on 5/13/16I had a bad experience too. Hopefully you bought on a Visa card (debit or credit)
Send them an email asking where you can return the purchase to and ask for a full refund, attach any pictures of damage etc. When they don't reply (and they won't) contact visa who will send you a claim form and attach your email for evidence.
Visa will refund you your money and hopefully stop this company using visa in the future if enough people do this. Hope this helps. Good luck.
