YesStyle is an online website that carries heaps of Korean fashion and beauty products. Personally, I love shopping from there as they have a huge selection of clothing at really affordable prices. The quality is generally good (although there can be hit and misses - read reviews on their website before purchasing!), and the clothes look exactly like the picture as advertised. Sizing wise, I generally recommend sizing up! Shipping does take 1-2 months, but if you get heaps from the website at once its definitely worth the wait!
I ordered a jacket in "small." I am a small or extra small size. The jacket arrived a month later and might fit a 9-year-old. The shoulders are 12 inches across. See photo. I wrote customer service about returning it for a refund. I was told to take photos with a yardstick. I did. Nine days later, I have not heard from them. Do not buy products from this Yesstyle!
It has loads of fun stuff if you're just looking for something new to try or something within a small budget. You get your money's worth if you set your expectations reasonably.
Shipping can cost a lot, so try to wait until you have over $59 worth of stuff you want to buy and place one order to have free shipping. Also, read the reviews and see what other people think.
It's been three times now that I ordered from this website and I am sure I will again next time. I love the quality they are selling and fits me. And they always have a good deal. Thank you.
I had always shop at yesstyle because there are lot of band I know and like and is all of the same place. I don't need to search for where I could buy it from, also there always have sales going on.
This site is a joke. I took my bag out of the plastic put it on my shoulder and the strap broke. I then email them to tell them of there faulty product and they told me they would not do anything to refund my money or replace my product as it has "BEEN USED". Apparently putting a bag on your shoulder is being used. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.

I have been ordering from this website for a few years now, and it hasn't given me any terrible experiences yet. One key thing is that most of the time, you get what you paid for. A lot of things are cheap, but you might be getting the same for quality. I buy more skincare and makeup than clothing, and I would say that all of it is great! One tip I would give is to always look at the reviews for items, especially for clothing. It is better to shop from well-known asian brand because you have a better chance to receive a better quality. I haven't had any trouble ordering from this site throughout this COVID-19 situation either, besides maybe having to wait a while to receive my products. I would also recommend looking at when items are supposed to be stocked. For example some are received by them within 24 hours, 3 to 5 days, or in 21 days. Its better to group items that are readily available because if your order has a mix of, let's say, 24 hour and 21 days, your package isn't going to ship out until the 21 day item(s) is received by them. This is if you don't want to wait months to receive your package.
Don't expect to get your order process anytime soon. It can be sitting under "Ready to Shipped' for weeks without any progress.
I love Yesstyle. I remember ordering my hoodies & denim leggings from there. Exactly the same product I saw on the site when I received them<3 They also fit well on me.~ w)
I think you need to be really careful when ordering the clothing because the clothing sizes are based on the model that is selling it in the photos. Most people tend to buy the piece just because they think it looks great but fail to order the correct size. So make sure to look at the size references~! The small sizes fit me perfectly~ *petite* xD
The only thing I don't really like about Yesstyle is that you have to order with an actual credit card. You can't pay with a prepaid credit card. I remember putting $180 into a prepaid credit card to order from Yesstyle but they denied my payment because of that. I was quite sad lol
Anyways, my orders came pretty quick like a week or 2 after I ordered. I would definitely order again but I'm gonna need to get an actual credit card that would be able to order from this site. I definitely recommend Yesstyle to people who are into Asian Fashion & loves cute clothing~ Vv)z
If you are reading this and debating on whether to purchase from Yesstyle, DO NOT.
I made the mistake of trusting social media reviews that Yesstyle was a legit, safe platform to buy K-beauty products. I am sure the products itself are legit, but I never received my package so how would I know!
My order came down to $49.86. I week later after I made the purchase I received a text message saying that my address on the order was incorrect. You would think Yesstyle would make sure the address was viable first like any other online company!
I fixed the address and it said that it would charge me 30 cents for the inconvenience. I was like "Eh, what the heck. It's only 30 cents."
Keep in mind that I used two different debit cards. One card was used for the actual purchase, the other I used to fix the address.
A week later, I went to check on my order to see if it was getting shipped out. It wasn't.
I also went to check my card account to see if the purchase went through. What I discovered is the YESSTYLE CHARGED ME WITH AN EXTRA $53.45. No reason at all. There were TWO charges at the same time. (This was on the card that I used to fix the address).
I am very upset with Yesstyle. I should have know not to trust a fast fashion site, but I guess you live and learn! In total, I lost $103.31 from ONE purchase. Absolutely ridiculous.
Please learn from me, and DO NOT order from Yesstyle. If anything, you can find everything on that site on Amazon (just check for the authenticity on K-beauty skincare products!).
I also did not receive a refund.
I ordered backpacks and school supplies during summer and now almost a month and still have not shipped the ready to ship items. School starts and my daughters don't have backpacks

So I ordered once a t-shirt from the app. The prive and the shipping wasn't too expensive and the tee was as pictured. I love the t-shirt, it fits perfectly! The youtuber "Nerdecrafter" recommended her subscribers and I'm happy she did. The website is great in general. I had a grat experience with it ;)
I like that there's a lot of designs, but some brands that I received are bad quality, I would like if there's reviews on each brand so we can choose what suits us best
I have contacted 8 times about my package ordered over 2 weeks ago(was shipped over 2 weeks ago) from a warehouse 5 1/2 hours from where I live. SO where is my package? Tracking shows transferred to USPS however I someone I am related to is Postmaster and checked it hasn;t been transferred into USPS symtem and this has been since December 6th. Customer service is NO HELP! NEVER again will I but from this company
I bought a couple of items on yesstyle.ca end of July 2013. Received them at the end of August. One of the sweaters I ordered was damaged with a very large hole in it. I emailed them & they resent another one. This was great, but when I received the new one at the end of September it also had a hole in it. The hole was smaller, but definitely still there. I would think if it was being resent because the first was damaged they should have some kind of quality assurance or inspection first. When I again sent pictures to them, they told me I had to send the sweaters back & would only be refunded the cost of the sweater. I had to pay for my own shipping, which they did not reimburse. I know it was only about $9, but I should not have to pay to ship goods that they sent to me already damaged. They told me they could only give store credit ( I don't even want to buy again from them in case the same thing happens. Who doesn't inspect their products first?). They didn't even give me the store credit. That doesn't matter because they should really give me a full refund when the fault is theirs. The customer service is horrible. It's fine as long as you don't have a problem.
It's good for cute clothing if you don't care about super high quality. Shipping takes a while if you live in the States though which is a minus for me
I'm having a really bad experience with Yesstyle, I bought something a month ago and it hasn't been shipped yet, they promised it would be shipped yesterday and still nothing.
They promise to ship next day or in 14-21 days. Its almost a month now and my order is still "processing! " No response from customer service as well.
I've ordered from yesstyle a total of 4 times so far, and each time, I've been pressured to order over $60 worth of products in order to be eligible for free shipping and coupon offers. It's a really smart marketing plan, but honestly, it's kind of deceptive considering how regular shipping can cost up to a whopping $13 for some tiny cosmetic product. And some products take a LOoooong time to ship. So even if you absolutely love it, you end up not buying it because you don't want to wait an extra 21 days for all the other items in your cart. But if all the items in your cart say they will only take a day or two to ship, then congratulations, it will arrive as fast as a bullet.
One positive not is they offer a huge variety of Asian products that you can't find all together on other shopping platforms. And all the products that I've received were legitimate and good quality. (excluding the fact that they're usually folded, squished, and crammed into a small tiny shipping box).
But it's also worth noting that their so called 'limited deals' are kind of shady because they inflate the prices before applying discounts making the discount seem way larger (60%) than it actually is (~10%).
So despite all these negative points, why 4 stars? Because of the variety of products they sell and the convenience/organization of the site. The products are all 'modern' and tell you what's in 'trend'/popular. They also have a relatively honest product reviewing platform. But that is mainly thanks to the lovely customers. (^-^)
Pros: Easy to navigate website.
Con: It was very difficult to figure out how to get the free gift. Ended up ordering my items without it, then realizing I had to add it to my cart. Too late now.
They take a lot of time while to ship. Have to give best services. Delay in the delivery

I have ordered once from this site,
It's been over 24 days since i got a shipping notice,
Which had no shipping number.
So i sent a message through their website and
THEN they gave me a shipping number, which I checked out
And it says it was shipped immediately,
It was a total of 27 days till package arrived.
Product: I ordered a top. The top which I got was the right size and colour.
The fabric is actually fair, but unfortunately the stitching is quite poor quality considering the retail price.
The top was US $58 the stitching was like that you would find on a sack of rice.
The two things that the siteshop can improve on is
*supplying shipping codes when shipping commences.
*either better quality stitch to match price or cheaper price to reflect quality of clothes.
If they can do that, then I'm sure this could be an awesome place to shop, but for now. Just ok.
On the plus side, I emailed the CEO Joshua Lau concerning the above comment, and he offered me to send the item back for full refund and reimburse of shipping cost, so I suggest if anyone is having an issue with an automated site bot or customer service rep, try to contact *******@yesstyle.com about it.
Awesome range, well priced and some nice little discounts. However you need to be so careful buying from them because firstly and most importantly, they definitely have the Asian shop effect where sizing is made for a specific size(don't even bother if you're over a size 12) and the quality of the item is often a little bit dissapointing when compared to the photos, however I have bought lots of nice clothing items, you just have to read the reviews and especially look at the photos people input. Also, they don't add GST until the end, which for an Aussie is ludicrous because it means the prices you see are different to what they are in your final order and can even end up cancelling out discount codes altogether which is frustrating. Also be cautious when ordering because some items aren't shipped for up to 4 weeks after you make the order while others are ready immediately,(it says it on the items but can be very easy to miss), you can have an order which is sitting in the packing facility waiting for one item for weeks before it can be sent, as they always wait until the whole order is ready to ship it, in like places like amazon who pack and ship items together depending on their stock. Overall have had about 70% great experiences and 30% disappointing/not worthwhile experiences.
I received an item I had not ordered, but was still charged to my credit card. This makes me feel I need to cancel my card in order for 'YesStyle" to not have access to my account. Trying to find an address to return the sweater to has been 'EXHAUSTING' and without any results! My concern is this will happen over and over again! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again will I order form YesStyle. I am also waiting for a credit to my card from 'YesStyle' since January 2016 for a coat that they did no longer have! It should be named 'NoStyle'! Buyer BEWARE!
Update: I opened the sweatpants to check the size and quality. Fraudulent advertising--these are not sweatpants. Look at the picture, they are spandex see through pants. I ordered Women's XL and the waist size is 23 inches (picture included). I always order Women's XL pants for my friend. I did not see YesStyle size chart until I went back to the website and found the size chart. You have to be careful ordering from this site as their XL size is size 1 ladies petite or juniors size 1.
The 5 star reviews are obviously fake.
I placed an order for women's sweatpants. I never received an order number and spent weeks trying to get a status from customer service. I finally received an email a day before the order was delivered -- 4 weeks from date ordered.
The sweatpants are a joke. They are made of some spandex material -- not anything like what is shown on the website. They are thinner than hosiery and you can hold them up to the light and see through them. These are not sweatpants, they are more like panty hose with the bottoms cut off. All 5 pairs fit in my small mailbox on the porch and did not even half fill the mailbox. The mailbox is 6" x 8". Learned my lesson--never trust ordering products from a Chinese company.
Spent almost $90 for 5 pair of panty hose that cannot be worn in public. Pictures included. In the picture is 5 pair of extra large women's sweatpants. You have to wonder how many fake reviews this company pays people to post.
