Hi Jamie! If you are successfully completing surveys on Peanut Labs link from your InboxDollars account click the "transaction" link on your survey page and view your surveys taken. Select the survey shown and if it shows completed and there is no credit you can use the "report issue" link and Peanut Labs will review. You can also contact LiveChat for assistance as well - the link is in the Support Center.
Hi Jordan, You are correct that the company that provided those cards ended their program back in June 2015 and we have full information in our Support Center that helps explain. If you had a card you would have received an email with that information as well. InboxDollars now has 3 ways to request payment and that is via Check, new Prepaid Visa Cards and eCards (Merchant Store Cards). If you are clicking on a PaidEmail and it is routing to a blank white page there could be a couple of things causing this with your browser. 1. Make sure you have popups enabled as the link in the PaidEmail is a link 2. If you are using 1 browser try another to see if that resolves the issue 3. In reading your note it appears you may be discussing another reward site similar to InboxDollars as our site does not have any "Carried Cash Credits" nor do we have a Screen Pop Up when requesting payments. Please check your account information with that other site as it could be a site with a similar name as ours and you will need to reach out to them directly for assistance.
