Do not buy from this company, I haven't received the product for over 1 month and the CS are not helping, just keep asking me to wait without any follow up action! I am so disappointed with my first purchase!

I live in Canada and up so far all my purchases have been perfectly adequate. I ordered 2 times, both times orders arrived in timely fashion (read restocking and shipping schedule carefully to have reasonable expectations) and in perfect conditions. No surprises, no additional fee, it really is what you see is what you get. Quality of material varies depending on the brands and items you select, but if you are an attentive buyer and you ACTUALLY read the labels, all measurements and material composition are written down in the description of the majority of items. You can't really go wrong if you do your homework! Aside from the supplementary precautions, as is required for all online shopping, the site offers a great selection of clothing and cosmetics at a fraction of the cost you'd encounter in stores. It also allows you to discover many brands that aren't available in the country: I got into Korean skin care and avidly look for essences and lotions, ampoules, etc, but it can quickly build up a bill in local beauty shops. Yesstyle offers well known brands (Missha, Skin-II, the Face shop, etc) for half the price and boasts items of these compagnies I've never seen before. Clothing wise, if you're into something different then North American fashion, it's the place to go: no hassle, just the items you like! Very pleased so far and I have not had any troubles! The only downside I can foresee is the return or exchange process. While the website is very clear on the return policy and is by no mean at fault for the inconvenience, having to ship back merchandise to their warehouse can be expensive and more complicated then just return clothes at your local stores (obviously). Make sure to order items that you are ready to keep regardless of the fit as most people won't want to go through the trouble of the return process. Overall, great source for cosmetics and accessories, beware of the labels and you'll have a great shopping experience!

Yesstyle's products are really cute, but don't always believe their prices and sales. I would've given them 5 stars, but their sales are often so fake. There are some items that are permanently on sale because they fake the prices. When you think you are saving money, there are times when you actually aren't. DON'T BELIEVE THE SALES. What they do is they raise the price of the product and then they use a "SALE" to drop it back down to a price similar to it's original price. THEY'RE NOT STEALS. THAT'S JUST THE NORMAL PRICE. For example, there were these really cute jeans by chuu that were retailing on Yesstyle at 228 USD. 228! However, the jeans were "80% OFF". I know that chuu's items range on the cheaper side, so I checked their website. And guess what? The jeans were actually only 50 USD. Of course, Yesstyle's sale brought them to 44 USD. I know that this is a sales strategy, but I would rather be told that I'm only saving 12% than to be blatantly lied to. 12% is a pretty good deal already. That's why I often compare beauty product prices between Amazon and Yesstyle and Stylekorean. I would've given them 5 stars because I love their stuff, but I just can't accept the fact that they are lying to their customers when people would probably buy the stuff anyways. The lying is NOT NECESSARY, and it NEEDS TO STOP. Please stop faking sales.

I've been shopping at Yesstyle for over a year because I find that all the asian beauty products I want are normally available on their site. Because Yesstyle ships products from multiple different brands, the quality of each item is different. I've ordered shoes, clothes and beauty products and I found that the beauty products always end up being the best. Personally, the clothes for me are 8/10 times accurate to what was advertised. The cheaper clothing may not have great material, but reading the reviews in Yesstyle will definitely help.
Shoes might have been the hardest for me to buy because sizes from different brands can vary: a size 37 might be smaller in one brand compared to another - so again, just read reviews and make sure to take a size larger if necessary.
Something I think the site should add is photos to go along with the reviews - words are important, but photos really allow other customers to see what the product is really like. Also, they have this stylebucks system where you can get discounts as your membership gets upgraded (by buying more on the site), but it'd be nice if you can redeem those stylebucks too...
Overall, the site is very reliable and it sells clothes from famous shops like Chuu, Peripera, 3CE, Pony Effect and icecream12. If you like Kpop, Korean/Asian fashion, or just want to be stylish in general, I think Yesstyle is a great site for you to check out. It's pretty affordable and they often times have sales. Shipping does cost extra (not too bad) and items normally arrive in a week or two. They also give you a tracking code for your orders. I would recommend the dresses (they are so cute) and the lip products off their site. One thing that I really love is the fact that they sell circle contacts, and for cheap too.

Overall, I like the website design for what it is and there are a lot of designs I don't see anywhere else that makes this site worth it every now and then. Now for the nitty gritty.
I say hesitant to buy because returns are not the easiest and I'm not much for store credit. Many of their products take about 2 weeks to ship out and once it ships it takes about a week or longer to get to your door (3-4 weeks of waiting for what you paid for). If you're not much of the patient sort, this site's probably not for you. If you're the sort who takes the waiting as unknown delivery date as a fun surprise when it finally gets to you, then you'll probably enjoy this type of shopping experience better.
Yesstyle's been making it easier to get a feel for product quality by showing customer satisfaction ratings beside each seller's account when looking at a product as well as showing similar items in an easy accessible tab. That helps guide my choices, especially when it comes to price. Some sellers have the exact same product at a cheaper price.
Pictures of models from afar, while the poses are great, don't give me a good feeling for what that outfit looks like up close and that's a no when I'm online shopping through a site with policies that deter me from ever wanting to have to go through the trouble of returning something.
I tend to go for the seller that has the most info on their product description (sizing measurements is a must) and a decent number of pictures with close ups to show the quality of the material used. Close up of hem lines, exact places where they take in the fabric so I know I'm getting the design I want and that it will be easy to alter if needed (even on Yesstyle it can be hard to find items in my size 5' 4", 90 lbs, 30" 23" 33").
I try to price match items I find on Yesstyle on Amazon. I have seen cheaper prices on Amazon and sometimes it's even prime. If that happens I go with Amazon (faster, better customer service experience). But there are some styles I can only find on Yesstyle and I love them enough that they're worth the wait and possible disappointment of poor quality. The drop earrings I've ordered have been gorgeous and after several months, no sign of discoloration or rust, amazing for earrings that cost $3-$10 per pair.
$6 hat I got was thin and material was garbage. But looks great and unless someone else was wearing it, it's not easy to tell the material is poor so if you're going for appearances only, not a bad buy. I really like their temp waterproof tattoos. Great selection and stays on for a good couple weeks. High waist mini skirts and thigh high socks have all been great quality.
I have another order put in for more clothes this time than trinkets so if anything changes I'll be sure to update!

Terrible experience.
I purchased 2 products from this store on 25/11/2022.
Received the order confirmation in the day. On 29/11/2022 I received the shipment invoice and the update that my goods would be delivered on 9/12/2022, by then all was working ok.
The problem starts when on the delivery day, I didn't receive any updates, just a message saying that the delivery was not possible (not explaining the reason), I was at work, as usual in the afternoon, but my building has a safe place and ALL the delivers always leave the packaging at the same place (I even bought with this store before and they delivery like that), so I wasn't worried, I thought "maybe they will leave in my Post office and I will get later, all good". But no, the delivery company they use took the goods and stored them in another facility, I tried to call but no answer.
So I made a claim with my Post Office and with Yesstyle trying to solve it, by this time, they sent my package back to Yesstyle. So I got in contact with Yesstyle to be reshipped, and they say "yes, if you pay "22,56 AU$ for the reshipment". I was surprised, but even try to help to say I was planning to buy some other things on the website and as they delivered from the same place they could add all in the same shipment, but they didn't allow it.
At this point was already January 2023, and I was so frustrated, no help, no suggestion for a refund, and nothing could be done, I was just getting my stuff (or being stolen again?) if I pay a new delivery.
So I ask for a refund, and they say they will give me store credit (can you believe it?) and WORSE, that they will discount me "8,91AU$" for a shipping fee?
"Also since do you do not want a reshipment, we may offer a store credit refund and the shipping fee of AUD 8.91 will be deducted from the total refund amount as we have fulfilled our responsibility to ship the order initially." < this is the answer.
I'm not having my good, I'm not having my money back, and I'm also losing 8,91 dollars.
Honestly, this is absurd and I just want to make sure everyone knows about it. Terrible customer service, never more!

I had originally rated this site five stars based on a previous experience. I have lowered my rating due to what happened with my most recent order. I placed an order for four different items. On the site all the items that I purchased were listed as "usually ships within 7-14 days." I don't mind waiting so I placed my order. Later I get an e-mail stating that one of the items was out of stock and won't be in stock for a while so that specific item was cancelled. O.k., a little annoying, but I was willing to let it go until something else happened.
A couple of weeks after the date I placed the order I get an e-mail stating that my order has shipped. The next day I get another e-mail stating that one of the items is defective, will not be shipped out, and that a refund is being processed. How could an item have shipped and then be retroactively inspected? Apparently I am wrong about what "shipped" means. Either way, half my order has been cancelled by them.
They sent me a a $5 coupon via e-mail as "goodwill," but I have to spend a minimum of $50 to be able to use it. I have decided to save $50 instead and not use the coupon. I appreciate the fact that they took the time to make sure the items were in good shape, but I'm annoyed at the issues with my order. Like I said, I understand that things happen, but I don't like being given inaccurate information like, "your order has shipped" when it has not or that an item is available when it's not. So I take it that whatever is left of my order is still sitting somewhere.
This is my third time buying from Yesstyle.com. My previous two experiences were good so I'm a little disappointed this time around. I ordered four items and two are not coming in and have been cancelled. I liked their site because they had styles/things I had been unable to find anywhere else. But if items are cancelled, then they're not available on Yesstyle either so it loses that "uniqueness" factor in my view.

This has been my first order from Yesstyle.com. The items I ordered look just like in the pictures on the websites and are just as described. The quality is pretty good. My order came within the time frame they said it would and was well packaged. I had no problems with the checkout or ordering process. The size charts were accurate. I didn't have a need to contact customer support so I can't comment on that. Overall I'm pretty happy and plan on purchasing from them again.

1st shipment: getting my shipment was easy. It came in the estimated time (around 2.5 weeks). The quality of the items I ordered wasn't that great, but I expected this. The problems came when I needed to return something. First, you should be aware that YOU CAN ONLY RETURN ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT. Yesstyle will let you exchange for a different size, but this must be specified when you request your return auth. Number. Second, be SURE you get a tracking number and e-mail it to them. They're supposed to let you know when their shipping agent in Cali. Receives your returned items, but it seems they will just act as though they never got it if you don't prove the package was delivered. I find this to be a bit dishonest, or annoying to say the least. Luckily I purchased a tracking number for my package and was able to prove it was delivered. Because of this complicated return process and yesstyle customer service dropping the ball, you're looking at 2-3 WEEKS MINIMUM to receive the credit for your return. This is far too long in my opinion, even given the distance the package must travel. 2nd shipment: I've also been trying to cancel a second order I placed with them before this whole return snafu. It was placed on June 5 and as of June 23, the order has not only not been recv'd, but has not even been shipped, according to the order status on the site. I have tried to contact their customer service hotline during the hours they claim they're open, and was told by automated message that they were closed. I've resorted to opening a paypal dispute. I would normally be more patient, but given this site's tactics, I just want my money back. From now on I'll find another place to spend my money.
