For this specific review video, I talk about their jeans, which is one of the more difficult items to purchase from their site. However, if you look at the reviews and know which one is best to buy you can get some really good ones at great prices! Do not buy from this company, I haven't received the product for over 1 month and the CS are not helping, just keep asking me to wait without any follow up action! I am so disappointed with my first purchase!
I ordered products for more than 60 euros and never received them, and when I asked for a refund, they said that they will not refund me because the package was destroyed in the post office. The post office told me that the package was returned to them.

Its clothing is stylish and affordable, but usually feels and looks cheap -- the material isn't always the best, and there may be threads loose. It's a good site for fast fashion, but fast fashion isn't always the best...

I cannot even pursuade myself to give them a single star, believe me if you think the stuff on this website is cheap then plus free delivery, you'd better wake up. Like others mentioned above, their customer service is so outrageous, I was treated so badly by them.
I have been waiting for my parcel for over one month, when they agreed to reship my parcel they again told me that some items in my order were not in stock BUT they DIDNT tell me what items were not in stock! Meant you had to wait if you wanted your parcel.
If you want to make a complaint for their service, you will never find anyone to talk to!

At first i was really skeptical and wasn't sure how i would feel about Yesstyle but after looking at the products and a few orders i absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone! The prices are fair and the products are amazing, and have amazing ingredients and the reviews were helped a lot when deciding what to purchase. I really like how it tells you how long each product takes to get sent out, i hate not knowing when things are being delivered. I really enjoy this site and will continue to shop here.

Very poor quality clothing. They don't give refunds, only store credit. Customer service is non-existent. There's no way to contact any one in the company besides emails, which they ignore anyways. AVOID this WEBSITE at all costs! I spent almost $200 on 8 dresses. I STILL had to pay for RETURN SHIPPING. I still haven't gotten a refund.

Just void this site all together. Don't waste your money.

I order two pairs of jeans of there and I never got an email about it so I cancelled my order they were quick to cancel but then when I email about when will my money be back in my account they haven't replied they've been ignoring my emails

The shipping is pretty fast, considering where its coming from. The quality of the clothes is not too good. If you plan to buy stuff from this site i suggest to go for the Korean brands rather than the Taiwanese brands because the quality is better. I'm not certain but I've heard that they overcharge Americans and that the prices are about two times more than they would originally be. Aside from that i still really like yesstyle. Their clothes are really cute but most of them are "one size". Im pretty skinny and im around a "medium" so i was worried that the hoodie i bought wouldn't fit because I'm not as thin as the models but luckily it did. I read a few bad reviews on this site and some good ones too. After reading the bad ones i was skeptical about ordering from yesstyle but I'm glad i did.

The variety and range of products is amazing. It gives you a lot of choices plus you can read reviews of the product which gives the buyer additional infos aside from whats in the picture and description. Delivery is great if all your items are in stock and ready to ship, you'll receive your parcel in 5days if you meet the minimum amt for express shipping but if some or even 1 item says ready within 7-14 days, you need to be a patient and wait even more than 2wks, mine took around almost a month but everything was worth the wait.
I purchased a couple of times already, and will continue to do so.
Keep up the good work yesstyle and please don't disappoint us in the future.

Ordered size according to their chart, was WAY to small. Required me to pay to get exchanged for correct size, to do so was more than half of the cost of the purchase itself. So now have had to buy 2nd pair and pray I can get the 1st pair sold to recover my loss.

First time made a purchased on yesstyle website and they screw up with my order and never delivered to me. Now they found out the package was never delivered successfully and I need to pay for the extra shipping fee in order to get my package. There will be no refund or whatsoever. I never received or seem the package and they made the mistake and I have to pay for the extra fee to get my order. I should have listened to others reviews who wrote here when I ordered. I thought I wouldn't be the unlucky one, but I was wrong. It is insane that they made the mistake and we have to take care of it.

A good site if you are not ordering lingerie or sleepwear. I got an item with sewing fails, then they resend it (checked manually as they said) still got an item with the same problem. That the sides were not sewn equally, and as a person with quite small chest it makes the night dress look horrible on you. Then I gave up to deal with the same problem again.
Another time I ordered a night dress, it was out of stock, waited like a month nothing happen they they returned me money without asking if I wanted same model but other pattern, that was quite irritating. Also said they would inform if it comes back to stock- and that didn't happen
Another time i ordered a knit sweater and it came in with a strange unpleasant smell and looked like it was used or washed already.

A lot of the things sold on yesstyle are originally sold on other asian websites. Taobao, gmarket, and tmall to name a few. Becus of this the prices are raised considerably.
U can find most products original source by reverse image searching them. But if you don't have the time or desire to do that. Yesstyle is not a bad option. Just be careful that u only order items that ship within 24hrs becus otherwise it will take weeks for them to even ship it. Just if u have the time and willing to put effort. Don't order from here. I placed an order here for snail bee essence becus other sites were too expensive. Really hope it is worth it...__.

My order was returned to yesstyle because there were complications with the delivery. These complications werent my fault. After that i received an email that i needed to pay the shipment costs. I explained that the return wasnt my fault. I kept receiving the same email for like 10 times and they said i still had to pay. Eventually i paid to receive my money back. It took about 2 months before i received my money.

Two things.
1) and item that was not delivered, they forced store credit as a refund. I thought "okay, I can use that towards a saved item" but I wasn't crazy about not getting a full refund however, I looked on the bright side of reinvesting that into a pricier item.
2) I recently purchased a History of Whoo Bichup face cream which generally retails $230. A face cream I had a sample of from and authentic local K beauty store but it was $230. YesStyle has it on sale for $156.20.
After all the discounts and credits, my final payment was $94z
I thought it was too good to be true. It was!
When I received it, the box looked similar to the original I had but slightly different texture.
When I opened the product, the cream smelled awful! Like expired baby powder. I immediately to some photos and video and submitted a return request.
After paying an additional $18 for shipping, they email me telling me they will not issue refund because product was opened and that "companies change their formulation"
So YesStyle acknowledged their product was different but insisted it was "authentic".
I went to the k beauty store and paid full retail for the real version and guess what? It smells like the sample. Smells nothing like the version YesStyle has listed on their website.
One thing I do know of, is China/ Hong Kong have gotten exceptionally well and creating counterfeits but they cannot replicate formulations. The cream smelled terrible and didn't even sink into the skin like the authentic one. The consistency was off.
YesStyle understands they are selling products that are "different" and tout authenticity. This isn't the first time purchasers complain about counterfeit, different quality from the real products. I'm creating a dispute with my credit card company for a full refund.
Tip for consumers:
Ones you pay, pray you for bauce issues because you can consider your money gone.

Items in my order were not in stock- after waiting a month and not recieving any items I asked to cancel my order and for a full refund. Yesstyle agreed but after another month I have yet to recieve a refund. I have tried to contact customer services (an impossible task if you want a helpful response) and they are telling me it's a problem with MY bank and I need to wait. It's been 22 business days and nothing. Avoid this company their customer care is SHOCKING and they only want your money.

I was very happy about my first order around January in 2016. The clothes in that order were in good quality with decent prices. Starting the second order, the clothes were somewhat different from the pictures from color to materials, and to design. My last order was just a waste of money. I bought 4 dresses and one met my expectation. One was a pink dress and the design was totally different. I bought it because of the design but the dress shipped to me just looked stupid. I'd rather but a plain dress. One even had molds on it. You may ask why I didn't do a return. I just think it's wasting my time and effort.

I thought the clothes they had were really cute! However, when I received the products I purchased, the quality wasn't that good... and the sizes run kind of small. They sell a lot of one-size-fits all, so unless you are super skinny and you're not planning on wearing the clothes very much, I wouldn't recommend this site. Even their leather bags weren't very high quality.

I find the cutest things on here and oftentimes, with very good material. However, the other times I buy from here the measurements can be very off and the material is very poor. If you want something trendy without high expectations or want fashion inspo, yesstyle is your place to go to.

It was a real disaster I ordered from them last year 2 product with the standard shipping. I was refunded on only 1 and it wasn't a total refund and it was credits on the website! I precisely said to be refunded on my bank account! Customer service will not even help you through the process it will do the bare minimum, and I think they did the bare minimum cause I did complaint on Paypal!
I'm attempting 1 last try this month with the tracked shipping which I paid for! If it doesn't get to my house in 1 month I will do a reclaim on Paypal, and I'll just refuse their "yesstyle credit". I wouldn't recommend this website to my worst enemy

I just regret using this site. I order about 10 item which said shipping within 2weeks. Fainally arrived after 2 month and missing item! They said Defective Items Removed from Order. After send other items. That was couple matching item. Now they are saying like I have to
Buy again with shipping fee! Awful.

The prices can be a little expensive but some of the products are really good and it's a great place to find clothes that actually fit me since I'm a pretty short guy and clothes in the US tend to be huge.

I don't know why everyone is giving bad reviews but Yesstyle is the best I have spent around $3000 on Korean skincare. I have been buying from them for 1 and a half years now. They will let you know If an item is not in stock as in 21 days or more for shipment, so your whole order will be shipped late. If the items said will be shipped in 24 hours then yes but it does take time for it to be shipped as a whole since it's coming from somewhere in Asia. I have bought both skincare and kbeauty makeup all good. I never had to refund and I became a gold member since I spent a lot lol. I usually use the app to download If you're new or need some discount you can use my code Y8K8YA https://ystyle.co/h9cn. I also will get a small discount when you use my code and no I am not getting paid to do this. I have added a picture of my collection I currently have and I do recommend kbeauty because it cleared my skin really good.
