For this specific review video, I talk about their jeans, which is one of the more difficult items to purchase from their site. However, if you look at the reviews and know which one is best to buy you can get some really good ones at great prices! Do not buy from this company, I haven't received the product for over 1 month and the CS are not helping, just keep asking me to wait without any follow up action! I am so disappointed with my first purchase!
I really like to buy in this shop because they have a lot of products that I can't buy in my country, but the prices are too high comparing to others pages that sell the same things, so I recommend check in another pages before buy in yesstyle.

Very good products. I could find everything I wanted and the prices where ok. But the webside needs a lot of improvement. Everything from its design to its user-friendliness is awful. Like useless search bar, non clickable buttons and super slow when updating.

Am I the only one who has noticed that the 4 & 5 star reviews are coming from people whose only reviews have been for YesStyle? Sounds fishy to me. This place, and others like it, are complete ripoffs. Regardless of where they ship from, they are all made in China which is notorious for "hiring" (if you want to call it that, it's more like enslaving) children and then not paying them or even abusing them. I wouldn't buy anything from them again if I had a gun to my head. JollyChic, DressLily, YesStyle, they are all the same. Cheap for cheap. If it looks to good to be true, it is. It may cost more, but keep your business in the U.S. At the end of the day, you get higher quality and a clear conscience.

I had to call them to chase them up after a week of placing my order, the only email I had was my order confirmation and no other emails to update on the progress of my order. They told me two of the other items would take 2 weeks to get back in stock so it won't be until next year I would get my order! I asked if they have some of the other items can they just send those whilst the 2 of the items that would take 2 weeks can be sent later on. They refused to so the only thing they could do was cancel my order. Greatly disappointed as I put in order for over £100
Tip for consumers:
If you don't mind waiting indefinitely for your order and no progress update then go for it. No flexibility for the customer.

I had ordered over a few hundred us dollars from this site. It is ok until I tried to return one item. The website is obviously doing a large volume of business in the US from Hong Kong. Yet, yesstyle opted to conduct their business practice by making the return process unfriendly by making the return process unclear, and the end result is making the process very prolonged. Not sure if I will order again after I experienced this unfair business process against customers.

I paid $45 for item/tax/shipping then FINALLY received it, but don't like the quality. ALL returns are ONLY store credit. I went online and got an RMA label, and paid $10 to mail it back.
After waiting a few weeks, I contacted them for my store credit. They said they never received the item, and that I needed to provide them with the tracking number before they would assist me. I couldn't find the receipt. Both Ann G then Joshua C told me in their very polite language to go f. Ck off.
THIS IS FRAUD! Their return policy doesn't state that the customer is responsible for providing a tracking number.
So now I've paid $55 for a cheap item that I don't even have and was basically told to "f. Ck off" when I inquired about the credit.

I buy a lot from them. Now, I am a gold member. The item quality is ok, but sometimes it is bad. Recommend buying the items have a high rating and many feedback or Korean products on sale. However, when I bought a skirt from Chuu, a Korean brand, they gave me a wrong one which is made in China. The skirt looks good but I'm still very disappointed. I also bought another skirt from a Korean brand and that one is very good. The material is thick and I look cute on it. I just buy some more skirts made in China. Let's see how it works at this time.
Only buying clothes, accessories, and bags or maybe home and lifestyle stuffs. I like hats. I buy several hats from them and I think it's good enough. For cosmetics, waiting for a very good deal because you can find a cheaper one from the Korean websites. Sometimes, they have a good price. I just buy some shoes from them today. I have never bought shoes on Yesstyle because I am worried about the size and material. So, I am waiting for it. :)

Clothes do not match the description on the website, they do not look as shown in the pictures. Very disappointed at the fact that if clothes need to be returned it, they do not credit your original form of payment, you get store credit instead.

The shipping is fast because i live in asia. The costumer service is also alright. I have bought many times in this site so its all good. I hope that they will deliver well because i bought $70 worth of goods from Yesstyle today and im also getting anxious.

Products can be a hit or miss. The cheaper products tend to come with horrible quality and material and often does not match what the pictures look. The more expensive a product is, the more you can count on it being closer to what you originally wanted.

Best place to shop for Korean beauty products! I literally get all my skincare products from here, and they ALWAYS arrive undamaged. Although the shipping takes quite a while (which is understandable since I live in California), I'm never disappointed. I don't know about clothing or other products they offer, but I would 100% recommend getting your kbeauty/skincare products from here!

Love the many choices. Though i wish the categories were more organized [i. E. have all the new in a category, 10%off in another category, the 20%off in another, the 30%off in another etc.]. Also, add a code and/or proxy of some sort, so when searching for items, more ease [i. E. if type '1986' in search engine, then results would have all items with word '1986' or '86'].

You get what you pay for for the most part, but there are some rare clothing where the quality is really good and is accurate but is inexpensive! Reading Yesstyle reviews before buying the clothes help A LOT! Overall, this website is most useful for buying cosmetics or skincare. I would not normally recommend clothing, but I do receive the occasional really good clothing out of the many clothes I purchase from this site...

This website is terrible. Their customer service sucks so you can not contact them if they give you a wrong order. You're just going to have to stick with it. The clothing are cute but the quality is $#*!. And sometimes your order takes up to a MONTH to process because they have to go ''purchase'' the item from the seller. And sometimes you won't even get the item or a wrong item for a cheaper price than the one you purchased for.

No sign of anything, no shipping email, etc. I am writing this because I have made several hundred overseas transactions, including ebay, and this is the FIRST problem I have had! I probably got too complacent but I can only say stay away from YESSTYLE... anyway maybe it will turn up in another week or six...

This site has great prices. II like to buy my South Korean products from this site in bulk. I also use trusted Amazon and eBay sites, plus Soko Glam, and Wishtrend. I compare prices, reviews, ingredients, and I follow a great influencer on the web, who helps me to navigate these sites and make the best choices, KBeauty Hobbit. She is amazing! On this site they carry so much it's amazing. Oh my goodness, and if for no other reason than sunblock, it's a must have site for me. Asian Sunblock is the best. Plus, most brands do not use the harmful chemicals. If you pull this site up on your computer rather than your phone, you can get great descriptions.

The quality of the material is very poor. The style didn't exactly match how it looks in the website. Avoid the hassle of returning, and international shipping.

The clothes that I get are good for quick trends and testing out new styles. Its not the best website out there but its good enough to see what you like and you can upgrade to better stores if you find a style that you like.

Well I have just ordered on it here the other day, no shipping fee and they were shipped within 30 hours. I got th side from a friend who have been buying a lot of stuff from there, and she showed me which brands were good and were worth the price. Now I've ordered and I'm waiting for it with a smile. Many here are talking about shipping time, and I don't know if I was just lucky, but my advise is: Since you can choose a shipment method, that is free, choose that and buy for maybe 40 USD and have a look at the quiality and if it's something you like. I'm lucky to have a friend who regulary orders from there, but I still only bought for 42 USD, just to be sure for myself.
I hope that my clothes will be great. >_<

I have loved the clothes i have gotten off YESSTYLE.com but I have had a few issues concerning the clothing material not as advertised. It's been only 3 items that this has happened to so that's great. Other than that it's good cheap fashionable clothing.

First off, I have made two separate purchases from YesStyle so far (both about a few days apart, but the second arrived earlier). In my first order, I bought clothing items that I ended up returning for a refund. It was not worth the 3-4 week wait. The clothes were terrible quality and were NOTHING like how they were depicted. Do NOT be fooled or tempted just because the modeled item looks super cute! Luckily, the refund process was zero-hassle (just lost some money to pay return shipping). In my second order, I purchased makeup and skin care products, which I have been using with no problems whatsoever and I love them! Overall, I would continue to shop here, but ONLY for the skin care and cosmetics.
Tip for consumers:
If you want your items to arrive faster, make sure to check the "availability" of the items you're buying. If even one of your items says "ships in 7-14 days" your WHOLE order will take FOREVER to arrive. If you can wait that long, then by all means go ahead. Also, it is worth it to make an account. It is much more organized, you accumulate points, and returns will be easier.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from YesStyle. My daughter loves the clothes, and I Iove the skincare products.
The clothes are well-priced, although I wish they came in bigger sizes so I could buy some too.
The skincare is fantastic but often slightly more expensive than other sites.
Overall, we really like the site, all the products, the discounts, and the great selection.
We will be sure to keep telling all our friends and family about YesStyle.
