After numerous calls and being completely frustrated I settled for a portion of my refund eventhough their policy was a full refund if the order is cancelled within a 24 hour period. I canceled 48hours in advance. This company does not deal with coustomer service well at all. I requested a full refund for a 5 year protection plan that cost me $169.99 for furniture I did not receive they felt that a refund of $14.25 was appropriate. I informed them I would make a written statement concerning my disatification and they informed me that they considered that to be BLACKMAIL! I informed that requesting monies paid for services not rendered could be considered dishonest, deceptive and stealing. Shoppers do you homework. This company has numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well as their own site. Buying furniture can be a task, with these people it can be a frustrating and bad experience.
