6-8 weeks and thats if you do get it at all. Don't bother with Dress Lily, they are an Asian based company and very difficult to do business with. Shop elsewhere.
They have generally replied within 24 hours but just a generic response that doesn't really answer your question. I have now threatened to report them to the watchdog program so waiting to see if I get a different response.
Nancy Taylor, I ordered 2 tops last summer. They are very cheaply made and run small. I ordered more tops end of August and still have not received. They are in Chiana. I have written them a few times. They wrote back in broken English, "Bad weather and come long way is hold up, sorry to disturb you." lol I am watching my statement and there better not be a charge. I called Better Business Bureau-not much you can do in another country.
Of course i had the correct address. I bought before from this company. You were lucky as their stuff gets shipped from China so if you live in Japan you might be lucky to get it in one week.
Go online to their site and contact support- If you paid with paypal you can start a dispute/claim with them.
Contact your credit card company for a refund, these folks are scam artists.
Seriously, after reading all the bad reviews online you are still thinking about ordering from this company? You my dear are the definition of crazy and risk taker. Sorry but they are scam artists and you have read the reviews. Not trying to be rude but not sugar coating it for you either. If you order from them then you deserve to get your money taken. If you want to donate and give money away I could give you my address. Thanks. :)
