The worst customer support I've ever talked to! Received broken parts and I was having them replaced, but they couldn't find any information on their database and it's absurd! Sent them a copy of the receipt as proof, but they still can't help because they need to be able to access it on their database. What a scam!
I sent my '97 Viper stereo to The Viper Store (a. K. a. Hot Car Accessories) to repair not being able to eject a CD. $250 later, I got the stereo back, and it did seem to be fixed. Less than a year and exactly one drive later, the 5th CD played since I got the stereo back wouldn't eject. Hot Car Accessories politely told me that it's out of warranty and therefore my problem. In my experience, reputable businesses take better care of their customers than that.
I purchased a new Mercedes in Jan 2017 by April one of my tires had a bubble on the side wall. Neither Mercedes or Continental would replace this tire. They stated is was probably caused by a pot hole. Next bubble I get I will replace all four tires with another brand.
I went in to have a tire balanced. I had a tire on the passenger side balanced. That was the only thing I had done. They balanced the tire just fine. There was nothing wrong with the service. It was the price they charged. I think $55.00 for balancing a tire is outrageous. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
ATI is a name I have known for decades, and I'm sure they please some of their customers some of the time. However, this is about my experience with their customer service. I needed a transmission controller for my 4L70E transmission. The 4L70E has different "flavors" that use different electrical connectors. So I wrote ATI, told them exactly which transmission I had, and asked which of their controllers would work for me, if any. This was the response: "Our references show that is [sic] is compatible with the 4L70E." Didn't say which of their controllers, and didn't inspire any confidence. Very poor.
I ordered one item and purchased standard shipping. It took 11 days to receive my item. The item did show up well packaged and undamaged. Their prices are comparable to other motorcycle parts website. Shipping was slow. But my item did show up. If you are looking to get your parts quickly you may want to choose their expedited shipping or go with someone else.
The case looks nice for the first day but the case stracthes very easy and ruins the look of the case
I am a peters of nashua kia customer. They closed and macmulkin Chevrolet took it over. Went there against my better judgement wish I hadn't. They are not customer ready in every way. They should have waited till staff was educated about kia had proper software installed. I bought new sorrento and week later got a payment bill fr old kia which they were suppose to have taken care of as well as bill for scratch that I had 3000. 00 coverage protection gave that paperwork to them a week ago haven't heard back from them. Save your time go to quirk like I should have done. They are great and determined to beat anyone's prices
I thought I was getting a decent set of tires, and Toyo is NOT it. They have terrible traction, and the road noise is insane! So loud I can hear it over my radio! Contacted them multiple times and they really could care less. Having to spend another $1000 for new tires when these only have 6K miles on them, but my fault for not doing my research I suppose. Never buy Toyo tires!
I took a car to pep Boys and was greeted by ASHLEY R and was very impressed by her attitude and knowledge of a car. After I received an estimate, I went to store next day and talked to MILTON D, he explained what needed to be done and I told him to do only what is immediately needed, he worked with me and gave a renewed estimate and car was repaired to my fullest satisfaction.
Ordered their exhaust system - a "bolt on replacement - and it didn't fit. Called their "customer service" and they said "we don't actually have one to fit your vehicle, take it to a mom and pop shop and have them custom fit it". So now my $800.00 performance exhaust system can't be returned (modified) is QUIETER than the stock system and has no performance improvement. A HUGE disappointment as well as waste of time and money. Will NEVER buy another Gibson product, I suggest you don't either. Consider yourself warned
Original estimate was for $535. Once I was committed to them and within days of the pick-up, it went up to $795 and a "delivery fee" of $90 was added. That was supposedly going to be applied to the $795, but wasn't. Then the costs went up again because they had a change of the trucking company used. When I threatened to not pay the additional costs, I was told that the car would be kept. In the end, my total cost was $945.
This merchant sells used auto parts from junkers. Ordered a CV axle. New ones are either $500 or made in China, so used is a good choice for this part. These people sent me one that was worse than the one it was meant to replace! It was shot/worn out/loose. When I arranged for a refund, they did not want it back. That says a lot.
I bought 7 items for my ford thunderbird. When i noticed that they would charge me 7 times for shipping costs, which cost me almost more than the parts, i wanted to cancel my order two ours later. Not possible, because of the fact that they work so fast and quickly. So it took them 5 days to ship it to another place in the usa. Lovely. They said it was not possible to have a combined order because of the shipping company. Which of course is a total scam. Because they ad up the bill and put everything in one box. So that is allowed? Since when does shipping comp. Interfere with the content of your legal shipment. And yes i am stupid. Should have read the reviews. But im am better now( as stan laurel said. Not) i would advice people not to buy from these people. And i am sorry to say, that this is not the first time it happend to me. Have to be more carefull.
Don't order from the guys they was running a sales on there product and so I was going to give them a try because it a American made product I waited and come to find out they was running a sale and they already was back log before they even ran the sale that bad business there sale a product they don't even have in stock that was stupid and they sent me a email telling me they didn't know when they could fill my order because of the back log they did refunded me my money but I would ask before I order how long
They say they don't do a credit check, and will approve anyone for monthly payments without a credit check. Turns out that that is not true! I got denied based on my poor credit! So don't bother if you have bad/poor credit! You'll get denied!
Bought products (preauthorized via Paypal), but never sent items. Claimed payment wasnt authorized. Now I have no parts and out money.

This is a piece of junk. It could not inflate 4 tires from 28 to 35 psi without the battery running down. It took 40 seconds to put one pound of air into each tire. It is very slow, so that's why the battery ran down. This ripoff of a company will not give refunds if you return the product. They offer to send a replacement if the original is defective. Then they explain that the original was not defective. They also want a video of you using the product before they will consider sending a replacement. Here is their explanation of why the battery runs down. "Inflate-R is usually used to top off tires (for example inflating a tire from 25-35 PSI) so inflating something from flat to full usually runs through its battery pretty quickly because it runs the battery for longer that it has capacity for. You can plug the InflateR to the car outlet to keep pumping air to the tire without the need to charge it." Once you pay for this useless piece of junk, you can kiss your money goodbye.
Good Day I have met this Supplier on Alibaba website and placed with them a big 40foot container AutoBody parts(Bumpers and Lamps), I asked them 100 times if they sold those exact Bumpers to German clients before and they said yes and no problem and that the quality is the best. But I got screwed up, I can not sell most of their bumpers, below I explain why, and I told them but all they say is that there are working on the problem, it has been already 2 Months and they donĀ“t do nothing for me, and they just put the bumpers in the container on top of each other without boxing them, so i found more then 100 Bumpers so far brocken, some they have cracks on them, withch will be impossible for me to sell them with that state. First of all the POLO 2005 and the POLO 2010 Bumpers are not fit for Europe Market at all, I sold 1 piece of each for 2 different clients, and they both said that with very difficulty were able to fit the Bumpers on there cars, they had to remove some of the Edges on the Bumpers to fix them to fit properly. And the other bigger and worth problem for both of them is that the place slot in the center where the Licence plate got fitted is too small, in their bumpers there is only 46 cm wide place for Licence plate, here in Europe the Licence plate Standard Length is 53 cm on all Bumpers so it should be at least 55 cm place for the Licence plate. So I have so far got 2 negative feedback, and I had to pay the customers their money back plus i lost the Delivery costs to them witch is about 30 Euro each, and I throw those bumpers in the Garbage. So i have 170 Bumpers for Polo in stock,. Can you please help me to get some of my money back because I put all my money in this container and I met this supplier on your website and he is not willing to answer my complain or refund me some of my money and get those bumpers picked up. They should be black maled, not allowed to sell to Europe, they are a cheating company, and they are a Gold Supplier by Alibaba, how is that?. Thank you very much
I departure from Thailand). Seller based in England. I ordered to ship to French due to I rested at my friend's home. I'm follow up many time but seller confirmed that the item will delivered within Aug-21. But there was not package shipped. It's very crazy, over 1 month the package didn't arrived. I tried to follow up and request to cancel but seller denied due to the item already process. And the reason, seller told me that England was out of EU country. Until now I never had contact from seller and refund my money back.
Booked my car in to have a towbar fitted two weeks in advance. Took it in on the day and was told that the booking had been cancelled. Complained that no one had called to let me know this. I work away so had to take the day off to get this done. Got a call when I got home from same dude saying supplier had no stock in Australia and that they (pedders Hobart) hadn't been notified. I told him that he'd already told me that my booking was cancelled in their (pedders) system, and that I hadn't been notified of their (pedders) cancellation. Looking online I have found that there is an abundance of towbars available for my vehicle - this is also in contrast to what pedders told me.
This could be the worst company to work for. No training, no career growth and advancement, low pay, long hour, unsupportive management, deceitful to customers - all of these are what's waiting for you if you want to work here. It was a terrible decision to work here. I feel like I've wasted several years of my life working here. If you got another option, stay away from this company.
This organization has been in LA for years. However; the telephone sales reps must have been repreived from an Asylum of loonies! Upon talking with first rep, David Durst, asking specific technical questions and receiving responses completely unrelated to the question. The second sales rep, Tom, an older individual; would not allow me to get a word in. Tom talked all about some old nag, must be his wife or horse, and how he mounts her? At this time I am thinking someone is pranking me. It took me three attempts to call this org. To Finally have an answer! These individuals must be the lost souls found on the side of a milk carton!
I purchased a rear diffuser for my car back in Dec and still no product, l sent several emails asking about my purchase and for a refund and no response, so if you want to give your money away for free then this is the company for you.
Ty Justus, Salesman for WMTT seems to know very little about the product he sells. If you order a custom trailer from him (specifically a car hauler), make sure if you want an escape door, you know exactly where you want it placed in the driver side wall. He knows next to nothing about classic cars and failed to tell me unless specified, escape door goes in standard location centered over the axles. My car is too big to utilize door in that position. No mention on purchase order about standard placement so I PRESUMED he was using dimensions for my car! Drove 2400 miles and spent $600.00 in gas for a trailer I can't use and therefore did not purchase. Now he refuses to return my down payment even though he will or has already sold the trailer to someone else!
This company shows pictures of their trucks which are not theirs they also damage property and ride away
Customer service is non-existent! No response - canned response - ignored. Nothing but a rip-off - avoid at all costs!
Bought a universal alternator from these guys, and it turned out to be a $400 paperweight. Turns out they do not build to order so the alternators are all stock from years back. Thus, they ship without magnetization and poor rectifiers. Tried to follow through with their "so-called" warranty and was ignored via phone and e-mail. Don't waste your time, get a better and cheaper one from somewhere else.
Unbelievably they managed to take 11 days to ship an order that won't arrive for another week. What a joke
