You can't they only have an online email support team. All answers are scripted and often incorrect
Super difficult. No phone line. After you emailed them you have to wait for Kogan coming back to you. Normally after two days.
Absolutely impossible, and when you do get through i dont think its to a human being but a computer.

Easy to get hold of by email but they are useless in resolving anything
Hard at first to work out where and how to contact them.
Haha, don't bother. They are difficult to get to, a response can take datas, and when they do respond, the quality is completely woeful.
VERY DIFFICULT CAN ONKY USE EMAIL CONTACT CANNOT SPEAK TO A PERSON UNLESS IT IS A MOBILE ISSUE

They've constructed the online help form to keep taking you back to the beginning.
Their "service" is non-existent...
