Horrible. They sent me the wrong product and will assume NO responsibility for it. They don't care—and won't accept food returns. The pictures I sent clearly show a product that I didn't order…the receipt showed wording describing what I DID order, and the picture of the item in the box was something entirely different.
So I'm stuck paying for a lower priced item that I never ordered.
They are 100% wrong—and could literally care less.

Never expect a return/exchange. Even when THEY ship you the wrong product.

ORdered 3 Buddy's pizzas for $100 to be shipped to my sister on her birthday. FIVE days later it shows up ruined. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I got the rude assistance. I was told it would take 10 days for a refund. I will NEVER order anything from this trash company again and neither should you.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered Cuban Sandwiches from Versailles in Miami. Meats and cheeses got there thawed and hot, considering is ham and pork they were not fit for consumption. Goldbelly acted like they have no control over the situation and refused to give me a full refund. Only a credit to once again use their substandard service. Needless to say I have launched a complaint through BBB, beware of this company or it will be an expensive mistake.

Ordered a Christmas Eve meal for my parents on 12/18, with a delivery date of 12/22. On 12/21 I noticed that the dinner had not shipped. Tried to email customer service and got an automated response that it would be days for an actual response. Checked status again on 12/22. Item had not been shipped. Tried to text, message, call and email customer service. Was told that they had turned off calls and texting and the only way to reach customer service was via email. Emailed again. Automated response received. It's now 12/26. Goldbelly took $200 from me and yet the gift I ordered was never received and I cannot reach this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Order the crabs and shrimp was supposed to arrive on Friday did not show up until Monday. Not one thing in the box. Was cold sat in a UPS truck all weekend. Everything was wrapped in newspaper with the two lousy ice packs that couldn't keep anything cool for more than a day if lucky first and last time buying from this place order at your own risk

Lied about shipping date. Was suppose to arrive on my anniversary. It will not so I reached out was told they would refund for store credit. I mentioned I would not be shopping there anytime soon, if they could just refund my card. He came back and said they couldn't do anything after all. I ordered two items from Goldbelly (specifically, Chesapeake Bay Gourmet): a sprial cut ham and "Maryland" crab cakes. Overall, the ham was good, but not greatly better than many of the spiral cut hams I have bought at my local supermarket. However, the crab cakes were truly awful. They were nothing like the crab cakes pictured in the advertisement. They were small and frozen on arrival. I hoped that they might plump up when baked, but that didn't happen. They were advertised as having been made from "high quality Maryland lump blue crab meat," but that was definitely untrue. The cakes were mushy and unappetizing and ended up in my trash. I made better crab cakes thirty years ago from cheap, canned crab meat imported from Thailand. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Goldbelly, nor will I be ordering again from them.

I ordered a top 100 cake from Goldbelly. The cake was much smaller than expected and was very dry and tough. I don't know if it became stale when shipping or before it was sent. I won't purchase from goldbelly again.

My wife and I have ordered from Goldbelly multiple times. Every other time we have ordered from them, we have been extremely pleased with the quality of the product.
However, the most recent order, which was supposed to be 75 day, wet, aged primes, ribeyes, ended up being 75 day, wet aged select steaks. They were absolute trash.
They were filled with gristle and large, thick, fat rivers. There was hardly any marbling too.
We contacted Goldbelly about the low quality of the steaks. They said that they do not take returns but that they would give us $15 off of a future order. This one order was $240. Not cheap.
We will never be ordering from Goldbelly again. They do not care about their customers. They only care about their money.
There are plenty more websites that offer high-quality prime and Wagyu steaks. Goldbelly sucks.

Atrocious meal. Fatty prime rib, liquid creamed spinach. No follow up from customer service except to offer $15 off of my next order. We threw away our xmas dinner as it was inedible and ordered take out pizza.

I ordered 8 pizzas from Imos Pizza w a 2 day delivery. 8 days later Pizzas arrive at room temperature. Shipper improperly prepared shipping product; no dry ice shipped in cardboard box, not Styrofoam container. Called Goldbelly Customer Service and they were not helpful. Buyer Be Ware, NO REFUND for incompetence on a pricey product shipped by employees that should know better.

The first pasta we had was bolognaise had tiny pieces of something which i assumed was meat. It was almost like jerky.

BUYER BEWARE! Just purchased a pie from Gold Belly and it was delivered on time, but the pie was crushed and the box was damaged. I contacted customer service and they would only provide a $15 gift card (The pie was $65 originally). This was my first experience with Gold Belly and I will NEVER purchase any products from them again! The customer service agent, Daniel, was very pleasant and apologetic, but in this case, actions speak much louder than words.

Ordered pizzas. Got them today and packaging was horrible and 3 pizza's were smashed on one side. My mom ordered lobster rolls and soup. The buns were a joke about a inch wide. Wrote customer service and all Seth had to offer to me was it looks right in the pictures you sent. Buyer beware customer service doesn't care. Should of never strayed away from my taste of Chicago for my pizza's. Sad that between the two orders we spent over 200.00

I ordered 2/12 for a 2/24 delivery. Today is 3/2. It has not left the vendor. I have had to email multiple times and keep being told it will ship, but hasn't shipped. If you need something delivered at a specified time- this is NOT your vendor. Would not use again.

I ordered three identical meals from Gold Belly. All 3 of them were packed improperly, broke open, and contaminated the rest of the food making it inedible. One of the boxes leaked out all over my floor. Gold Belly refuses to accept responsibility and provide a refund or accept the credit card dispute. In fact they are continuing to fight the dispute with credit card company saying there is nothing they can do.

Options were good. We were given a delivery date and then got word that the package would arrive three days earlier. That happened to work out well, but I guess in some cases, especially with perishable food, it could have been a problem.

I've ordered many items over the past few years. Generally,, everything has gone well. BUT for several recent orders, things have NOT turned out as promised. Late deliveries; dates changed with little or no notice. Email support is a black hole and telephone support non-existent. Never an offer to make good or to offer a discount or upgrade. Just a general take it or leave it attitude. And if rose their offerings, you will see that they have cut down on the number of products offered or everything is sold out. What once was good is now no longer.
