I called the customer service number, and registered. I did not have a wait list, and I did not give ipsy any social media info. Make sure you fill out the profile information. It does help determine what ipsy sends you. It is a great subscription service.
It is very important to keep your profile information up to date. After a glam bag with something you do not like, or see a trend in lipstick. CALL Customet Service, they noted my request on my account. It seems to have worked for me. BIRCHBOX send me the same stuff every month. Seriously disappointing. Ipsy seems to be a much better subscription.
Barb G, I was scrolling and somehow accidentally clicked on "Not as Helpful" for your answer. It was purely on accident, and I'm not seeing a way to clear or undo the rating. So sorry.
I only received one Glam bag before I cancelled but everything except a brow pencil was sample size. Not a good deal if you live in Canada but not so bad if in the US. Birch box gets much better ratings but if you LOVE to try new makeup, give Ipsy a shot.
My niece has been getting it forever she hasn't had any problems with them and i also have a friend who gets it and she has never had a problem. I got mine last month and i loved it.
