My wife was extremely disappointed with this purse. The color isn't even close to looking the same as the pictures on the website. The color isn't "camel" - it's light tan at best. Nevermind the lack of customer service, the jacket arrived (shipped from Pakistan) and it's awful. The shoulders are far too large, quite literally a square shape. The strings for the hood are such cheap quality it's laughable. Buyer beware.
