I bought a set of black housing sc300 high beam housings from them only for them to take 4 days just to tell me theyre out of stock. Yesterday I was told they were shipping today. Now I have to wait to get the money back too despite going through all of this too. That 4 days was with me chasing them down through various channels of communication too. Its ridiculous.
I purchased a used engine from these guys that was advertised as a "Ford Motorcraft rebuilt" with very low miles on it. (invoice is clearly marked "New Ford Reman"). Upon receiving it, it was painfully obvious it was NOT an OEM Ford unit, but was instead a cheap parts store reman engine. I immediately contacted them and made them aware of this fact. I was told then that they would stand behind it regardless, no problem, don't worry, etc... We did not have any extra time on my side, so we decided to go ahead and install it in our customer's vehicle based on the assurance that they would stand behind it. Fast forward about 7-8 months and of course the engine failed. We contacted them immediately and reminded them of their so-called guarantee. They still indicated they would take care of it. To date, I have made no less than 8 phone calls to Pat, the manager, and emailed him a number of times. Always the same story (they are trying to get the engine warrantied through the rebuilder, haven't heard, will call, etc...). We have been blown off and I am sure they have zero intent of making good on their promise, so I am out $2500 (I even covered the labor for my customer to install a GOOD reman, which cost me an ADDITIONAL $2060!). I give fair warning to anyone buying anything from these guys-DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will screw you over and laugh all the way to the bank.
No products, no email, they just take your money and disappear. The site looks legit, but it changes names almost daily. I have seen at least three names... livelynues, yuladan, onlinestore. They promise to ship in 7-10 days but do not give you any shipping info. Stay tuned for the PayPal investigation...
Received a broken product. Filled out their form on their website, got no response. Called their phone number and only got a voicemail. I've left several messages, but I've never got a response.
A number of weeks ago I called Diamond Truck to inquire about a 1998 Freightliner Cabover posted online with a Detroit engine. The salesman was helpful and send pictures via email since none were posted on the listing. I asked him about the engine because it had a model number that I was't familiar with, he didn't know what it was so I called my mechanic to make sure that it was a 12.7 liter Detroit. He indicated it was and that the model number was for a variable torque engine. I negotiated on the truck, purchased it, arraigned shipping to central Kansas. It arrived and the first thing my driver noticed under the cab was the Cat yellow color. Turns out it was a C12 Cat! I called in to discuss this error and it was confirmed that the listing was incorrect("the person who made the mistake was no longer with the company"), they offered to buy the truck back but I needed to return it to them. So I could get my money back on the truck but I was going to have paid over $3200 for the privilege of learning that they had posted the engine wrong on their listing. We were targeting a 12.7 Detroit, I wouldn't have called about the truck if it hadn't been listed that way. I feel cheated and mistreated. I asked multiple times to speak to the owner and was denied that courtesy as well, he wouldn't return my call and the salesman wouldn't put me in contact with him. I would avoid business with Diamond Truck Sales..., if you aren't willing to talk with dissatisfied customers and attempt resolution, you aren't running a good business in my opinion.
These people are crooks. A business set up just to rip off customers and sell credit card numbers. Do not do business under any circumstances.
Avoid Please do not use their services. I made this mistake and waiting 6 weeks for my car back. Andy from this company declared up to 9 working days... Constant lying about work progress. For two weeks I was very patient customer I did not send any email. Third week car is almost ready just drive test left in another week still wafting for the parts. After in the fifth week got text car will be ready for Monday, Sunday text to me: afternoon sorry car will be ready for Tuesday I declared on pickup on Friday. On Wednesday that week sent email to Andy with question about car and got back answer that probably car will be not ready this week! But car should be ready yesterday! This is worst service ever. Don't trust and avoid!
Their megasquirt and microsquirt is known for poor driveability and god forbid you don't want their ecu cuz of it; they won't answer your emails when you ask to cancel. I'd stay far away.
This review in no way is meant for or towards the sites or the auto suppliers that sold or delivered the struts to me. This is solely for the KYB strut manufactures and their product. I have purchased front and rear KYB Strut Plus Compete assemblies for my 2013 Honda CR-V. I managed to find the front left drivers side and the two rear complete struts from one auto parts supplier. It took a while till I located the front right passenger strut, but located one after about 2 months of looking from another auto parts supplier. If I would have known that it was going to be this much trouble I would not have ordered any, but it was too late to even send back the 3 struts I already received. First the front right passenger side was on back order and it would take 2 months if I ordered it through the manufacturer. Then finally when I received it (front right passenger side strut), and I had all four struts I was ready to change all at the same time. I also replaced the front stabilizer bar links and front bushings and the rear sway bar links and bushing. Once all the four struts and links and bushing were installed and the vehicle was put down on it's own weight then the strut mount bolts on the front struts were tightened to the specific torque that Honda recommends 33 ft lbs and the steering knuckle to 116 ft lbs. The strut rod bolts were not touched as they should be tightened from the factory to the correct torque when assembled. The two rear struts were tightened again to what Honda recommends the upper to 54 ft lbs and the bottom of strut to 69 ft lbs and the strut rod bolts were not touched as they should be tightened from the factory to the correct torque. The bottom trailing arm to body was re-tightened to Honda spec again 85 ft. Lbs. Once all the work was complete with the proper torque values, the vehicle was tested out on the ground with under the full weight of vehicle. The steering wheel was moved from complete left turn all the way over to a complete right turn. It made noises I've never heard before from the front end. While turning the steering wheel left to right there was a spring twanging noise. It sounded like someone walking on an old spring mattress and the springs in it twanging away. If you've never heard that then picture a cat walking inside a piano and hearing the piano wire twanging with each step the cat makes. I've looked this problem up on the web and found out other people have had the same problem with KYB and they (KYB) recommend you drop the vehicle (CR-V) on the ground and re-torque the nuts and bolts under the vehicles own weight. This was done and that was not the solution (did not work) for me or the other guys who put it on the website. So I did a search on how to quiet squeaky noisy struts and they recommend using silicone spray lubricant on the front strut bearings. This again did not work. This problem I have is the first thing in the morning or when the Vehicle (CR-V) sits for a period of time and then you get in to drive it. After driving for a while the noise goes away. I have given this problem 3 weeks to see if it would clear up (break in or settle in) and it has not. The problem here is stiction between the front strut bearings. And spraying silicone spray does not help. Now I can't return these struts as the boxes are thrown away. Now I will have to go out and buy a strut spring compressor and all new parts from the dealer ( 2 front upper strut mounts, 2 upper strut bearings, 2 upper spring seat mounts, 2 dust covers bellows). All this could have been avoided if I had just got the parts I needed from the dealer, would have saved money and time. Now I will have to do the job all over again. My advice is do not purchase KYB struts, they seem to have a problem and then it ends up to be your problem. Buy parts at the dealer, I have no faith in any strut manufactures after spending so much money on after market struts. Good luck out there finding a good strut. I have 3 proof of purchases but was only allowed 1 Stiction Stiction is the static friction that needs to be overcome to enable relative motion of stationary objects in contact. The term is a portmanteau of the words static and friction, and is perhaps also influenced by the verb to stick. Wikipedia What is the difference between stiction and friction? According to Ruel: "stiction is a combination of the words stick and friction, created to emphasize the difference between static and dynamic friction. Stiction exists when the static (starting) friction exceeds the dynamic (moving) friction
I returned a product worth $299- and went to use the docket the girl gave me when I returned it, only to be told that the voucher had been used. I contacted the store manager who never got back to me, so decided to ring head office. The website has been down since before Christmas and it has taken them one whole month to return my numerous calls. They have told me that I should have received another bit to the credit note (which wasn't given to me) and that someone had used my voucher three times to purchase goods! Buyers beware - it has to be their staff member who spent my money! There is no other explanation! Very dodgy indeed and extremely poor customer service. I will never enter another of their sties again! I'll certainly be making everyone aware!
Its been more than a month, Bolamy has not delievered my order. My order # 3230. They take credit card payment and then do not respond any email. They give hong kong number which remains off all the time. Extremly non professional, actually fraud, so how come one expect them to be any professional.
In the market to buy a Leer fiberglass truck cap and went to Frank's. He took my $200 deposit and never ordered the cap. He even gave me an appointment, saying my cap was in. When I showed up, after 6 weeks of waiting, he told me he made a mistake and that he would call Leer and see what the problem is. He told me at least 6 overt lies over the six week wait. I'm going to another dealer and taking this thief to court.
This company committed an obvious Bait-and Switch Scam on my daughter today. She had a complete 2003 Chevy Impala. Other than not running, it was all there ready to part out. She was told they would pay a flat $250 for the car. After paying for a Tow truck to take the car there, they then said they could only pay $105. Knowing full well she was stuck with little other choice but to pay the Tow truck again to take the car back. This is an obvious Bait-and-Switch SCAM.
I recently returned a set of brand new incorrect truck wheel simulators at the owners request for exchange. This was after being hassled by his staff steering me around with promises to return calls and even hanging up the phone multiple times on me. After I, return/shipped the incorrect wheel simulators in non installed brand new condition. The staff contacted me denying the exchange of my purchased truck wheel simulators but, even told me they are keeping my returned incorrect wheel simulators they shipped in error. They ripped me off of $269.00.

Buyer beware. After arranging for installation and buying speakers I return to have speakers installed next available install date a week later. I arrive before 9am for 9 am appointment. Half hour later car is still waiting and installers milling about outside smoking with all bays empty. Having seen them And tired of waiting I decide to get refund. No Refunds Whatsoever... That is what I was told. They did move car in an did very poor and lazy job. Car was returned with scorch mark on seat back. Seatbelt missing part and inoperable. Grills on speakers left bent up and unattached. Car was in perfect condition minus blown speakers when I took it in. I got it back. With screws on floor bent grills. And seatbelt missing part and jammed. My beautiful Jaguar xk8 is worse for wear and worth less now due to damage.
I ordered a part for my truck on MoparOnlinePerformance a month ago and it has yet to arrive. They advertise free shipping and I upgraded my order for Fedex however the part took 2 weeks to ship and MoparOnlinePerformance shipped it via the slowest method they could and now two more weeks later I still have nothing. No response from MoparOnlinePerformance (Mike D. Who was a contact). Please save your money and buy from anyone else! This is beyond bad service, it is close to a scam!
We as a business provider did business with them on a large scale, got ripped off by 200,000$ and are fighting our case with them in court at the moment. Watch our for Carlos Bruzzi sinc they seem to be running a huge scam at the moment.
This company is completely scam do not buy anything from them. Additionally there is no phone # to contact them. They do not even send packing slip for you to contact them. They even hacked my email account and recalled the shipping information. Do not buy anything.
This business has the absolute worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. They repeatedly ignored my emails regarding the status of my order for almost 3 weeks. Then only rushed to ship my order out AFTER I requested a refund for it so as to not refund my money.
Ordered a carport. Was told 6-8 weeks. I called at 7 weeks and was told 2-3 more weeks and I should call them back in 3 weeks, WOW. I called Capital one at 10 weeks to get my money back.
You don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out that a business is only as strong as its weakest link. 95% of the way through my 1966 Mustang radiator replacement project, this was going to be a 5-star review. The final step was to reinstall the radiator cooling fan. Well, the fan couldn't spin; it hit one of the transmission cooling lines that attach to the bottom tank. I contacted customer service for help. This was Frank's entire response: "We can't chg that, sounds like the fan is to large." The STOCK fan. As we went back and forth, he then blamed my fan spacer, which put the fan the EXACT RECOMMENDED DISTANCE from the radiator. When I asked for a drawing of where the holes should be, he responded "They are in the bottom tank". And so it went, until he just wouldn't answer me. From the beginning, it felt like a fight, not at all the "Be simple to do business with and speak to you, the customer, with respect" philosophy promised on ECP's website. If I were the owner, the guy who created the website, the guy who kept costs down and allowed the radiator to sell at a great price, or the guy who shipped it, I'd be mad as hell at Frank, because he's the weak link who earned ECP this well-deserved 1-star rating. I still don't know if the radiator was built as designed. I can tell you from measuring the stock radiator and ECP's radiator that the troublesome fitting was a half-inch closer to the path of the fan. Sometimes a half-inch makes a huge difference.
I orders two replacement center caps for my truck. I ordered and paid $109.00 on 31 Jul 18. It was supposed to take 5-7 business days for me to receive my caps. I didn't receive my package until 14 Aud 18. The worst part is I paid for two caps and only received one. I've called, emailed, and text and have not been able to speak with anyone. I guess I'm out of $50.
I bought this p/n 109952 fender flare kit for my 2010 camaro ss and it is poor quality per my body shop person. He told me that I would not be happy with this crap and to send it back for a refund but Andy's is telling me that they don't see anything wrong as I have sent them photos. They keep beating around the Bush but will not refund my money. Stay away from this supplier or you will be sorry... Scott Overmann
Global scammers. Never deal with Exotic Car Parts & Services ecpsgroup.com Poland. Wrong items delivered, damaged parts, staffs & management good at telling lies giving empty promises. Buyers Beware!
These people are very good at what they do! And that is conning people into motorcycle deals. Everyone wants to ride, but owning a bike should be something we earn. Save, plan, and be prepared for the responsibility of ownership. So, when you walk into KPMoto they want you to believe anyone at anytime should be able to buy. Even if it means your renting a motorcycle for four years with no sign of a interest rate, no sign of ownership, and no sign of common math skills. Do not worry about understanding legal or financial contracts, they dont either. Nor will the contract you sign be the one they send to the finance company. Take pictures of your down payment, cause you will never see it or a record of it again. Even if its on the bill of sale you sign in the office. It wont be the same paperwork sent off to the failing finance company. People please take my advice, buy a motorcycle the old fashion way. EARN IT! I took the shortcut, and I am paying for it dearly, I should have paid attention to the warning signs, and red flags of crooked people. But when your surrounded by Harley's, a man can do some really dumb stuff. After the purchase these people will not help you at all. They are not forth coming with all the truth's about what your getting into. Stay away from this company!
I initially went on inboardenginesale.com and was redirected to inboardengineprice.com where i ordered a YANMAR 3GM30 AE engine. This site took the money I transferred and did not send any engine. Both sites are based in Indonesia. I reported to the police.
Spyros_panopoulos placed order for youtube subs and then disputed payments and cheated me. Check my chat is also attached there. They are con and scam. Never trust them. They buy service and dispute funds..
They sent me the wrong size hitch although I told them what size I needed. There was no apology or being sorry of doing that and then charged me, almost, another $150 to send me the size I needed. After I complained they they offered to send me $99 back but no apology. I never received the $99 either. What a chumps and then they sent ne an email to review them and give them a 5 star review approval. No kidding!
I bought a car from them exactly 30 days ago and the engine light came on the very next day. When I took it back to the dealer three days later (due to the New Year holiday weekend they were closed) I was told it was a minor O2 sensor that would cost me $81 to repair. Days After that I was hearing an extremely loud noise while backing out it turns out the brake calibers needed a new bolt mind you they gave me this checklist of things they so called inspected and brakes were listed as one. I was told they gave me all new brake pads but after taking the car to be inspected by Tires Plus was told they only replaced the from two and that they put my brake hardware on backwards that's why I was experiencing the loud squealing noise after they replaced the caliber bolt. I also found out from Tires Plus, after completing an extensive diagnostic check that the motor needs to be replaced and the engine has severe issues. He even put a camera in the engine to show me the chunks of metal missing from the gears due to the car being driven with no oil by previous owner. They refuse to replace the engine under the 50/50 warranty they gave me because I've driven over 1000 miles already. There's no way I blew this motor it needed a motor when I bought it that's another reason why the check engine light was on in addition to the sensor he told me about initially. The Tires Plus guy advised that the computer was reset so when I test drove it the light wouldnt come on. To top all of this off when I went into the dealership today the owner apparently read my BBB complaint while I was there came out of his office and called me a low life and said he can't wait until I miss a payment so he can take the car back. Why so you can put it back on the lot and resell it to someone else with a bad motor?! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKS... DDOOOOOO NOOOT!
