Or signed up by other email address? If you bought through FB, please try to login by FB, and if by other email, please offer me the email address, I will help you to check your order number firstly. So i just read that someone was refunded there money within 24hrs. my question is why is it they told me 15-20days? i used a credit card can't it be put right back on it? please look into for me. my order no# is b1586187. thank you
