Typical Canadian re-seller attitudes... if you're close to the border just order from US supplier as you will get your items cheaper, faster, and with better customer service. My initial questions were answered over the phone and subsequent communication using email was quick and concise. I got notified when my mail was received by YCA and was given the option of having it scanned and emailed or forwarded to my address on file or a different address. This is not a Canadian company. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars then they charge your credit card in American dollars. They guarantee shipping in 5 days.
