Ordered $200+ worth of clothing from Zara.com. They used a shipping company called "Lasership." Lasership tracking claims that they left the box by the front door of my apartment building in New York City. Great. That's basically the same thing as tossing the box in the middle of the street. I didn't receive the package, Lasership refuses to communicate with me, Zara could care less and refused to give me contact information for a manager so I could escalate the situation. Zara and Lasership are fraudulent. Beware.
Having visited the store today I felt sorry for staff who repeatedly fielding off complaints about the length of queues and that majority of queue was returns. Upstairs tills not available and only 2 tills open. Waited 25 minutes to purchase. Probably more fool me. Same thing happened to my daughter recently but thought give try again. This doesn't just happen in sales as experienced before. The staff should not have to work in these conditions. Staff very pleasant though though obviously grateful when we all said we would make complaint
Please sort this out. Can't understand why you don't open in Bury as nearest after Bolton is Trafford and Manchester and if you can't get there sales lost. Not all purchase on line. I did once but took me same amount of time to retiurn. You are losing sales. Maybe you think you are successful enough but that won't last if you treat customers like this. You definately could t go in your lunch hour at work. Would be dinner before you returned to work!
At least she you can get to Trafford they get through the queues

I purchased Christmas gifts on zara.com late November and because of the 1 month return policy, the gifts could NOT be exchanged. Zara.com extended the 1 month policy to Dec. 30,2017 for items purchased in Nov. 2017, but that only gave people FOUR days after receiving the Christmas gift to return/exchange it. (No returns/exhcnages on Boxing day). This is beyond horrendous, and I will DEFINITELY NOT be buying anything from Zara. They would make no exceptions and I am absolutely LIVID! Never again!
On 6 Nov 2017, I had placed for a few products from Zara India website. One of the sweaters were 2 in number but only 1 was delivered so i wrote to the Zara site and they said they would send the remaining sweater. However in the initial order due to size issues i returned two sweaters because they were medium and did not fit me well. I was refunded the amount for these two sweaters shortly after. Meanwhile i received the one outstanding sweater which was also medium sized thus i placed the request for that also. The sweater was picked up but never refunded. And then kept writing endless mails to the site stating that my money has not been refunded. They kept sending me one answer that amount for two sweaters has been refunded. Whole November and December and January till now I am mailing them and they just send stupid answers and now only automated mails. In my last mail i had sent them screenshots for 2 returns (one for 2 sweater and second one for 1 sweater) proving that i returned 3 sweaters but was only refunded for 3 sweaters. But all i receive is automated system generated mails. The amount to be refunded was 1890 rs. The order number that were involved were: ******* (where 2 sweaters were returned) and ******* (where one sweater was returned). The return request screenshots are attached which proovs that i returned 3 sweaters. All were priced at 1890, but i was only refunded 3780 (rs 1890+ 1890) for two sweaters.
Ordered xmas gifts for children living out of town in early Dec. Got confirmation they shipped and some NEVER did. Called after learning from kids they never received and zara did confirm some never shipped. THEY FAILED TO TELL US THIS IN DECEMBER WHEN WE PAID. This was in mid January. They offered a refund which we are still waiting for... but we could have easily not figured this out and assumed our kids got the gifts. What a total scam. Order gifts, pay for them, get confirmation from THEM they shipped and they never did. Then no notice from them they didn't ship. RIP OFF OF A COMPANY. Will never shop there again. They should be closed down. Owner richest man in the world... has company robbing customers.
Zara customer service is a bully and treats the customers as if they are idiots. I ordered online but did not receive it. When I raised the issue with CS they just kept giving me date after date and did nothing. A fraud service is all that they are.
Bought a full-priced jacket from Zara.com.It fell apart within 3 wears.
Called customer service got the run around for 1 week, then then finally called me back to say, their product is not defective because it went through manufacturer testing. So basically, too bad so sad it doesnt with stand actually wearing the jacket. The customer service people are just told to repeatedly apologize for the bad outcome they are supposed to del Vet to the customer from the complaint department that makes these anti-customer, pro-zara profit decisions.
Im sorry, but saying sorry does not give me back the $200 I spent on a garbage jacket. Zara is the fashion retailer from ***!
It is my second time to order in their website. Their service is fast and convenient. I purchase a bucket bag which cost $49 and I am impressed by its stylish design.
Bought a sweater on Dec 3,2017 at full price. Returned it on Jan 1,2018. Zara Manager refunded only sale price stating that she could only honor the sale price since all of the clothing in the store were on sale. I have receipt and return was within 30 days as required by Zara return policy. Contacted Customer Service twice and made a return trip to store. Only getting the run around and experiencing Zara delay tactics. There were two other ladies in the store with similar experience/complaints.
Bought a Christmas gift for my daughter at Thanksgiving. She didn't like the way it fit so I went to return it a week after Christmas. The store would not return my money saying it had been over 30 days. The only way they would have given me my money back was if I had returned the Christmas gift BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Stupid return policy. Now I have a store credit for $119 to a store I will never shop at.
I will never shop at this store again. I purchased 2 tops for my daughter for Christmas. They were shipped out on the 26th of November. I received them a week later. One top was a size too small. She went into the store on January 2 to exchange it for one size larger. They would not accept the exchange as 30 days had passed since the date it was shipped. We were not looking for a refund. A simple exchange. This occurred at Zara's in Halifax shopping Center. The operations manager does not seem to care about retaining customers and directed me to their customer service center. I spoke with their customer "no service" department, who spoke in circles, directing me back to the operations manager, like I wished to speak to her again, no thanks. I give up Zara's. You win. Take my money. I'll take my future business elsewhere. It's a shame as I've ordered from them every Christmas. NEVER again.
I shopoing this India now australia. Always good clothes and designs. Nice collection. Constant update. But dont do leather. Bring vegan clothes. Nice design. High end looks. But do sustainable work also. Dont do bad customer service, I am happy refund policy good.
Affordable clothes in different styles. I bought two jackets, material isn't all that great but for $40, you can't go wrong. Shipping is fast, returns are easy. Great selection of items. Browsing could be better. Zara's website looks like it was designed to view like a magazine or a photography website, rather than a clothing website.
I love ZARA so much it is my first choice to shop, I have been shopping at ZARA for years and in many countries, but ZARA USA is the worst in regard with cashiers racism! You should teach them to treat ppl the same or fire them!
Received Christmas gifts that do not fit. All tags on. In Zara box. Store and online refused to offer a return, store credit, and support as there was not a receipt. This was a gift and we are not asking the giver for a receipt. I wonder what cultural norms the owners of Zara are following?
My order was delivery by Lasership. I was waiting at home all day long to receive my order. But i was waiting for nothing. The shipping without signature and when i check a tracking. They was said delivery about 1 min ago. I went to the door and see nothing. Have been contact for that but customer service said can not reshipment or refund. My order was more then $250.00. And another order I received by my neighbor because Lasership was delivery wrong address. Some stuffs in that order was delivery for return about 1 month. But they dont refund to me. Really bad service.
I made order for 100$, it was Christmas gift to my daughter. I waited one month but it didnt come((( management told me that it is my problem. I never make order in feature! And my friends too! Zara is bad store and dont save theirs customers!
I went to the store the boxing day, i wasn't able to try my jeans and the employee didn't care and the line took me 20 mins
