I shop at Zara quite often, whether these are offline visit or just enter this website and put stuff into cart. What to say... convenient, what else. It doesn't take a lot of time for me to buy clothes, whether this is home wear, linen sweaters from Massimo Dutti or casual jeans. I have no troubles with finding the right size as I know it perfectly and clothes always fits me good. So, thank you guys, I would say... navigation on the site isn't flawless, but these are trifles to me.
This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.
I ordered from Zara online because they have really nice clothes. When it came time to ship my order they used Lasership, which are known for not delivering packages or stealing them. I called Zara and told them that I had not received my items although the tracking number said i did. They told me that they would open a claim and to call back between 24-48 hours. Fast forward to 48 hours and nothing was done. They actually asked me to give them another 48 hours. Fast forward another 48 hours and nothing was done. I then called my bank and reported then for fraud. Optimistic, I called Zara 48 hours later and once again they told me to give them more time. I told them that I would not be calling again. I had reported them to my bank and that my bank would calling them instead. Afterwards they seemed very eager to get off the phone. I don't know what happened to my package but if anyone is missing a package from Zara and they refuse to give you your money back don't wait go to your bank!

My wife bought me a turtle neck at Zara and it fell apart in 6 months. I'm sure my wife thought it was very stylish when she bought it but I don't want to have to go shopping every 6 months for a whole new wardrobe.

TWO times now I have sent back items in the SAME box and they only credit part of items that were returned. When I called them on it they said they investigated and that all items were credited. I told them exactly what was in there and not credited (a pair of shoes for my son) and I personally put them in there tags attached and sealed the box and took it to ups... then said nope sorry they aren't in there. I asked how they investigate these things they said via inventory and weighing the box, well either the people processing returns steal the items or the company isn't even investigating this... one time same on you zara... two times shame on me, Zara lost a very loyal customer with a family of four that shops there. Hope it was worth a $30 pair of shoes you refused to credit!

I am not sure what happened to ZARA! They had beautiful designs for all their clothes. Now, whoever is designing them sucks and need to be replaced! I only see people inline in store for returns! Does Zara have a way of measuring how they are doing? I talked to few people in Zara store and they all expressed same concern. Please give us the Zara of 2019 back.

This is a fast fashion brand. That is clear in every aspect of the company from the quality of their products to the way they treat their customers. I have never interacted with a company who cared so little amount customers and the thing is as a customer you feel helpless in a sea of Inditex (parent company). I recommend investing in smaller companies that prioritize quality and actually care about their customers. Zara has changed over the years. I am beyond disappointed.

Ordered on Black Friday and still haven't recieve package, it is now December 26. Called Zara and was told that it was delivered a long time ago. Mean while I never received the package. Them telling you that they are going to investigate basically mean that they do not give a $#*! and too bad. They called me back and said nothing can be done. So basically it was a total lost for me. Horrible horrible horrible

Worst customer service & experience. Not the first time I have problems w/ them. I received an item w/ strong perfume smell & returned it in its condition & was denied return because they said it had perfume smell when they sent it to me that way. They claim I should have called about the smell before returning. It's insane. I also returned an item I bought online at a store, asked for printed return receipt & was told I will get an email confirmation. Never got the email nor got the money back. Called customer service and they said I should go back to the store to deal with it. Of course without any record/receipt the store says they can't help me and it's my fault for not getting a printed receipt even when I asked the cashier for one. They don't train their staff and have no consistent customer service on returns. Shameful that a company this large needs to embezzle money from customers.

Zara has the WORST customer service! They refused to send me or refund me $200 worth of kids clothing that I never received. When I talked to costumer service, twice, on the phone they simply stated that my complaint was closed. Zara would not do anything further and that I could not put in another complaint regarding this issue. So they kept my $200 and sent me no product in exchange! They should be ashamed.

I purchased a blazer from Zara and waited more than a week for this product and had high hoped for it, but when I got the blazer it was worn, stained, and very dirty/smelly. NEVER IN MY LIFE WOULD I SHOP HERE AGAIN. ITS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. IF YOU DONT WANT CRAPPY AND WORN CLOTHING FROM HERE, I'D STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NOT TO SHOP HERE. IT WONT EVEN LET ME UPLOAD THE PHOTOS FOR IT!

Lost almost $200
I bought 4 pants from Zara online, didn't receive the products. When I called to complain they insisted I received them. I told them that I have a Ring camera and two security cameras at the gate. The date they claim I received them had NO delivery, I offered to send them a copy of the file, to my surprise they didn't need to look at it. NO product replacement! NO credit refund! Just lost $200 outrageous! Don't order online they will not help you, no refund no product! Zara just robbed me!

Their clothes shoes and accessories are amazing i find they have great quality for affordable prizes and they have many styles to choose. Whenever i stop by Zara i always find so many things i want to buy because they have some of the nicest clothing in the greatest quality however their items can be quite pricey.

Zara misplaced a package with items worth $230 and refuses to refund me or send me my items. I even went as far as getting the delivery service to submit proof that they delivered all the packages to me (they refused and stated that they were informed to return items to Zara). Two investigations by Zara and they still refuse to credit or send me my items. I've been purchasing items from Zara since 2011, and will never shop at their store again.

Pretty decent company and services. I bought a warm coat here and I was satisfied with it. The shipping was fast and the product was delivered in a proper condition. The customer support team is quite polite, however it takes time for them to replay to my concerns.

I bought an item in the store and it didn't fit me well. I tried to exchange for something else because i lost my receipt, and the staff at the store, even the manager were rude and disrespectful, they didn't accept the exchange neither giving the money back, I tried to get a receipt trough customer service and even after I provided all the information they were unable to locate my purchase. I'm very disappointed with the store policy and staff and management manners. Not counting with an overcharge for an item that I didn't bought. They lost me as a customer and I'm spreading the word of how terrible the store management is.

I had purchase shoe from Zara Showroom at Elante Mall on 14th Nov, 2023 in Rs. 3999 but within 40 days to 50 days the upper black layer is pilled off and this is one of worst experience of your brand. Then i go to complaint at your elatnte out let and they denied to give any service. SO i dont recommend to buy the ZARA Products because one of the problem in the shoes and second in your dealing with your customers. In the end i think the payment of the shoes is waste but i get a lesson. I paid Rs. 3999 for this lesson but readers of the review get this message in free.

Don't buy clothes from Zara as gifts unless you're 100% certain they'll be right! Zara will not exchange anything unless you have the receipt. My daughter bought me a shirt which was a little too small. I tried to exchange for a larger size but the staff were totally unhelpful and, in effect, said "Go away". The shirt was perfect, unworn and still had all labels in place. My daughter no longer had the receipt so I had to throw away a perfectly good shirt.
APPALLING!

Write your review to help others learnI ordered a few shirts on zara.com Canadian website and was very happy with not only shirts but also the packaging and how nicely everything was organized. The return label was there printed on the sticker, the invoice looked very nice. Everything was presented perfectly. Great online shopping experience.

I am a regular shopper at the Domain in Austin Texas. There is always one checkout person regardless of how may people are queued. Then there are the other employees walking around without a care in the world that people have other things to do.
The turnover there is rapid and that seems to be a reflection of the brand and the management team!

The salesperson forgot to give me a receipt and I only noticed as I was in a cab. I went in the next day, with my credit card statement and clothing items (still with their tags on), and they said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't even exchange the items for other things. I wrote to their customer service email. It took 5 days for a response, which was then just an automated response that said there was nothing they could do if I didn't have the receipt. There was no way they could look up my order in their system. For a company not to have a service to look up an order seems incredibly outdated to me. I also don't really believe that this is the case. As a frequent shopper at Zara, I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and care.

Very cheap quality women's clothes. I just bought a dress that looked nice online, however it is not lined at all, all see through. It is ridiculous. The kids clothes are ok. I am annoyed that we do not get the same quality here, in US, as in Europe. Zara in Europe is of much better quality, you can actually find clothes made in Spain. Where US Zara is selling stuff made in China, Marocco, Turkey etc Shame on you!

I absolutely LOVE zara clothes! They have such amazing, trendy, chic designs. The quality of clothes is also amazing for its price. I prefer shopping in store as compared to online as sometimes it's hard to see what the clothes look like online with the way the models are standing.

I ordered t-shirts, a sweater, jeans and sneakers. Received my package in the mail on time, tried everything on and I couldn't be more happy. The clothes are very comfortable and fit nicely! I'm glad I decided to shop with Zara! Thank you Zara, you've got my business.

I ordered an item online during Black Friday and had it delivered to the store. When I finally received the item it was an entirely different order from what I payed for. The very next day I gave it back to the store I picked it up from per instructions from customer care. Apparently they didn't believe that I sent it back because a case had to be opened to prove that I returned the wrong items before I could receive the item I payed for. After a month of calling someone made the decision to refund me my money which I did not ask for. I called and told them I did not ask for a refund but all they could do was apologize. I was never compensated for my inconvenience. I will never shop online at Zara again. I'm sure my bad experience will go unnoticed by Zara since they are too big of a company to care about their customers anymore.

So I made this mistake twice. In the spring, I saw a pink floral coat on an influencer named Lombard and Fifth, she had posted it was restocked, and I bought two sizes. Well lo and behold, when I went to Zara Greenwich to return the extra size, I was told that I could not return the extra size because someone had cut off the inside materials tag as well -- it became obvious that Zara had sent me someone's return. Who needs two pink floral coats? I was upset but forgot about the incident. Then this month I saw the navy velvet pants that had been previously sold out, were restocked and marked "few items left". I bought them. The box once again came from Zara's Miami offices via Veho. I open them up and it is a used pant, no store tag REEKING of someone's body odor and you can even see their butt shape in the used trousers. It is so obvious to everyone in my household that they were worn because they stink so terribly that a family member asked me to put them in the basement. Once again, a used, worn item, this time I find it impossible to believe that Zara did not know it was so -- given the missing store tag and the awful body odor smell and the clear wear-and-tear of the trousers. So Zara shoppers 1. When you see Few Items Left, those are returns. 2. They have no shame in sticking you with an item you cannot send back or return on purpose -- they know that it's used and you will be stuck with it, with no proof. Either take video of yourself opening boxes or...stay away from Zara mail order.
Tip for consumers:
You'll get stuck with someone else's used, gross return!
