Simply put they lie and they sell FAKES do not believe just because the website claims that they sell authentic that is far from truth

IF you compare any brand they have with authentic items you're searching you will see the difference
I was foolishly fooled and will never shop with this thief again!

Currently several designers are working to have their merchandise removed as Yoox is NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THEY DO NOT HAVE DISCLAIMERS AS SUCH, MEANING THEY ARE WILLINGLY SELLING THE PUBLIC FRAUDULENT MERCHANDISE

THE OWNER is a crook!

This is a website that sells an almost overdone variety of items covering every aspect of women's (and Men's) attire including clothing, jewelry, handbags, belts etcetera. The designers and manufacturers are Italian which does conjure images of class and elegance however the clothing is flimsy, poorly represented, and the discount claimed is questionable as there is no reference point for comparison. Worst of all is the petty strange nature of their customer "service." I placed an order a month ago and at some point learned my package had been delivered in New Jersey (I'm in CA) naturally I contacted UPS who acknowledged an error on my part and advised me to contact PayPal since I had paid through them. Next thing I know I get this terse email from some character at YOOX warning me that if I make future "claims" against YOOX I would be blocked from ordering from then again. I had merely made an inquiry besides which is it supposed to be devastating loss in ones life to purchase their basic not exciting selection of clothing. Such arrogance against any notion of customer service. After I wrote them a strong letter they apparently apologized and refunded the cost of my purchase without requesting a return of the items. Don't be fooled by that outcome however as the next order I placed last Friday for a few hundred dollars was first confirmed and later within the same day rescinded. I received a petty letter merely informing my order had been cancelled; no apologies nor explanation. They are based in Italy but this behavior would not be tolerated in our consumer system. Just a comment regarding poor quality and terrible customer service.

I like Yoox's inventory, which is the only thing that keeps me going back... grudgingly. They've made improvements to their site, but it's still slow and not always intuitive. It's very annoying that they cap the number of items that you can favorite. It also takes FOREVER to get your order. They quote 5-8 business days, but it's not uncommon for it to take longer than that.

I preferentially order from Zappos.com since their website is better (models wearing the clothes, side view, etc), they have amazing customer service and free next-day delivery. If I can't find what I want on Zappos, I start looking on sites like Yoox.

Poorest customer service ever. I am a frequent user of yoox.com as I like the choice, however lately I have been very disappointed with the way they treat their regular costumers. I placed an order for over £150 and I was entitled for an upgrade to express delivery. I placed an order at 7am Monday morning and they only dispatched in next day via standard delivery. I wrote them and never heard back.
Also, couple of months before I ordered expensive Italian jeans and after wearing them twice they ripped apart. I could not be bothered to send them back at my own expense so left it as it was. I don't think I'll remain as loyal as I used to be.

I have been a customer of Yoox for several years but since I moved to Italy I started buying more from them. At first they were very prompt and when I returned a couple of items (some were damaged, some sizes were too big or to small, etc.) the reimbursed my money in two weeks tops. Now, I am starting to think that I should make formal complaints to the police, or any other public authority that deals in consumer right protection. There are more than 7 orders they should reimburse me for, dating from two months ago! I have wrote them 8 massages so far, and I spoke with them on the phone (after trying several times to catch an open line) and they assured me they will take care of the problem. It has been weeks since then with no result!

I am very disappointed with them! They used to have very good customer service!

Same problem as another reviewer earlier a month ago in this sit. I shopped with them for over 6 years. I keep some, I return some. They say returns are no problem. Apparently they are - didn't receive an order recently, and had not problem with credit card and received "order acceptance" email. Product never came - so I called. I was just told they cancelled my order because "loss prevention determined I return too much" so they won't let me order anymore. No contact with me, no emails - I have to chase them to figure it out. No one to discuss it with. Something has happened to YOOX - and it isn't good.

I was a customer for few years with yoox.com but not any more. Looks like the company is practicing the misleading to trick customers. I ordered a beautiful envy blue color bikini but received the washy grey color. When I tried to return it or exchange for the color presented on the website I was told that the item is not refundable. It is so poor practice! A day after I complained the item was not longer available on website for sale in this color :)) ) I was told that it was sold out hahahahaha… Before I bought it I had it in my shopping bag for month and when I made a complain suddenly gone. What the coincidence! Any way it alway was luck of size, most of the item were wrong size. I will never shop with them again!

HORRIBLE TECHNICAL ERRORS ON WEBSITE. TAKES OVER AN HOUR TO ORDER ONE PAIR OF JEANS... SITE GETS HUNG UP, ETC... THEN, THEIR SIZING IS TOTALLY INCONSISTENT. I ORDER SIZE 26 JEANS AND THEY COME FROM A FAT FARM... NOW, I HAVE A TON TO RETURN DUE TO THIS ISSUE. THEIR RETURN POLISY MAKES IT SO YOU LOSE A TON OF MONEY. IF YOU GET 5 ORDERS IN 5 BOXES, YOU HAVE TO RETURN WHATEVER IN THE CORRESPONDING BOXES USING THEIR RETURN LABEL WHICH IS 6.95X5 - YOU DO THE MATH. IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN ONE ITEM OR MORE FROM EACH SHIPMENT... THEY CLAIM YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN CARRIER BUT IT'S NOT ANY LESS COSTLY AND YOU THEN HAVE A SINKING FEELING ABOUT YOUR RETURNS BEING PROCESSED. YOU CANNOT PROVE WHAT WAS IN YOUR PACKAGE AND ITS EASY FOR THESE PEOPLE TO SDAY THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE SOMETHING.

I bought a Fendi dress from this place which looked like a fake. I compared it to my authentic Fendi clothes and scratched my head, wondering why Fendi would have such poor workmanship. Only then I realized that it may not be authentic. I'll stay clear from this website in future. They ship from Hong Kong and packaging was horrendous.

I bought a marc Jacobs bag recently because it was cheap. I had it shipped to a friend's house to avail of lower cost of shipping. It was just this month that received the bag. To my disappointment, the bag was FAKE. All the signs of being fake are there- poor stitching, the handle has plastic wrapper, there is marc Jacob logo on the outside flap and inside the logo is not metal but just written. I wonder if I can still return it. Beware when buying designer bags from yoox

Know what you buy!

I've bought over 10 shoes from Yoox. I am not a fan of the company, but I am of their products. This is my advice to (new) customers: avoid needing to get in touch with the customerservice. Know what you are buying, this way you avoid yourself a lot of trouble. If you wear a size 10, buy a size 10, dont go and try size 9, cause returning etc will give you a headache. Just buy your stuff, know that what you bought is correct, be at home when they deliver it, and you will enjoy your stuff. Nothing more, nothing less. Keep it straight with Yoox, cause everything more, will give you stress.

I hope this reaches some people. I was a shopper of Yoox for 5 years, their policy is buy stuff, if you dont like it return it. I did exactly that. After 5 years, they said sorry you cannot shop with us anymore because you return too much.

My advise, go to other sites that do not do this silly lack of customer service. They were good, now they are ANTIAMERICAN!

Yoox is an Italian based discount luxury goods online retailer. They carry brands like McQueen, Louboutin, etc and then some Italian brands. A lot of their products are made out of real leather and during one of their after summer sales, they can be found for very reasonable prices from belts, shoes to handbags. I ordered from them twice and each time my order was delivered within three days! That's crazy, especially since my items were shipped from Italy. I've read that some products may ship from an American warehouse but both of my orders were from Italy. The shipping was free over $150 and returns using their pre-paid label is about $7.00ish deducted from your refund. I believe you can get a full refund if you choose Yoox currency. In addition, the refund may or may not include taxes depending on where you are (I can't remember but I think my tax amounts were refunded). The instructions for returns ARE specific but not any worse than say ideeli. The items that have straps or hooks have a Yoox label, that cannot be removed if you want to return them. Other than that, if you request a return online and follow instructions everything was processed and refunded pretty reasonably. I like that you can add things to a dreambox which is basically a wishlist and you can view how many are left of the items in there, or they will show out of stock if that's the case. The only thing I don't like is that through the way the site is organized, it takes forever to look through everything. Due to the items being from the EU, sizes are in Italian or standard EU and you have to click on the item and look at Yoox's sizing commentary. It helps if you're familiar with brand sizing already, otherwise it can be a blind gamble. In general, I find the shoes to be 1/2 size too large from the Italian labels but the bags are great quality for the price and worth it. In general, I recommend Yoox if you don't mind doing a bit of research and have an open mind.

Nice clothes. Great price. But NEVER use the return for yoox credit option. It's nearly impossible to actually use your credit with their ridiculous rules.

I have been shopping at Yoox for a few years now. They have changed their shipping box which was really fun but not very sustainable which is probably a good thing for the planet and likely more cost effective for them. I hav requested 48 hour shipment, as well as standard delivery, and all orders have arrived within expected timeframe with exception of my last order. I was surprised to receive a proactive note apologizing for delay noting that they were crediting my shipping changes which was a nice, and unexpected touch - expedited shipping was not requested on this order. I have not had any issues with the return timeline as other have noted. I do have one quibble with sizing, in particular with their shoe sizing. It would be great to have a fit guide as we all know there can be some variance in translation. Regardless, there are some great bargains to be had.

Great items, and a pretty nice site. Had to send one item back which wasn't too painful mainly because my office is cool about couriers (UPS).

Will deff go back if my item is all refunded ok.
