Return policy horror! Never buy from them anymore! I have 3 returns that are stuck at processing. I checked every day and the refund dates keep on changing. Now there's a message that asks me to contact customer service for my items. I've contacted them and I was told 4 different answers. All I know is they received the items on September 17th and they say I have to wait until November 17th! 2 months for a refund? Horrible customer service, especially that I order everything from them. Never again for real this time! I have screenshot proof! Here is the message written when I check my 3 refund statutes, I contacted them as the message asks, theirs no point since they can't help you with anything! I have ordered a few times on Amazon and it went well except for 1 item. Now, after more than 1 week i am still not in contact with someone that can explain why and who deleted my account and find a solution for my issue. I have been forwarded 5 times by different people and offices without any information.
This is not the great customer service you wish you have.
Please come back to me with an answer and proper guidelines instead of inning money without something in return.

Ordered a set of 8 Fuel Injectors for a Ford Van, promised next day delivery. Next day a shipping envelope, NOT large enough to hold order was delivered to house with, the flap having never been sealed. The removal strip, which you pull off to seal envelop was still in place. When Amazon was contacted, the said it would take a couple weeks for them to determine what happened, so we had to order another set from a different vendor to repair my vehicle, so now payment two for parts.

Heaven help us but Amazon IS a health hazard, I say this because on more than one occasion, has sent me skin care and cosmetics that have Obviously shown that they have been used, this hurts the seller and their business, Amazon has a way of tainting a great product due to their inability to separate used goods from the new. I received a great name blush today that was so obviously used. I can't even fathom why Amazon does this and it is done so often that it is not a mistake. I hope you can see the actual wear on the side of the blush itself and how dirty the compact is……and sold to me as new

Amazon use to be one of the best places to go to for honest reviews of products. Now it has been flooded with 5 star fake reviews to the point that you can buy a 41/2 or 5 star product that is extremely poor- and absolute rip off. I have placed several honest reviews, and they never publish them yet tell me in email they have!

This morning, another day later, still not shipped, no delivery time listed on a next day delivery. Multiple late deliveries this month (Dec 2024), including a "delayed just before shipping" that was hard to cancel. Started including ads in my Prime Video feed earlier in 2024, and changed 4K streaming into a premium option. Prices changed minute by minute during this year's Black Friday sale, found a few bargains at 2am that were gone the next day. About a 2/3rds chance of a next day order actually arriving on time, still useful if you can wait 3-4 days and get a good price.

Beware that Amazon's search engine is overrun with cheap Chinese goods. Be specific about brands and double check for genuine products. Useful for made in China items that have good quality control.

We spend a fortune at Amazon. They have been pretty great as far as ordering stuff. One MONTH and one week, so 5 WEEKS AGO, My husband got locked out of his Amazon account. He has called every single department, every single day to get them to fix this. I've never seen so many ignorant people working for such a great company, in my life. Now he has all Perscriptions with Amazon pharmacy, he is our of all Perscriptions and after 5 weeks of calling every department, fraud, corporate, HR, still nothing. They don't care and won't fix it. Anyone have any ideas what we should do or if has happened to others?

Amazon Prime has given me the WORST support of any company I have ever dealt with! It is almost 10 days and I still can not log in to my Prime account. I am unable to get the OTP on my cellphone. I have tried 5 times to get phone support. I keep getting told that they have sent my cellphone number to a group that can change my account info. Nothing ever happens! One time they referred me to a link where they wanted a copy of a driver's license, passport, or some government issued ID. I sent them a copy of my passport. Still nothing! I am paying for a service I am not getting. I tried cancelling my account. You need an OTP to do that!

I've been really frustrated with their service. The prices aren't always the best and there have been too many issues with third-party sellers. Returns have become a hassle and the customer support doesn't always help. They definitely slipped in terms of quality and service.

I purchased an item from Amazon and returned it on Aug 7th. When I called to check on my refund they ask me to send my ID. I was very uncomfortable with doing this and was told if I didn't I could not get my $159 dollars back. The representative was extremely rude and so was her supervisor. I feel this is unfair treatment and an act of theft for a company not to refund a person when the item was sent back. I need assistance with this matter, to stop this fraudulent behavior.

Amazon is beginning to fall downhill. They are selling bad parts on their site. You have to get insurance with EVERYTHING you buy. Cause customer service is HORRIBLE. If you buy something from their site and the product is no good. They will do nothing to fix the situation. They will tell you to file a complaint with the Attorney General. Tread lightly with them. I would never recommend Amazon to anyone. Shopping on Amazon is like a gamble now.

Order placed with Amazon on Friday Sept 27. On Sept 28 I received an email from Amazon stating that my order will be delivered on Oct 2nd. Sept 30th I received an email stating that my order was now going to be delivered on October 3rd. Well today is October 7th and still no order. It takes two weeks to ship and receive a 4 item (USA based products)?

Amazon is a fraud. Their reviews are false and misleading. Their customer service agents are from the lowest part of the barrel they can find. They read you a script from a card and do nothing to help.
Tgey delayed a package for 5 days with no justification and nothing letting me know.
Then when I try to get a refund they lie to you and either say it shipped or tgey can't give you a refund because it posted already.

I have been an Amazon buyer for six or seven years, I am a Prime member and buy quite often, because I changed the eBay platform to Amazon, and the pandemic taught me to buy everything online, which turned out to be very convenient. Recently, Amazon delivery has become worse and worse, trying to find out something from the support service is useless - this is the worst support service that can be, they do not solve anything, they say routine phrases, i.e. An absolutely useless sigmentn that can be used if did not return the money and then from the fifth time. And today an extraordinary incident happened... I made three orders on September 5, delivery should be on September 7. I receive a message that one of the items in the order (a box that I ordered as a gift to give for $109 it to her on September 8) will be delivered on September 12, as the support service said, USPS is to blame, to whom the delivery was transferred, but six other items will not be delivered either, although the delivery was supposed to be done by Amazon. The support service simply mumbled and talked some nonsense to this. Many things and all sorts of things have happened, but apparently there are so many clients that one more or one less - no one will notice. It is very convenient - to take money, and deliver not when promised, but when it is convenient for Amazon, and maybe never. Summary: completely unexpectedly, Amazon has quietly turned into the worst delivery service, it is not worth talking about the clowns from the support service - it's just a circus. If this continues, the owner of Amazon, thanks to his employees, will become a beggar. Who would want to order goods that are not delivered. It is clear that the owner himself does not read these reviews, which is a pity...
P.S. After the stress of yesterday, Amazon delivered food for my pet, and today USPS brought a box for jeverly. I'm just wondering, is it really necessary to spend half a day finding out and proving something in order to get what you paid for within the time specified by the company!?
