Bought a sweater on Dec 3,2017 at full price. Returned it on Jan 1,2018. Zara Manager refunded only sale price stating that she could only honor the sale price since all of the clothing in the store were on sale. I have receipt and return was within 30 days as required by Zara return policy. Contacted Customer Service twice and made a return trip to store. Only getting the run around and experiencing Zara delay tactics. There were two other ladies in the store with similar experience/complaints.
Very poor customer service and return/refund department! Very disappointed. I ordered 2 baby girl dresses for a gift and only one came (email said that there were 2). I've reached out to customer service 4 times already and they keep promising to have the return/refund reach out to me and no one has… it's been two months already! Disappointed!
I have very much liked Zara for their style and clothes variety, but seems like this may have just ruined it all.
The worst customer care. They cheat people if you do online shopping. I have seen first time in US, they cheat to customers.
I have placed 2 orders, when I returned first order and they refunded me money from order 2, which is less 20$.
I spoke many times, sent proofs, invoices, return labels. But no response.
Lost $500 of merchandise over a 3 week span they could not get a delivery to me telling me the package was on the way when I paid for 2 day delivery. I still have not received my package and have wasted time talking to 4 customer service people who do basically nothing.

Bought a gift card for my daughter. When we removed the security code sticker, it stripped the code. Called Jan 2 for help. It is now Feb 1 and I still do not have any more information than when I first called. Several different promises were made. "You'll get an email with the information you need within 24 hours." One month later I have no information. "Oh, we are sending you a replacement card and you should have it within 3 business days." 3 weeks later I have nothing. "Let me check into that... 15 minutes later..."we don't know anything, can I call you back as soon as I have information? I'll call within 24 hours. 2 weeks later... nothing. Today, I was told "it's all resolved and we are sending you a replacement card express mail." We'll see...
Not impressed with the return procedure - first their courier does not turn up on the day advised, then they ignore emails asking why, then they won't speak to you for 'data protection' reasons.- at least you can choose never to buy from them again!
Beautiful clothes but nobody wants to say Hi when you are entering the store.
If you ask about help you will get it but have to wait for a "little bit"
Prices are not very expensive but the quality is pretty poor.
I purchased clothes from them in December. I requested a shipping label which was not received. I contacted their horrible customer service dept they escalated the request to a so called manager. Tenisha the manager called back from the call center and was of no help. She stated they could not take the items back since they were past 30 days return. For their mistake I have to pay the price. Never shopping at Zara again.
I am very disappointed with my purchase from Zara. They sell defective clothing, and they provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I never write reviews but I am really upset that I wasted my money with this company and i just want other customers to be aware. They sold me ripped jeans that ripped completely when I wore them for the first time. They refused to return them and the customer service reps are unprofessional liars who will tell you anything. Please be aware of this company.
I have been Zara's loyal customer since 2012.
Two months ago I purchased a pair of shoes, and I did not have a chance to wear it until recently, when the return period unfortunately expired. I wore them once, and immediately I experienced great discomfort, even pain. After I took them off and inspected my feet, I saw bruises and scratches. I am attaching the photo.
I would like to return the shoes, please advise me on the next step.
