How long will it take to receive my products once i order them?

I just placed an order and when i received the confirmation it said the seller was hasan. is this correct? i was thinking it would be a confirmation from dress lily as the seller. just want to make sure it is ok.

Keep bugging them. Don't give up. They are a horrible company and you might not get the dress but don't give up and you will probably get your refund... Eventually. Good luck

How long does it take for shipment to come to usa?

The one time (and the last time) I ordered, it took a few months for the first part of the order to arrive, and it took them also a few months to even ship the second part, which then arrived a month after that. No tracking number for the second part of the order. I even had paid for the shipping tracking and "insurance." JUST DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSLILY. My one and only experience with ordering from Dresslily is what taught me to strictly only buy online from reputable companies. TRUST ME. It's not worth the massive headache. This company should be shut down.

I ordered a dress a month ago. was wondering why it hasnt come in yet?

Answer:

I ordered a simple blouse from them. It took over a month (actually six weeks) for them to get it to me. It was wadded up in an envelope about the size of a kindle or nook tablet. (I am a 2x.) When I opened it the odor of formaldehyde was overwhelming. Hung it outside until it aired out. Never could get all the wrinkles out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Status on my order dated 3? 18/15

Answer:

Did you choose flat rate shipping? It can take more than a month to get the package! (5-15 working days to ship your package, and another 20-25 working days to get it.). If you still wont get it, ask about the customs at your country, I had that problem once (I had to pay an extra fee, because fck me apparently. Thanks motherland.). If you still can't find it, ask the site support for help, they will provide you extra information, even if you dodn't pay for tracking number :)

How do you contact dresslily? have tried and tried for days. product received was defected and un-useable. contacted credit card co. disputing paying, they really need to answer my messages or no payment. will then dispose of product and warn everyone to stay away from them.
