I shop at Zara quite often, whether these are offline visit or just enter this website and put stuff into cart. What to say... convenient, what else. It doesn't take a lot of time for me to buy clothes, whether this is home wear, linen sweaters from Massimo Dutti or casual jeans. I have no troubles with finding the right size as I know it perfectly and clothes always fits me good. So, thank you guys, I would say... navigation on the site isn't flawless, but these are trifles to me.
This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.
I have been buying things from Zara for years. Buyer beware! I bought 400 dollars worth of items online and sent 250 back. They sent them back to me saying I had worn them. There was a few hairs from my cat I shook off. Tags on! Never worn! They kept 2 items and I am fighting to get my money back. RUN out of that store. I couldn't get pictures to upload.

I bought my daughter a gillet for Christmas she wore it first day and stitching was absent on a pocket I sent it back and they are saying it was a Wallis top I sent back, their customer service is awful can't even speak to them and then I nearly got scammed on WhatsApp.

I went into Zara Manchester today and was surprised to see under the uk price a EU price. I liked a particular jumper and you could clearly see 29 and the £39 uk! I spoke with a shop assistant and she agreed it appeared unfair. I asked if I could pay in uk and was told no. The really nice shop assistant pointed this out to the Manager and told me ' it was the company and I had a choice, I did not need to buy! She then said when she was in Spain she went Zara in Spain. I pointed out she was not helpful, she definitely was not bothered and had no customer service etiquette. Why do Zara blantently rip us off.

ZARA CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT***Zara does not honor their advertised prices! Let me start by saying that I don't shop or live in Europe. If the Zara "European price tag" does not apply in the United states then why ship it to the United States with the European tag. In the United States we honor the prices advertised. There was a class action lawsuit against ZARA in 2016 for this exact reason! They are still not honoring the prices listed on there clothes.
I was told by their manager today in the Atlanta Perimeter mall that "it doesn't matter what price is listed on the tag, the company will not allow them(management) to honor it. The tag was missed when putting it on the floor." The little sleveless shirt I tried to purchase today had a "european price" of 8.95 covering the US price of 15.00. One Euro = $1.06 in US currency.
First of all...Why are we paying 40% more in the United States for the same exact item? Secondly, Zara won't honor their own mistake...especially when we are paying more in the US for the same item in Europe? Right is right and wrong is wrong! Be cautious about who you spend your US dollar with. Needless to say that I did not purchase any of my items today and I won't be shopping at Zara in the future! Honor those businesses that honor you!

I bought an order from zara. Never received it!
I complained to zara and they said the order was delivered. Then, i asked for the tracking number. When i checked the tracking number on the courrier website (lasership), i saw that the order was never even in transit!
Then i contacted Lasership and they told me that zara never forwarded them the parcel.
I told that to zara and demanded a conference call with lasership and zara. Zara said that the conference call is too hard and that they wont refund me my money even though i havent received my parcel!
I will NEVER buy from ZARA again.

If I could give them a 0 for customer service I would do that. I went up to Zara and they wouldn't let me return my outfit without the receipt or give me store credit UNLESS it was the same item. Then the manager had a bad attitude and gave me a number to customer service to call for a receipt. So I called for the receipt and the representative stated it would take two days for my claim to be processed. I asked to have the email sent to me that I spoke to someone and that I'll be awaiting for a email. The representative told me they could not process my order. And on top of that they asked me to find the day on bank account of the day of my purchase? I'm upset and expected more from a brand that you spend a lot of money for and their policy's need to be changed. I will not be shopping with them ever again they are HORRIBLE!

Yes, just had the worst customer service. Women's dress came in wrong size - completely mismarked and to return same, have to prove that it was mismarked before they would send out the correct size. This is ridiculous. They should send out the dress in the correct size and not charge me an additional shipping charge.

I used 2x £50 gift voucher and one was declined. They would not accept that they had still taken both £50 and not just one. I checked with the office that had issued the gift vouchers and they printed evidence that Zara had taken both £50 vouchers. I returned to zara with the printed out evidence and they still claimed that only one voucher was valid. They stole £50 and said there was nothing they could do until they checked their accounts and that could take days.
Tip for consumers:
Never use gift vouchers from Liverpool one. Only use credit cards or cash.
Even better shop on line avoid rude managers.
Products used:
Purchased tops, skirts, trousers and dresses

The worst customer service coming from a so called "high end" brand. The only way to contact them is either through phone or chat. Their chat feature is supposedly 24x7 and that is a huge lie because I tired contacted them around 8pm pacific time and no response, but when I contacted them at 10am pacific time they answered immediately.
Tip for consumers:
If you have a problem with your online order then you are just basically screwed.

I ordered three items, a skirt, a shirt and skirt collection, and a pair of shoes. I did receive the skirt and the shirt-skirt combination, but I did not receive the shoes. I didn't worry about it because it has happened before, so I called them and talked to them about it they told me they would get back to me. I again didn't worry too much about it. I got a call back from them and they told me that they checked and the shoes were packed and shipped with all of my other stuff so they can't refund me or give me a new pair. I have a picture of my box. It's so thin a pair of shoes wouldn't even be able to fit in it! Now I have to go through the hassle of calling my card company and taking off the money for the shoes and everything. Awful customer service!

I was shopping with my teenager and was told I couldn't go into the change room with her, couldn't wait just outside the change room, had to wait in the store and have her come out to me. You also had to tap your phone on a white pad on the wall to show you weren't taking anything into the change room in your purse. It took a half hour at cash and then everyone leaving the store set off the alarm so the security guard had to check everyone's bag. We weren't treated like valued customers but like potential thieves. I won't shop there again, ever!

I purchased a pair of children's sweatpants for $28. Upon first wash (normal wash/dry) the item shrank multiple inches to be unwearable. Seams puckered due to uneven shrinkage. Washing instructions are unintelligible symbols, but Zara customer service determined it was not their fault and refused to assume any responsibility. The customer service process took over 2 weeks and included 3 chat sessions that terminated prematurely on their end, and 2 calls several days after promised callback timeline. Terrible quality product, even worse customer service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. And the return policy in general. I had a shirt from Zara that I wore 3 times, and after the third time the deodorant I wore must have messed with the dye, so there was huge stains under the arms. OBVIOUSLY not going to wear that again. I asked customer service just to send me a new shirt and I would send them the old one back. It was like $35 dollars, and I'm sure it only cost them less than $5 to make. IM SURE they can afford to send a new shirt and maybe update their materials and dyes to a little bit nicer quality. Everything there is overpriced for the quality. Not shopping there ever again.

Is Zara have rude employees with bad attitude in their job qualifications now? I honestly don't know how they are staying in business. Eveytime I went to a Zara, didn't matter which location I had a bad experience. Not to mention their online service which is a nightmare. They sent my package to the wrong address and they wouldn't send it back to the correct address! They even asked me to go to the wrong address and pick it up. I like their merchandise but unfortunately their customer service is horrible.

Didn't have time to return merchandise and was near Zara at the 42 st store and while I was purchasing other clothing I wanted to return the mix match slippers that was never worn and still had the rubber plastic piece to hold the mix matched slippers. They told me I had to go back to the store I bought from. That's their store policy. So I said it's not on the receipt, the manager reply we know it.
So I said how about the consumer. She said because is a mix match shoe. So I have to go online and fill out form. What a B S. For lousy slippers. Even corporate reception didn't want to help. So I asked is their anybody above you and reply nobody's here. How about the persons name, wouldn't give the person's name.
I'm going back tomorrow and return all the clothing I bought yesterday.
I guess they are making too much money,
When I return the clothing tomorrow,
They're going to have $500 less.
I'll have the last laugh. Hehehe

I went to the location at Square One with my special needs child, We had purchased 2 pairs of pants, regular pricemay I add. For his birthday, they did not fit him properly and I asked if we could get a store credit due to the fact that the style just didnt look good on him, and because it was 9 days over the 30 day reciept, the looked me in the face and said I can't do anytthing about it! Really are we kidding... it says no where on the reciept that after 30 days there is no store credit, I told her I was going to throw or donate them with the tickets attached, manager did not care. What a heart... and might I add horrible customer service. Never going back.

I purchased a very stylish leather jacket from Zara in 2014. It was safely stored in my wardrobe along with my other jackets. I hadn't worn it much as I had kept it fo special occasions only and to my surprise the leather is cracking and chipping off from the Jacket.
Was highly unexpecting it from a product brought from Zara.

I went to the shopping in Zara Westfield London. I took my shopping to the casher first I asked her to check one shirts price but the shirt had no tag, she had no idea how to use the system when she scanned the shirt she couldn't delete the item and stood there for a good few minutes, I then joined the line agin and went to another counter to pay. That person made me laugh again he couldn't speak proper english, he scanned one off my shirt and I noticed the dress belt was missing I showed him the fittings for the dress belt and he refrained from taking my concerns any further. I then requested to speak to the manager and once the manager came then she offered me to either buy the item as it is or she would send it away herself as a faulty product rather than offer me some kind of discount or replacement as a manager should do when dealing with a customer in need within a retail environment.

I got an item the other day, the moron in the cashier emade a mistake with the receipt and didn't take the security tag off. I went back to get that security tag off and they told me that I stole the item because the receipt didnt match the item. They told me that the best I could do was to buy the item again, or leave without the item I paid.
What is this $#*!ty service, accusing your customers of stealing, I am sure there are better clothing stores out there, I used to like Zara a lot until today.

On holiday in Sydney and had a shopping day with my daughterinlaw. We don't have Zara in Auckland and after shopping there in Sicily a few years ago was looking forward to the experience again... I couldn't have been more disappointed! The quality of the clothing was terrible! What has happened to you Zara? Gone are the days of been a great shopping experience with good quality clothing at a resonable price. Someone... bring back the old Zara!

I received a tunic as a gift from my husband. I went to the store to exchange it for a different size. The tunic was unworn with the tags attached, and they had the other size in stock, but refused to do the exchange without the receipt. My husband sent it to me and the following week I went to exchange the tunic. I was told that it had passed 30 days and they couldn't help me. I'm left with an ill fitting item that I'll now re-gift to a friend. This was the first time we purchased anything from zara and will absolutely be the last.

The service is REALLY BAD. I ordered a dress and I received an e-mail I had to pick it up at the store, but I don't even have a Zara shop nearby. I called them, but they refused to change or cancel the order. So now I am obligated to travel 3 hours to the nearest shop to get my money back. They won't even reimburse my travel costs. If I were you, I wouldn't order anything from Zara.

I bought a shirt at Square one in Toronto. Before wearing it i did hand wash using cold water, and no dryer at all. The result is that now, it is so small i can't wear the shirt. I bring it back to the store and i was treated like $#*! by the staff. No employee at the store had a smile, everyone work there like if they have no choice. I was told to call customer service to do a complain. Cust service told me after one day that they cannot exchange it nor do a refund because this was washed. My understanding is that i had to know in advance that i bought a PoS shirt and that i am not allowed to wash it, even if it is done according to the instruction. I don't mind about the 50$, it is a full lack of respect from Zara. Who want to buy a shirt 50$, wash it, and put it the garbage without wearing it? Bottom line: Store is $#*!, client service is $#*!, staff is $#*!, clothes are $#*!.
STAY AWAY - RUN AWAY - BAN THIS SPANISH STORE.

I order a fall collection for my daughter on line and loved it. I also purchases clothing at stores in holland. I placed a spring order of $500 dollars and washed the items after my daughter tried them on. They shrunk! Shrunk ALOT! Over one inch all around. The items shrunk a whole size. Especially the pants and leggings. So needless to say the pants dont fit and they wont take responsibility for it. Terrible customer service after numerous emails. Sending photos. Delayed respinses. A week and half later to tell me NO sorry!
NO sorry no more zara for me!
