Jeg har bestilt en jakke til min kæreste i julegave, men da den var for stor ville vi bestille en ny til hende med et nummer mindre. Vi har ikke modtaget et link til returlabel, som der står på deres hjemmeside. Når man skriver til kundeservice er de kolde og giver dig en ufattelig dårlig oplevelse, kunne man rate dårligere end 1 stjerne havde jeg gjordt det!

Sehr schlechter kundenservice! Nach über 2 Wochen hin und her schreiben ist man mir trotzdem kein bisschen entgegen gekommen. Immer wieder habe Ich die selbe Standard Nachricht erhalten. Echt traurig bei so nem großen Unternehmen. Ich war jahrelange Kundin bei euch, aber mich habt ihr als Kunde verloren! Bin sehr enttäuscht.

Hice una compra en Zara. Es de $145 dólares. Pero me di cuanta minutos después que era muy caro y regrese todo pague con targeta Visa mire mi cuenta el día siguiente y no me depositaron nada llame todos los días me decían que espere CIEMPRE que llamaba llevo 20 días esperando y todavía no me devuelven mí dinero no lo recomiendo ciento que me robaron mi dinero nunca apareció en mi cuenta no recomiendo comprar en Zara pésimo

I placed an order of two weeks ago and the order has been stuck in a "being prepared" status the entire time. I've been promised through email that the order would be shipped within 48 hours over TWO WEEKS AGO. They haven't even updated the order being delivered. It still shows April 10th in the app. They refuse to issue my a refund and continue to say the case is being reviewed. This has been said for over two weeks. I will never order from this company again. The egregious lack of customer service is appalling.
