Do not buy from this company, I haven't received the product for over 1 month and the CS are not helping, just keep asking me to wait without any follow up action! I am so disappointed with my first purchase!
The clothing I bought was of average quality (the fabric was flimsy and there were sewing errors) and the sizes were not the most accurate (which is of course partially my fault).

Every thing is good except their shipping method, I had to wait two weeks for them to ship the item and then more two weeks for the shipment to arrive

I ordered from yesstyle on may 29th. It is currently june 13th and i still have yet to receive my package. My expected delivery date went from june 14th to june 22nd. I have never encountered a website with $#*!ty shipping. You best believe i'm never ordering from here again. Ya'll are better off with shein.

Don't waste your time or money. The products take several weeks, sometimes months to ship, and the quality is beyond horrible. The reason why it takes so long to ship is because YEsStyle has to order the products from china wholesalers such as wholesale-dress.com - often you will see the same products that YesStyle is selling on wholesale-dress.com - except YesStyle sells these same products for 10x the price. This is how they make their profit. They don't want you to know that you can buy directly from wholesale-dress (and other sites like it). If, IF you want to buy a lot of "cute" one size fits "most" clothing, you would be better off ordering straight from the same China wholesale suppliers that YesStyle orders from (except makes 10x as much money off you since they are the middle man between you and the China wholesale products). A lot of wholesale places require you to buy a minimum quantity of items but not wholesale-dress.com. So if you're going to let yourself get ripped off in this way, at least do it for $2 per item at wholesale-dress, not $40 per item at YesStyle.
The customer service for Yesstyle is just as bad as the cust srvc from wholesale-dress, so, if you do choose to rip yourself off, go with getting ripped off by the cheaper site, not YesStyle.
Most of all though... what I hate most about all of these websites is that I am using real American money to buy Fake foreign crap. So, don't do it.

I have purchased face care products on this site and as many of customers complained it took two months for products to arrive.
I would be less upset about it if they would use an email address they ask for to inform that an items are out of stock and give an option to cenacle them or ship in separat package. INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT THEY WILL HVAE TO WAIT FEW MONTHS or take the products of the site if they not in stock, please!
That said, this is my second time buying here. I hope the approach to customers' satisfaction will change.

Pros: the shipping is fairly quick unless you have an item that is not in stock; they will hold the whole order until it comes in.
Cons: expensive cheap crap; dishonest company; can only get store credit for more cheap crappy albeit expensive stuff. I initially ordered five pairs of shoes based on the conversion chart but they were all still too big except one pair. And the quality did not match the price. Obtained a RMA and returned them to warehouse in CA but got no notification from company that they had received them. I called the company and the cs rep said they did not get them. When I told him I had a return receipt showing they had received the shoes, miraculously he discovered in the computer that they shoes were received. Finally got my unwanted store credit and waited awhile to use it. Finally ordered some hair accessories and one pair of mary jane shoes. The headband had an adornment on it that was coming off due to the cheap glue used to bond it on ($16). Also the "copper" barrettes were thin and bent easily ($10/ea). The shoes were sheap and had a strong toxic smell right out the box. Also, the heel was coming off of the right one and both had some green plastic stuck underneath the sides between the sole and heel that could not be removed. Again, right out of the box. Cheap stuff and not worth the money they are charging. Cheap stuff can be of decent quality. It's not impossible. I was going to return again but decided to cut my losses; not interested in their store credit for defective items.

I ordered XL size for all but turned like sizes 14 or 16 for Girls. The fabric and sewing quality were bad. Never going to buy from yesstyle ever.

I love the products from this website because I have purchased lots of Asian beauty from Yesstyle and the prices are good, but their customer service is ATROCIOUS. I placed my order strategically weeks before I'm moving so the order could get here in time but the items that say "24 hours to ship" have taken well over a WEEK now to "process" and after inquiring about expediting my shipping because of something that was Yesstyle's fault (FALSE advertising) they said they'd need to charge ME the extra $14 to ship it quicker. Then they kept holding my items after each inquiry for SEVERAL days so that there's absolutely NO chance they'd get to my current house in time. They don't answer emails within even 1-2 business days, I've had to keep going to make a NEW message on their website's customer service page to even get a response. Overall, horrible customer service if you have ANY problems with the site the blame will inevitably be placed on you because they don't care about the customer, just the money we give them. Also, they've SIGNIFICANTLY increased the cost of shipping from $5 to like $10-15 unless you order at least $50 worth of product from them. Shows they only want your money and not customer satisfaction.
I made another order that said they would ship within 21 days but that order took about 2 months. Overall dissatisfied and I should've stopped buying then.

Placed an order that was available when purchased only to find out they don't actually have it and they need to get it from a 3rd party so that's an additional 14 day wait, wasn't informed of this before purchase, no warning messages poped up saying I'm about to purchase something technically "out of stock"

1 week later it updates to "shipped" I had to ask for my tracking number which was then provided because apparently you have to ask this company for things they should already provide...takes 2 days to get any kind of response...and they don't respond to emails for a over a week either
Now then! I've had my tracking number for 5 days and still not 1 update on the location of my package all it has said ever since tracking was provided is "usps awaiting item"
Seems to me like this is a scam site for then to have on site "shipped" but the last 5-6 days on the tracking provider site it says "awaiting item"
Went to cancel order because I'm not going to wait a full month for a location on my package that they shouldn't have sold me without having in THEIR inventory...anyways they don't allow for cancelations or returns after making a purchase for reasons like "unwanted or sizing issues" so keep that in mind people! They won't refund your money or cancel the order unless your item is defective...so even if this suit I ordered doesn't fit they won't allow for a return!

I have been a YesStyle customer for almost 10 years now, and I've never been so disappointed with this company as I have been in just the past few months. I placed an order online in March and because of COVID, my apartment building did not accept the package (package room was closed) and sent the package back to the return address. YesStyle refused to offer me a refund, store credits, or a reshipment. So, I placed ANOTHER order with the same items at a higher price (the promotion had ended). I received the package, but I was shocked by what I received. The clothes were of unbelievably low quality and damaged. There was a weird white sticky-looking stain on the collar of a blazer and a pair of shorts that was coming apart in strings! Those clothes weren't even cheap. YesStyle used to offer free returns, but now CUSTOMERS are forced to pay for their own return shippings if the clothes' sizing or quality or color or design is not as advertised. This is ridiculous. Why are customers responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for clothes that were falsely advertised and of unwearable low quality? This site is just getting worse and worse. Customer service is consistently terrible. I've even had a case in the past where the shipping company they used never delivered my order and customer service just told me contact the shipping company and refused to take any responsibility.
