Exact same thing is happening to me right now. This company is completely awful. They need to be sued.
3 to 5 business days for shipping and 1-2 days processing is a bunch of crap. Thats to lure you in. Once you are a customer shipping and processing gets worse.
I just unsubscribe from adore me today I been there customer over 2 years. I always ordered stuff and never did really pay attention when I will get my items but this year December 1 I placed in my order and today is December 17 I havent recd it and Im going out of town on December 12 I emailed them asking plzzz do overnight shipping at least one of the items but nope they ignored my request I even called them they said Roy was gonna call me back and he never did and prior to this they send me my set with the bra missing! Basically Im very disappointed.

I am having problems with a return to Adore me so beware. They charged a $15 penalty per set because the return was "incomplete". I literally tried on the items, they did not fit and I put them back in the box and mailed them back. I had to call customer service and it looks like they will remove the "penalty" but I am not sure yet.

In order to not be charged, but still retain the VIP status, you can simply log into your Adore Me account, access "My Showroom" zone between 1st and 5th of the month, and just press the "Skip the month" button located on the left side of the page. Their sizing is all over the board. They aren't even consistent with themselves. Also, if you can't guess how one of their items maybe sized and you would like to return because it doesn't fit, they will charge you a $5.95 restocking fee even though they advertise free returns.
