I went on Zoosk earlier but had know luck. I decided to give it another try. I almost gave up until this wonderful man caught my eye. I sent him a chat request and he responded. We have been talking since. The chemistry is unbelievable between us. I have found the one I want to spend my life with. Thank you so much Zoosk for bringing us together.
I previously wrote that Zoosk was not worth the money but just when I was about to put my account on pause. BAM! I met my match. It is true about what they say: " You have to kiss many frogs before meeting your Prince/Princess" Ha Ha Ha
We are both wanting long term relationship. I definitively got what paid for...
Give Zoosk a try, best luck in finding true love!
I met someone from Zoosk. After our first date we told each other that we're cancelling our subscriptions from all dating websites and change our status from single to "in a relationship." At this point, I think I have found the one I've been waiting for my entire life. Thank you so much for finding him for me.
Compared to Match, POF and others, Zoosk provided a much more positive online dating experience. Met some very nice, interesting people. Would have liked more control over search filters. I saved my preferences, but still others got through. It caused a conflict with 1 gent. Overall, a good value for the money. I didn't feel like too much time & effort was going into meeting people for my results. And I have met someone very special. ♡
All dating sites are suspect and Zoosk has a limited amount of women who are genuine and authentic. The same profiles have been around for years. There are scammers and fakes from what I experienced. Membership is pricey but probably in line with other date sites.
I am totally shocked to say this, but it worked! I met the man that I am going to marry, right here on Zoosk. No, I am not a paid employee, LOL. I am a single mom who was looking for someone to hang out with in my free time. Instead I found love, the love at first sight kind of love and we have been together for almost 10 months now. Sure, I had to shuffle through a few "bad seeds" to get there, but it was 100% worth it. I am very happy and ready to move on with my life again after being in a horrible marriage for 19 yrs. Best of luck to everyone!
It used to be good 4-5 years ago, now it a rip off they charge for everything, there's far better sites now that don't charge like wounded bulls.
Keep well away from here and if enough of us do they might go back to what they used to be. Don't mind paying but not through the nose.
Come on zoosk get into the real world.
Try tinder everyone it's totally free, just have to be on Facebook
Yes it does work in its own weird ways, You get an option to select age range for people you wish you see your auto- recommendations list and this happens based on your profile that you create. Most of the time the app suggest people who are at-least 3 to 5 years older than me. No clue why. All in all a good app only if it works. do not spend money on it.
I had the opportunity to meet 2 amazing gentlemen that sparked my interest. I was surprisingly surprised to see the daily "hits" from various caliber of men. I have been involved with a few social sites, however Zoosk tops them all.
This site has many many people listed on it that have cancelled their membership. Some are friends of mine! Now me! The site will send you notifications of "people who want to meet you" and after you contact them, you find they made no such indication, other than looking at their image! If you use the "search" option, it will process any view as someone you interested in even if you have no such desire. If you don't keep your original photos for your profile up, the site blocks you from using the app. The site in all ways possible lacks any integrity what so ever! I dropped my membership after 2 weeks due to the lies and abuse by the site!
I would add photos of my purchase and my experience, but the site deleted ALL info as soon as it saw I might be deleting my account. There are some real people on the site, although most do NOT FALL WITHIN your chosen preferences.
A complete rip-off, basically threw 70 bucks into a rat-hole. You can't trust the views section, because every time someone so much as accidentally sees your username, it counts as a "view". So basically, Zoosk is a complete spam. Furthermore, even after you pay the fee to actually send messages, it keeps asking you to "upgrade" for better features. For the starting price that Zoosk has, everything else should be free. Also, the Smart Picks never seem to work, and there's no way to actually contact them unless they like you back.
Zoosk had made a great improvement then any other dating site that verify someone photo video verification because there are so many scams and catfish go on and its tough to find someone. The woman i met was exactly who she said she was personality was mentioned on our date her height took me by surprise but she was the beautiful girl i ever met and gave me that chance to get to know her. So i want play this relationship out for keeps i dont want her thinking I'm still looking around lol. Thank you zoosk! :)
I am in South Australia. Everything negative that has been reported about zoosk on Jabber is absolutely true. I recently paid for 6 months subscription and cannot contact anyone. One " lady " contacted me after I supposedly sent a wink but I have never ever even seen her prior to her messaging me re. The wink. Zoosk now want me to subscribe AGAIN to find out her full message and contact her back! Not likely! I just wished I had read the reviews prior to doing my dough! David P.
This service has potential, but is too expensive and wonky in how it works to make it a viable player. One of the most annoying things is that it never saves your search criteria settings, no matter how many times you save them, and it also suggests possible match that are way outside that criteria. It's arguably the worst of the dating sites in terms of the effort that people put into their profiles, although admittedly better than tinder. Sadly, lots of bottom feeder types on this site that don't read your profile and want to meet you.
This site is ridiculous. They take $30 and then want you to buy more "coins", if you buy coins you become "popular". I am on the site now but once my month is up I am out of there. Very few respond; one guy had in his profile that he would be off the site on 5/25 and yet he was still on the site because Zoosk kept him on anyway. You are texting ghost for the most part. I have talked to a few guys but mostly I think they do not have a client base and use old customers that are no longer participating. Carousel is like the stupidest thing I have ever seen.
But it was! Met the most amazing guy, someone who fits everything I've ever wanted or could ever ask for. I never would have found him if I didn't take a leap of faith with Zoosk. This is the only dating site I've ever tried and I'm glad I did!
I was pressured into trying a dating site and told about zoosk. After a little while I set up my account and started browsing the carousel and searching locally. Waste of time. No one responds because they don't have memberships. You need coins to boost yourself but you're limited to 40 a day and they cost a fortune. It's just a big money scam. You're better off spending money elsewhere. Happy relationship hunting- it's just not happening on zoosk.
I checked out the website but decided not to purchase, 4 weeks ago. I'm still getting messages from members? Although Zoosk will not give me the messages. I have no intentions of joining this fake site. Guys, seriously, your getting pictures etc of non members, info you are paying for that you'll never get!
Zoosk is a perfect online dating site! I found that most people on here are genuine and really looking for love! The site is very easy to use and there are a variety of people on here so there's something for everyone! This is not a hookup site so the people tend to be more mature and can actually hold a conversation. Not saying that you won't come across some creeps (can't help that), but if you are very selective you will find those who are looking for the same things as you are and possible more!
This lady is absolutely incredible. I am looking forward to getting to know her and spending every available moment with her. We went on our first date to a local restaurant and actually shut the place down talking so much and getting acquainted with one another. I can't wait to see what the future has in store for us. Just may have been love at first sight.
Answer: These view are fake. Zoosk is lousy site! They obviously mislead their customers giving them fake likes and matches. You get instant bot auto-responses. I left to http://J4Love.net The result of my search there is incredibly awesome: I finally spent Christmas with my woman! I had wasted 11 months on Zoosk and then it took me just one month here to meet my perfect woman. Don't let Zoosk con you into their shady and phony "dating" kingdom. Zoosk is worthless, time is precious! The longevity of profiles is tremendous, they are there for years, obviously outdated.
Answer: The real matches are scant and located at distant places. The fake matches are abundant especially when your membership is about to end. It's phony. I met my girlfriend on http://J4Love.net This dating service is a lot better than Zoosk, Match, Tinder, etc. They are more professional with ethical approach to business - something that Zoosk lacks now. Zoosk used to be better couple of years ago, but now they suck.
Answer: ZOOSK, is a total RIPOFF
Answer: NO MA'AM IT IS NOT. In fact I only used the coins when I could get them for free. Under the system that's no longer possible. Nobody takes that sort of thing seriously, and for a woman it's even less relevant.
Answer: In the two months I have been on Zoosk. I have chatted with a number of woman, exchanged phone numbers and talked on the phone and I am just an average looking joe. I have also had times when I received a chat request and the person does not respond. You do have to pay to chat and the other person has to be a paid member. OK if your reading this there is one thing I found, if you search, only pay attention to the ones that say "recently online", the other ones may be fake or no longer active. It's a numbers game I have had many that did not respond to my messages also.
Answer: I believe it is. But how safe is the internet these days. Just don't be quick to give too much information too soon you will know when its right to share. Good luck
Answer: Not at all don't bother buying them just play some games u will get some
Answer: Chances are you're sending a message to someone that was a member long ago and isn't registered any longer. Zoosk is a total scam.
Answer: Unfortunatly not. You have to be a member. I suggest you don't try this site. It won't help you to find wat you're looking for. Cheers. R.
Answer: I can't believe you expect that! The whole idea is anonymity until people are comfortable with exchanging personal info.
Zoosk has a rating of 2.3 stars from 3,552 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Zoosk most frequently mention fake profiles, customer service and credit card. Zoosk ranks 619th among Dating sites.
