the invoice. After several days of emails, which included the suggestions of "try looking in the box again" and "did the package have a hole in it", they finally told me to buy from them again and maybe they would send it next time. So I emailed legal and requested my account be deleted, got a similar run around, and now months later I'm still getting random emails from them but they claim that "deletion can take several months".

Ordered a shirt in "berry red". Received a flimsy, orange shirt that was all wrinkled. They don't even pay for return shipping and will give a store credit not a refund. After it took ages to receive the item.

Easy to find what you're looking for. Almost every product I was looking for had very specific information which I loved. Then there was a lot in Korean obviously but you can translate easily. Oh and you get a freebie at the end from their beauty collection like a face mask for example.

Ordered bunches of products in end Jan based on their beautiful pictures. Kept checking with they on delivery status, finally in end Feb, said some styles are out of stocks. Finally received the package, all are poorly made junk, nothing like the pictures showed on their site. Nothing! From material to colors to styles. Needed to spent $60 on shipping to return back the junk to their warehouse in Oregon the next day. USPS tracking said package arrived and was signed by their agent. Followed up on a few hundreds refund today, said they had never received the package.
Another Chinese site steal pictures from other sites, take forever to send out poor quality products and suck out $60 more on shipping for return. I should have known better
One more note, received email about data breach issue from this site, said my password and info are compromised. Ridiculous

I ordered in December and it's now end of February and still no delivery. I have contacted the customer support department and it seems he package is returned to the sender by DHL. So out of 'courtesy' the customer service team has offered to send a new order but I have to pay for all the additional costs. And the other option is to get a refund, minus the shipping costs, in store credit. Store credit! I want my money back and not store credit, as I'm never ordering at Yesstyle again. I have had this situation once before and I've frankly had enough of this. First they make you wait for months, which is okay since it's coming from China and South Korea. But when the package doesn't get delivered because the shipping company is making a mess out of things, they simply make YOU pay! This is outrageous!
Yesstyle makes customers pay for their wrongs instead of holding DHL accountable. Never order here otherwise you lose your money, because refunds are made in store credit, which means you have to use the credit to pay for another order.

The clothes I ordered from this site arrived on time, but they were cheap and poorly made. There are no care instructions (such as machine wash, dry clean only, or hand wash), so it is difficult to keep the clothes in good shape.

This website is extremely user friendly. Sizing charts are available for products so easy conversions can be made for each item. The ability to search by brand is super helpful! (Among other search criteria.) They also track your packages. Safe, trustworthy site. Love it! :D

Very unpleasant experience, bought 3 times and always late for delivery, Yesstyle service is totally sucks!
I placed order a month ago, they accepted my order and I waited for a month, eventually just simply cancel my order and refund me without getting my consent!
Their reason will definitely make you laugh! They explained order cancel due to no stock, they had tried their best to source from their supplier but not avail. This is the funniest part! The system shown "usually ship within 7 to 14 days" they explained it does not mean to have stock! But why didn't they put "no stock" or not available"?
Although argued with them by email few times, they would never do anything to pacify their customer, and they insisted their information was not misleading their customer... sad!

I've been using YesStyle for years to get my hands on affordable Korean skincare & makeup, as well as some cute jewelry every now and then. Their huge collection is what makes the website great, and the prices are fair.
The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is because shipping can take quite long sometimes, though they do make this known and are transparent about how long it will take.
Another reason why is because they recently upped their minimum purchase amount for free shipping to 65 euros whereas it used to be 35 euros, which is a pretty big (and unfortunate) change.
I would definitely recommend this website if you don't mind waiting a bit for the order to arrive!

The quality is amazing, considering the affordable prices and they have a very wide range of products as well (clothing, makeup, accessories, etc.).
