Please don't order anything this company is a scam

If you paid with PayPal, open a dispute and DO NOT close it, no matter what they say! I opened a dispute for items ordered back at the first of January that never came (it's now May). They replied that I had to close the dispute for them to be able to refund the money. I believed them and unfortunately for me, once a dispute is closed, it can never be reopened :( Nice scam to get out of refunding people their money :(

They are most definitely a scam. It has been more than a month since I asked for a refund on items that haven't shipped. When I inquired on Facebook, they deleted my comment and blocked me from writing anymore comments. Reputable companies don't do that.

2-3 months returns are expensive and clothes are small and cheap

Don't buy from them. Clothes are made by a 6 year old and the largest size fits a 10 year old

Paypal was completely useless in my case. They just added further delay while they "looked into it". I did, however, eventually receive satisfaction from my credit card company after I submitted photographs showing a normal sized blouse compared to a fashionmia jacket.

I ordered from them too and it took almost 3 or longer months for me to get my order. The items are poorly made and they will not answer any questions out right. I returned the item and it took longer for my refund to go through than it did for me to receive the item, with a lot of headache and horrible emails. It will take longer than 2 months for items to be shipped to anywhere.

It took my order longer than 2 months to get to me. And I had to return it. The address on their site and their number on their site is also wrong. Cause my return is sitting in the dead zone post office in the states marked as undeliverable and no one at this company will return my emails about the correct address. I have even asked for a phone number to call and no one returns my emails. Good luck.

Scammed business. Chinese people owned, they alway doing business like this. They are Garbage! Good luck Amalia.

Good luck. I also had to return an item that I ordered back in late november early December and I just now got my refund. With a lot of bad emails and lies on their end. Hound the heck out of them. Don't give up. The address on their site is also incorrect for their returns. My item is still here in the states at the dead zone post office marked as undeliverable. I hounded them so much that they finally said just give her her money back. Each day I checked the tracking number and each day that I didn't see the refund in my account I emailed more than 10 times. I forced their hand to return money. Keep forcing their hand. Don't give up.
