I'm at Paypal being asked about automatic payments to blitsy.com. what is this? I am trying to use paypal not blitsy ! whats up?

why do I have to agree to pay with paypal on future orders. I have never had a merchant ask me to do that and it makes me feel you would have unlimited access to my paypal account
I just ordered $170USD woth of stuff from Blitsy. Shipping is to Canada. I've already paid $25 for shipping. Anyone from Canada buy from them and have been charged custom/duties?.?
