At the time you asked this question, we were operating on a different business model. We now store inventory on site and any order placed ships out within one business day, almost always. Who knows. The site promises 1 business day ship out and 2-3 business day delivery. Here I am, ending business day 4 since I ordered and not even a PEEP from them regarding my order. No shipping or tracking info, no emails from CS. I feel like my money has been stolen.
I haven't received mine yet either and it's kind of like a moving target as to when and if you will receive it. They change the amount of days each time I have asked. I can't get into my account on their site and they claimed they shipped my order, but UPS tracking shows it hasn't even come to them. I've never dealt with such a poorly run business.
