This company offers fast and reliable shipping, which is essential when I need a dress quickly for an upcoming event. I have always received my orders on time, and the dresses are always packaged beautifully.
Bought the dream dress on line however, despite my equating the size I ordered to the equivalent Australian size I wear, what I received was unwearable. Two sizes too small. No worries I thought, because they guarantee satisfaction if you notify them within 7 days. I did. Every day since I received the dress. I finally got a response on day 3 of emailing and was told they would look into it. The next day photos were requested, duly sent. Now on day 4 of their 100% guarantee of satisfaction or my money returned. Ha! I have been asked to keep the dress but get a 30% discount on my next order. Not likely. Today, day 5 of being unsatisfied, I was advised that I should have let them know earlier. I've given them the customer service rep's name who I've been liaising with for two days. I have never seen anything like this before. Be wary of sizing, particularly if yr Aussie, and take note of my experiences with their customer service.

This company is a scam company that ships inferior, ill fitting costume like clothing and refunds are not possible even though they say so. I've been waiting over a month and now they have stopped returning my calls I wish I had read all the awful on line reviews first. Complete waste of time and money. Total scam do not use this company!
I ordered two dresses from here and they were not as expected, which is a risk we take when ordering online. However, their return process is a nightmare, so if you are 100% sure you will like the dress buy it but if not, do not expect to get your reimbursement without any ordeal. They request tens of pictures of the dress, pictures of the original packaging, and you have to go through various departments for "Approval" of your return. Then pay an exorbitant amount to ship back to China. Will NOT be buying from them again!

I placed an order for my daughter's graduation formal, received a dress in the same colour but completely different style. It was a nightmare trying to contact the seller for a refund, emails after emails and via online chat. I requested Zapaka to pay for return shipping to which they declined. According to their 'policy' return shipping is to be paid by customers even though WRONG item was shipped by their warehouse. I would give them zero star if possible.
Purchased 2 items in good faith and paid an additional £16.99 for a speedy delivery. Items did not arrive in time. ( contacted customer service a number of times to no avail) unfortunately they arrived after my event so I need to return, They now expect me to
Pay shipping costs back to China. Also trying to offer me a 10% refund to not return.
Items are more fancy dress, very poor quality. Would not recommend

My daughter ordered her prom dress on February 14,2022. The dress arrived more than 3 months later, a day before prom - May 21! Needless to say, we had to shop for another dress because the support agent we kept contacting back and forth just told us to wait. The dress was not in transition until after we asked for a refund and were reassured we will receive it. We are still emailing back and forth with customer support to get the return instructions and the well-deserved refund.

I ordered the 1st mermaid dress in teal for my daughter's prom. It took 4 weeks and 1 day for me to receive it and it was the wrong dress and color. We don't have another month to wait for the right dress. I'm awaiting a response and then will update re customer service.
I want to change my comment. Made an order at this store. There are problems with the tracking number. But the order came on time. The dress is very pretty. I ordered a size dress, very well tailored. Nice and high quality material. My daughter is very happy.In addition, I was refunded 20 percent of the cost. I highly recommend this store. Good day. I bought it on April 1st. Received an email stating that the order has been accepted and I will receive the dress within 14-20 business days. And when the dress is shipped, I will receive a tracking number for the parcel. Already 20 working days have passed and not only the dress has not arrived. I didn't even get a tracking number. So my dress hasn't even been shipped yet. When I ask for the parcel number, they just apologize to me and write that they will send it right now. And this has been going on for a week now. This is a scam shop. They don't meet delivery times. Besides, I am very upset right now, because I doubt at all that I will receive my dress. And I have a holiday on May 9
I bought a $179 prom dress for my daughter and they sent us wrong size and will not let me return the dress. Be careful if you buy from this site. Poor customer service and they take forever to email you back.

I have never been more disappointed in a company. I checked the return policy BEFORE buying. These dresses come from CHINA, so the dresses did not make it in time for the event. It said 10 business days, don't believe that. No one answers the phone number provided. You have to send an email to request a refund within 7 days. Funny how no one contacted us back or emailed us to tell us how to refund. Pass on this company! Poor quality too.

I ordered a white lace dress for my daughter to try for her wedding rehearsal dinner. It was beautifully made and the lace was exactly as pictured, which was really nice and good quality. Please be aware this is not a ship overnight business - it took about 3 weeks before the garment was completed and shipped and then it goes through customs. Order early and you will be all set.

Ordered three dresses that did not fit. Return is impossible using the instructions they give. VM box is full. No response to Whatsapp. Responded to email three days after I sent saying there is a 7 day window, which I had met, asking for more info and pictures. I sent requested info within 6 hours and have received no additional information three days later.

I ordered 2 dresses in April and paid over $30 for expedited shipping (maximum of 9 business days according to the website - 2 days to process and 7 to ship), and nearly a month later the order is still nowhere to be seen! I have contacted to see about getting at least a partial refund, but don't like my chances. Wouldn't recommend unless you have ordered months in advance.

I'm never buying from this cheap junk place again. Spent $143 on a dress, it didn't fit so organised a return. Posted it and provided all the evidence they required. Also provided photographic evidence of confirmation of delivery. Returned it on 29Dec and am still waiting on a refund. On 9 Feb company said 48 hours and it would be refunded. 15 Feb I'm still waiting and no response from company. Have had to open several PayPal disputes. Will be taking this further, these dodgy Chinese companies are criminal.
