Worst customer service ever. Yeah they answer the phone and read from a paper, whatever. But I had a package that they sent to the wrong address and it was sent back to them. I contacted Zara three times and I was never issued a refund. They said that the tracking number was never activated. SO WHAT?! IT's $53.00 It was definitely sent back and they're being obnoxious little $#*!ing $#*!es about $53.00 $#*! that was not delivered to me and delivered to the wrong address. GET YOUR $#*! TOGETHER.
I bought two basic Zara jeans in Granollers, Catalunya, just before summer 2017. Every time I wore them they caused me allergies in my legs. I washed them several times because I thought this might be the issue but even after several wash cycles, they still cause me allergies.
I decided to take them back (with the purchase ticket) to the store. They told me they would have to check with the product division since apparently they have not have too many complaints about allergies. I got a phone call back saying they sell "millions" of these Zara jeans and no one has complained before about allergies. And they tell me they cannot refund me.
I am stuck with two pairs of Zara jeans I cannot wear.

Wow! I thought I loved this store until I had a problem with a coat I purchased (Loved the coat!). This company needs to focus on customer service. After a bad experience on the phone in one store I called another store

Finally they pick up say they can't help and hang up on you. Call back as for mgr they hang up again KIng of Prussia location
Call another store -they tell you to call customer service. Ask for a district leader
And told we don't have one

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. They refuse to budge on their return policy even if clothes are tagged and one day late on return. Furthermore they claim they will send you an emailed resolution and they didn't. If you try to get a manager or supervisor on the line it is impossible. DONT EVER SHOP THERE.
I was returning a shirt from the Ottawa Ontario Zara location ( Bayshore mall) the cashier had to call the manager to come and vitness or confumed it! I don't think it takes two people for that job! No other stores does that! No thank you Zara you lost my business because I don't have time to wait on people!
I bought a long-sleeved red dress from Zara on 5th Ave, NYC in late January this year. I loved the style and color, so when I saw that it was on sale, I grabbed it. I decided to hand wash it (as per instructions) first before wearing, since it looked like a store return. I was flabbergasted when I realized that the dress has shrunk! It was no longer a dress, but a blouse with 3/4th sleeves.
I am a new Zara customer and this is a huge disappointment. Of course I can't return the item anymore since it has been washed.
I advise new customers to NEVER shop at Zara- VERY POOR QUALITY! It's an embarrassment.
Returned an item after trying it on and deciding against it. It literally went right back in the box. I received an email saying that it will not be returned due to the dress being unsaleable. I called and they said it smelled like perfume. How could it? I just tried it on. Then I received a phone call to tell me that they will not be returning the item. I questioned it again. Charmaine, the customer service rep that called, said they willnot change their mind. I asked her to go get the item and smell it. It didn't smell when I sent it back. She was quite snotty. I asked for the president of the company's name, which she couldn't tell me. It seems like this is their way they treat returns after reading the reviews. This is fraud and unacceptable!
Considering their busy sale season happening right now I ordered 3 times in a month online. 2 of the orders I did were pickup in store and 1 deliver to my place... the in store was awesome! After 3 days my order arrived and received an email that i can pick it up at the store. The delivery at home was great. I get to receive email all the time. About shipping confirmation then tracking number 1 day after... i got my package in 4 days. I do admit the 2nd in store pickup was a bit slow because of their outrageous busy store. Tooo many people and the line was just crazy but they didnt make ne line up anyways. I just have to say my order # and name and thats it. The packages I received were clean and dainty... i dont know about the other reviews by im pretty happy with Zara. And all the clothes. They have good quality.
I had bought a jacket from Zara and the zipper always get caught on the fabric. In just 2 weeks the fabric got ripped. So I called customer service and asked for a replacement. To my surpise, they said they cannot do any exchange/rerturn without original receipt. They said "NO EXCEPTIONS" and I am really disappointed at their policy. Other big chain companies will accept my credit card statement and at least give me a store credit.
Never buy from ZARA (ever again).
I have never read these comments or wrote reviews until myself got into this situation. I sent them back the 4 returned items and they refund only 2. Contact customer service and they said only 2 items received. What a lie! I put the secured stamp on, and places the items inside. So knly me and the returned department know how many I put. Either they are careless to get on the items out or take just took them without refund me the money. There is no proor or anything, so they can say whatever they want. Thanks for this lesson. Zara is unreliable. I will never bought or looked anything from you. Bad company and staffs. You ahould be closing down

I m Zara's regular customer and do shopping a lot at Zara for myself and my family.i was in London today so I thought why not go and have a look in Zara,so I went Zara (Oxford street) and it was Very disappointed and insulted visit for me.i picked some shirts and mean while I noticed that security guy is keeping eye on me first i thought it just my assumption,so ignored him and keep looking the stuffs.i picked some nice shirts but unfortunately when i saw long que for the try room I dropped the idea to try and went to the nearest mirror and tried one of the shirt on my top to get an idea of the style n size but unfortunately it was look too big on me so i hanged back the shirts and walk to the exist.by the time i noticed that same security guy was still following me and when i was just to exist the store the other security guy who was standing near the door asked that security guy in sign language by pointing toward the customer in front of him so I turned back and I saw that he was pointing finger towards me it was so insulting that I can't imagine it.i was very upset and angry that I straight away pointed him that you are following me and now you are pointing finger towards me like I m a thief or something and he was like it's my job and you can't say this to me I was very angry and I left the store.Zara is a big name brand and if there security treat the customer like that it's very disrespectful.he don't even apologised.I m so shocked and upset that it ruined not only my mood even it upset my whole day I went back to my husband office and I told him.he asked me to go back store with him and we will talk to the store manager but I was so disturbed with all that I said no as I don't want to see that guy again who had no respect for customers.
I have never had issues with Zara, in fact many of the products I bought have been quite good but, I bought a Oscar Marine X Zara sweatshirt with flocked velvet on the sweater and the velvet started shedding after 1 wash and after 2 around 60% was gone. I paid 50 dollars for a sweatshirt that I can't wear because it's so incredibly messy.
I purchased two items at the Zara store in Markville mall. I could not find my receipt. The day I purchased the clothing I was I. Line for the longest time with 10 bags and my gym bag I just wanted to pay and go. I bought my purchases. When I got home I tried the jumper I bought and it was a little small. I came back to return item and the manager was not nice at all. She said we need receipt as proof you purchased. First words were an insult. Are you kidding me You treat your customers like shop lifters? Needless to say in stuck with clothes that don't fit. However end result is I will NEVET shop at Zara again and once i shared this story with my family no one is going back again. I lost out on $60.00 but Zara lost out on thousands.
I order boots online from Zara. I received the package and the boots were damaged and they were very used. These boots were worth 100 EUR. I requested a return immediately and for a courier to pick up, i got an email saying a courier will pick up in 24-48 hours. It's been 10 days and they havent come yet. I am trying to reach out to Zara and they just tell me to wait. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. My experience in general was horrible

I bought a blouse a couple hours ago at Zara's Scarborough Town Centre, in Toronto. I didn't want to try at the store because it was so crowded. I loved the style and check the size and decided just to pay for it and came home to try it on, immediately I noticed it has a terrible odor, I did not noticed at the store, sadly it looks that this Item was already wore, the terrible smell in the armpits tells everything! And these marcs inside the blouse, are the proof it wasn't new! I guess somebody used it then returned and this company does not care about it and they place price tags and display it again as nothing happens. My thoughts are they say: "other customer, (like me) wouldn't notice this at first so we can deceive that customer and sale it again! That's what I think is their mindset. Very disappointing! For sure I will return it tomorrow and never buy something from them again!
We are very frustrated with Zara Customer Care attitude. Zara.com sent our merchandise to the wrong address. Zara's ordering system is completely dehumanized and not controlled by employees. We contacted Zara Customer Care. First person called herself as Collette refused to help. She was extremely relactant to connect us to Customer Care supervisor in charge. Finally person who called herself as Jasmin talked to us and categorically refused to take responsibility for Zara's mistake suggesting customers should control all zara.com operations. She was extremely unfriendly. We understand that it is zara.com as merchant responsibility to control flows, not customers. Instead of helping customers Customer Care employees are behaving carelessly. Looks like they have common attitude that dominates in most of businesses located in Manhattan. Very sad!
I ordered $180 worth of baby clothes. One of the items was a two pack of bodysuits. They only sent me one and when I called them they said their only resolution was for me to return the one that I needed to get my credit. They would not credit me for the one that they did not send because it was out of stock. So I ended up paying double for one bodysuit.
Whilst great clothes 20mins to be served at their counter in the middle of the day is an absolute joke! Then try calling to ask a question no answer at any of their stores, no answer on their customer service line surprise surprise! No answer at head office! Obviously the culture within the organisation
Purchased a men's belt for my son that did not have any tags on them. Went the next day to return the belt with my receipt (when purchased the clerk at Robson St, Vancouver, wrote on the receipt no tags). I was denied a refund because there were no inside/outside tags. I was basically accused of tearing the tags off at home. Called head office and was also denied a refund. I will NEVER shop at Zara nor will my two teenage kids who have money to spend. Thank you Zara for the POOR SERVICE and a reminder to me to shop local / Canadian stores only!
