I am reading a review online and it says that a lady placed an order on December 20,2015 and as of January 2,2016 she had not received her order. I want to place an order for my nephew. Is this a reputable site?

Blitsy is a growing company. Back in December 2015, we experienced some issues with our shipping department, but all of that has improved and we are light years ahead now of where we were then. If you place an order today, it will go out tomorrow at the latest - this is the norm!
