YesStyle is an online website that carries heaps of Korean fashion and beauty products. Personally, I love shopping from there as they have a huge selection of clothing at really affordable prices. The quality is generally good (although there can be hit and misses - read reviews on their website before purchasing!), and the clothes look exactly like the picture as advertised. Sizing wise, I generally recommend sizing up! Shipping does take 1-2 months, but if you get heaps from the website at once its definitely worth the wait!
I ordered a jacket in "small." I am a small or extra small size. The jacket arrived a month later and might fit a 9-year-old. The shoulders are 12 inches across. See photo. I wrote customer service about returning it for a refund. I was told to take photos with a yardstick. I did. Nine days later, I have not heard from them. Do not buy products from this Yesstyle!

Make up is counterfit. I compared with actual brand I bought at the store. This is disgusting. Watery consistency.
I was looking for aprilskin compact but it was overpriced on its official website so I will be trying out yesstyle instead.
I ordered the Timeless Vitamin C serum and it took 3 weeks to arrive, nearly a month. By the time it reached me it had started to oxidise - bearing in mind Vitamin C is notoriously unstable and has a shelf life of 3 months before it fully oxidises. The manufacturing date of the serum was 24 June 2021. I ordered it on 20 August, so it was not even fresh and already 2 months old before they even shipped it. Add on another 3 weeks of shipping time and you can do the maths how much time is left before it oxidises.
When I requested a refund, they said yellowing does not mean it has started to oxidise. However, if you look at the Timeless website it specifically shows a photo of what the serum should look like - a clear milky colour. And yellowing means it is oxidising. I am educated about skincare and buy a lot of skincare. I dislike being fobbed off and told that yellowing does not mean it is oxidising when it actually is. For other Vitamin C serums that may apply if it has a lot of ferulic, but the Timeless Vitamin C serum is supposed to be clear. The customer advisor on Yesstyle needs to do their research.
In an honestyforyourskin article, it shows 4 stages of oxidisation. What I received is at stage 3, almost 4. Practically useless in efficacy. In the article, this happened to a customer who received a stage 3 colour serum and Timeless refunded them and resent another. The principle of the matter is, I paid good money for a fresh item vital to the efficacy of Vitamin C, not a partially stage 3 oxidising item on receipt that has limited shelf life left. If you are looking to purchase this shop elsewhere instead.
Tip for consumers:
Delivery is really long over 3 weeks and no notification of shipping nor updated tracking by email like the majority of companies.

Orders were delivered on time when they were placed. However, some of the items were not available which made the rest of purchases delayed.

I got some cute things from here in the past, and everything was good until they sent me jeans with no button hole.
I wrote to them and their response was to make my own hole and they offered me a $5 coupon.
I paid for new jeans that had a button hole in the photos. No I wasn't going to rip a brand new pair of jeans and make my own hole which would fray and probably tear.
I refused the $5 coupon.
They flat out refused to refund so I filed a dispute on my card. Then they wrote back once I filed a dispute and had the nerve to tell me they would offer me a ONE TIME courtesy of giving me site credit for the defective jeans they sold me but I would have to drop the dispute.
As in I should still pay for them and use the money to buy more from them.
No.
So they proceeded to send me a stream of threatening emails to drop the dispute or I would be banned from the site.
I won the dispute.
But because I disputed a defective item they sold me I'm banned from the site. Which means I can't even have the money for the other items I returned, and paid to return at that. Because they only issue returns as site credit.
So guess what, I just got off the phone with my card and opened another dispute for everything I returned as well. I have the tracking number of the return so I will win.
I wonder how many threatening emails I will get now that I am banned anyway.
Whoever heard of a company adamantly refusing to refund someone they sold a defective product to.
After all of that they lost a repeat customer because they can't own up to refunding someone cash for a defective item.
No you don't get to keep money and send whatever you want.
What a stupid company.
*Update: I did get all of my money back from my credit card for EVERYTHING they tried to rip me off on. In that time this company sent me dozens of emails asking me to reverse refunds and doubling down on their ban. They sent me DOZENS of emails trying to force me to pay for their defective $30 Jean. What a joke.
The clothes are very cute, and are made well, and most of the clothes are pretty affordable. Helpful and reliable website :))
