“Great place to get variation of jeans/pants”

For this specific review video, I talk about their jeans, which is one of the more difficult items to purchase from their site. However, if you look at the reviews and know which one is best to buy you can get some really good ones at great prices! I definitely can say I've bought some gems because they have different styles and they are priced quite fairly in my opinion. Watch the video to see me review the YesStyle jeans I got! “Disappointed buying experience”

Do not buy from this company, I haven't received the product for over 1 month and the CS are not helping, just keep asking me to wait without any follow up action! I am so disappointed with my first purchase!

Do not listen to a YouTubers or influencers or people on these reviews. It is all a scam. The cloths are about the same kind of quality as Wish. I returned the items back because they were horrific and I'm STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND. Imagine, over 140 dollars worth of items and they say I have to wait till it arrives at Hong Kong go get a refund. It's been over 2 months now and still have no update from them.

I returned a couple items since the material was so poor no one could wear them. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received the refund in the form of YesStyle credit.

Customer service said I sent in less item than mentioned in the RMA Number and I should confirm which items I actually sent. I'm sure I sent in ALL items that I listed in the return page. They asked me to confirm items in my return package that I no longer see. Items that are now sit in their inventory. How in hell am I suppose to do that? They think I have magical power. They're the ones who supposed to tell me what items they received and then I can confirm! Now they won't even return my email and won't give me refund. It's been more than 1 week and they still hasn't returned my email. MAYBE THIS WILL GET THEM TO REPLY.

Just thought I would mention that I have received an item that looks smaller than expected. When I rang their customer service number I was told they do not refund only issue credit notes.

Make sure to look through all your options and to use their search bar & filtering efficient. Always keep in mind that what your getting is what you're paying for especially for online things!

I ordered the Centella Green Level Safe Sun SPF50+ PA++++ and the website had no trouble shipping to the U.S. The seems to be no conflict with my card and where I live so thats a plus. I will be ordering from this website again.

So I have been a customer for a long time now and I continue to give yesstyle a chance... hoping for a change, but it hasn't changed. I literally order like 10 shirts and I end up actually wearing and liking about 2 of them. It really is a hit or miss with the clothing. The shirts are either okay, good or just entirely different and bad quality. Sometimes the sizing that they have under the description is way off. It sucks because I love the Asian style and I get excited every time I make a purchase... but then I get disappointed when the shirt looks nothing like the picture they portrayed on the site. Another thing is the time it takes to ship the clothing. I would make purchases for the cooler weather like long sleeve shirts and thicker material, but would end up getting it by the time the weather is too hot to even consider wearing it. I try to understand because it is being shipped from Asia, but sometimes waiting a month is just not worth it. Also I would recommend staying away from purchasing clothing shipped from China... the quality is just not that good and usually the sizing is way smaller than what is written under the sizing details. If you do order make sure that you read the reviews for the clothing item first.

To order was very easy, silly: you get an code for your first order and it didn't count under 45... I order never so much at first time... if erverything is fine with my goods - review again.

I've ordered a few items from them these past couple of years and overall my experience has been very satisfactory. The site's prices do rage a lot higher than other whole sale stores but it's a lot less shady and my items have always matched the images on the site. Yes style also Isn't strictly knock offs. They have a few brand names like "googims" and "lets fly" that are of course going to run a higher price.

I don't really know what the deal is with people ordering from these obscure Asia Fashion retailers and then wondering why A: clothes don't fit as expected, B: The shipping takes a long time and C: Things that are $4.00 look like knock offs. These are very common characteristics of this type of online store and in my opinion yes style is the most professional and the most accurate.

For clothing I'd say order one size up and definitely make use of a measuring tape to give your self a real idea about the sizing and fit. (The dimensions of most garments are made available by the site). As far as shipping, if you need the item in a hurry, shop strictly out of the "ready to ship" category or else expect to wait 3 weeks if not more for your item.

If I could give them a big fat ZERO, I would. Horrible customer service, long wait times because they "source" items. After waiting 2 months, I had to contact them and YESSTYLE tells me " oh it must be lost". I sent an email response asking specific questions. I get nothing from them! I hate this company and would never refer anyone to use yesstyle. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING FROM AMAZON ( and youll be taken care of at AMAZON)

So far I've ordered two items from yesstyle and I rate it and its totality as an okay website. The first product I ordered was a buckled backpack from PG beauty(Taiwan). Let me tell you that pictures can delude you from the poorness of the quality. The backpack is polyurethane(look it up if needed) on the outside, but it was non-durable. It easily gets scratched and the polyurethane part peeled off. A very delicate backpack that should only be used occasionally. Definitely not worth $30 yet fashionable. Second product I purchased was a pair of ankle boots from 59 Seconds(Hong Kong). They are lightweight and the quality is fair. They're worth the price. The customer service, however, was horrible--based on my experience. The employee I talked to was very rude and bad-tempered. The standard shipping and delivery span may take longer than usual(good thing there's express shipping). The website as a whole is satisfactory especially when it comes to Asian fashion but don't disregard the fact that it is apparently an Asian website and therefore some of its products are poor quality.

The clothing this website distributes are amazing. Everything about the selections are amazing. I am quite irritated with the customer service though. Being a customer that spends thousands of dollars on their products i would feel the company should take my concerns a bit more to heart, because i am a very frequent shopper and understand the processes involved. But i have been waiting on one item for over a month, still no contact with their partners so they cannot give me straight answers. Was supposed to ship out 7-14 days, it is now 24 days, almost a month. I was assured it would be here sooner. Every time i call i am told sorry we still have not heard back, either cancel your item or wait longer. I asked for somthing to be done, I. E give a discount or a small credit or coupon to say sorry for this issue that we cannot resolve. But the company just tells me no. They do not say sorry, they do nothing. They say "cancel item or wait for items" I have called multiple times and spoke with more then 4 customer service reps, i have been given the same tone and same robotic answers. I am very unsatisfied and will start ordering directly from the companies they choose to distribute, the prices are actually cheaper off the individuals websites. If & when the company chooses to change their customer service, i may think to shop again. But not where i am not treated fair.

YesStyle is giving up to 80% of the product which is totally wrong as in some of their product they make it triple the price of the product n make it 80% selling us with the same price as original. Atleast they should be genuine about this they shouldn't to customer by making false promise. Eg of missha n some clothing which is 2k at da max but they increase to 6 to 9k and selling is with 80%by bringing down to the original price. There are more of products these are two eg. I have shown

They've got cute clothes which may or may not be like the sample pictures (just like every online store), prices are quite reasonable and because I'm Asian, the sizes are fine for me

DO NOT TRUST YESSTYLE! They are scammers, have hundreds of complaints, 2.8 rating, tracking is awful, the products are cheap, customer service is the worst & they WILL CHARGE your card, then send you an email telling you your card could not be validated & pay again via PayPal! No matter how many cards you use etc. its the same auto email telling you to pay via PayPal.

The shipping sucks my order keeps getting moved back. Also customer service does not respokd. I tried to gave this app another chance but its just so disappointing. NEVER EVER ORDER IN THIS APP THERES ALWAYS ANOTHER APP THATS WAY BETTER THAN THIS AND HAVE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME STUFF!. ORDER NEVER CAME JUST KEEP MOVING BACK! IT ALSO TAKES SO LONG EVEN IF U PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING!
