For this specific review video, I talk about their jeans, which is one of the more difficult items to purchase from their site. However, if you look at the reviews and know which one is best to buy you can get some really good ones at great prices! Do not buy from this company, I haven't received the product for over 1 month and the CS are not helping, just keep asking me to wait without any follow up action! I am so disappointed with my first purchase!
I received an item I had not ordered, but was still charged to my credit card. This makes me feel I need to cancel my card in order for 'YesStyle" to not have access to my account. Trying to find an address to return the sweater to has been 'EXHAUSTING' and without any results! My concern is this will happen over and over again! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again will I order form YesStyle. I am also waiting for a credit to my card from 'YesStyle' since January 2016 for a coat that they did no longer have! It should be named 'NoStyle'! Buyer BEWARE!

Update: I opened the sweatpants to check the size and quality. Fraudulent advertising--these are not sweatpants. Look at the picture, they are spandex see through pants. I ordered Women's XL and the waist size is 23 inches (picture included). I always order Women's XL pants for my friend. I did not see YesStyle size chart until I went back to the website and found the size chart. You have to be careful ordering from this site as their XL size is size 1 ladies petite or juniors size 1.
The 5 star reviews are obviously fake.
I placed an order for women's sweatpants. I never received an order number and spent weeks trying to get a status from customer service. I finally received an email a day before the order was delivered -- 4 weeks from date ordered.
The sweatpants are a joke. They are made of some spandex material -- not anything like what is shown on the website. They are thinner than hosiery and you can hold them up to the light and see through them. These are not sweatpants, they are more like panty hose with the bottoms cut off. All 5 pairs fit in my small mailbox on the porch and did not even half fill the mailbox. The mailbox is 6" x 8". Learned my lesson--never trust ordering products from a Chinese company.
Spent almost $90 for 5 pair of panty hose that cannot be worn in public. Pictures included. In the picture is 5 pair of extra large women's sweatpants. You have to wonder how many fake reviews this company pays people to post.
Tip for consumers:
Contact information for the company when you have a problem. They only have a contact form and do not reply when you have an issue.

None are usable and suitable to wear in public. Donated to thrift store.

I always use this site to buy my sugar baby clothes and gifts and lingerie and jewelry and I finally decided to give this website a try myself and boy oh boy am I soooo glad I did! They finna have a $#*! looking bad asf! Me and my babymama finna have matching lingerie too! Periodt pooh!

It has been 3 month (bought clothes in March 17) and I still haven't got my clothes back. I emailed to them at first and they said there was some trouble and I couldn't track where my clothes were, then I emailed again after some weeks and they stopped replying to me, emailed again last week and nope not a single word. I don't know how Yesstyle has lots of 5 stars when it's absolutely bad. Wouldn't recommend buying things from Yesstyle you might not even get your stuff... it may be a matter of luck if they'll even send you you're package or not... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM-LIKE STORE!

I ordered a package a couple months ago and when i received it there were a few items that didn't fit that i wanted to return. In the return policy it says that they will not give refunds, but they will give you store credit. I followed all the return instructions and sent the package to the address they had provided. About a month later i looked at my credit value on the website and it said i currently do not have any credit. I emailed them about the issue and they took a long time to respond and when they finally did, they said they had not yet received the return package, which was frustrating to hear because i had gotten the confirmation from fedex that the package had been delivered. When i emailed them about the fact that it had in fact been delivered, they claimed we sent it to the wrong address although we followed to return instructions and sent it to the return address they provided. We are still emailing back and forth with them and it is very frustrating. So i do not have any credit and my money went down the drain because of yesstyle. DO NOT buy from this company.

I ordered multiple products from a few brands and although at times the site was frustrating, the product selection was so exciting that in the end the overall shopping experience was OK.
Pros:
- Brand and product selection
- Affordable prices
- Good promotions and free express shipping on $59 purchase
Cons:
- The site functionalities are frustrating: (1) There aren't enough filters to do product searches and some of the existing filters are rather useless. (2) Sometimes the full ingredients list of the products are missing from the product page - that should be corrected, people care about the ingredients so they should be fully disclosed for each product consistently on the site.
- Not sure if standard shipping is offered but it should be offered for total purchases less than $59 and at some lower threshold should be free.
- There seems to be some inefficiency when products aren't immediately available, they advise you to order what's available now and then order the long lead time products separately - that is absurd and I'm sure they lose sales because of this. When they receive the order, they should ship what's immediately available and then ship the long lead time items separately and should do that themselves - not ask the customer to help them plan inventory and logistics. Some customers will likely order from another vendor or not have enough products to qualify for free shipping which makes the overall cost to the customer higher.
- Return policy is very stingy so be careful while shopping.

The sweater that I bought is defective and yes style doesn't admit that's defective item. Even they allow me to ship it back but I have to eat the shipping cost. I finally donate the sweater.

I shop online exclusively and I've lost count of how many online stores I have done purchased from. Yesstyle is the worst ever and I can't think of a shop that comes even close to how bad Yesstyle is.
I wanted to place an order and tried paying via PayPal but it just wouldn't work. So I entered my credit card info directly instead. Two days later the status was still "HOLD" so I asked them to cancel the order. They replied it's impossible to cancel an order even though my credit card hasn't been charged yet. At the same time they went ahead and charged my credit card, but the order status is "Waiting for stock" with no indication of how long is the wait. And for this order I am to receive zero style bucks.
I've been contacting them to inquire about how long is the wait. They have not replied.
It's bad practice and unprofessional to charge a customer's cc before the order is shipped! I can't think of a single quality retailer that would do such a thing! Add to that their refusal to answer a simple question about the wait time, I honestly feel like I've been scammed. Guess they expect me to wait indefinitely for something I've paid for.
If I was able to pay via PayPal I wouldn't worry so much because they will step in to resolve a situation like this. I have to wonder why Yesstyle's PayPal checkout doesn't.
I will never shop there again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

I've been looking at this site for years! Always wanted to buy something but didn't know what to expect since it's an Asian website shipping from HK. Anyway, I was feeling really down this one day and made a stupid mistake of ordering close to $500 USD of clothes. Transaction wise, it was pretty simple. However the shipping process is SUPER LONG. It took a month for me to get the items.
So out of the 10 items I got, I can say I like 1. The quality is cheap, not that great but I guess it's not an expensive clothing sites so I can accept that. However, what really anger me is one of the item was shipped wet, damp, and had this bad chemical smell. I called them to return it and they said they wouldn't be giving the shipping refund cause it's not defective. OK, if something is shipped wet, damp, smell like it been dunked in chemical for days - do they seriously think that it is not defective? The return policy is very misleading as only what they CONSIDER as defective will get return.
Anyway, I had high hopes for this site cause they have a lot of cute stuff. I thought I finally found a good website that sells Korean, Japanese, and HK fashion but I was pretty much scammed. If you do decide to purchase anything from this website, just consider that there is probably a small chance that you will get that you will like, the picture is misleading. The customer service is poor. Buy with your own risk and I definitely will not be buying anything from this site again.
