We had a little trouble revising the messages on the card, particularly with regard to who was hosting the post-wedding brunch but eventually figured out that we should just delete what was on the sample and then add what we wanted to the end of the previous line on the card and then hit the space bar

I'm not happy paying for expedited next day service. You notified me that there was a delay in processing but was charged for expedited service. Ordered on a thursday, was suppose to receive my order on Friday but didn't receive my order till Monday. Would be nice to refund me some money on over paying for expedited shipping I never received.

I was definitely stressing invites. Zazzle had a lot of designs to choose from and made it so easy to get ordered just the way we wanted. I opted for longer shipping (lower ship costs) and they still showed up a week before they were expected! Great quality!

Ordered 100 graduation invitations and over half of them aren't usable due to the top or bottom being misaligned and information being cut off. Inexcusable for the cost of them.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
