Do NOT buy from Romwe! If I could give them negative stars, I would. I spent almost $200 worth of clothing, and none of them arrived even though my order status says delivered. I contacted customer service, but they didn't respond. I thought it would be okay to order from them because of all the social media posts I've seen with people supposedly wearing Romwe clothing, but I was sorely mistaken. This feels entirely like a scam, and I suggest you spend your money elsewhere instead of risk losing your time and money for nothing in return. Totally not worth it!

I placed an order 7/28,3 weeks later no shipping indication and I am not able to track this at all! No customer service, I emailed them no reply. It will be a month and nothing received. Ugh! So disappointed :( I spent 40 dollars on clothes that I needed for a special event and never got any of it... I ordered weeks ago and they marked it as "been shipped out" just so I can't cancel the order. I go onto Usps and it says it hasn't even been shipped out to their building. I've emailed many times and get no response. Don't buy from here they just want your money. So mad!

I have been unable to get a refund or have the item resent. I am very frustrated and will never shop here again. This is unbelievable. I also tried emailing them and got no response. I just want the item I payed for or my money back. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
I don't recommend shopping from ROMWE, my first experience with them was very disappointing. I ordered two items since May and now we are on July and still haven't received anything yet. The tracking was useless. Their customer service is terrible. I sent them a message to get the answer about why I haven't received my order yet and I never heard back from them. I ordered some face masks for Halloween over a month ago now. They have never arrived. There is no way to contact customer service, the order says it is shipped so I cannot cancel it but I'm unable to track it either. I am willing to change my review if I am helped out however at the moment I believe romwe is a SCAM. It is just ridiculous to be unable to get a refund when your item doesn't arrive Go to Zaful or Shein instead, much better customer service and fast shipping.
I bought 3 dress and two crop tops and I did not like a single one. They do not look anything like the photos. The fabric and color are different as well. I waited a MONTH for my items and I'm still expecting another dress in the mail, however, I know already that it's not worth the wait. The quality of the clothing is extremely cheap and one of the crop tops looks more like a napkin than a piece of clothing. Nothing fits right. I showed a lot of people this clothing and they all say that I should return my items. I want to but at the same time I feel like this company either will not give me my money back or it will take months to do so. I'm so disappointed with my purchase. This company is such a scam. I highly recommend trying different websites, this one is terrible.

I haven't received my clothes yet so can't comment on quality but judging from the reviews on here I'm not expecting much! The website says ships within 24 hours but my order has been saying 'processing' all week. When I enquired about how long it would be I got the rudest customer service ever asking 'is this the first time you've ever shopped online' and maybe 'I should learn so, e things before ordering' whilst sending me links to their terms and conditions pages! No wonder they have to delete all their comments from social media!

Don't order from this website. I had a trip planned and need bathing suits to get here on time. None of them did because Romwe told me last minute that the delivery would be delayed 3-5 days AND said that one of my items was out of stock.

I ordered many items and checked the cm sizes they claimed since Asian sizes often run smaller then US. Two shirts the sold as same size- one fit and the other would not even go on- it was so small, like a child's doll shirt. Quality was terrible! See through. Seems barely sewn with threads sticking out all over. Not made with right material. Garbage. I'm so sad as I bought 20 pieces. Waste of money. Most inferior quality I've ever seen!

I spent over 50 dollars and bought 3 items on the Romwe website. NONE of the items were as described, all of them were about 2 sizes small and they did not match the images in the description. I am a small girl and don't usually have problems finding a good fit, however, this clothing is made so poorly, the fit makes no sense! I was extremely disappointed and emailed the customer service. 4 days later I received a response that they will except my return, no shipping label was provided. I live in Canada and sending my purchase back would cost me around $25 dollars. Therefore, I am stuck with this pile of garbage. My advice: don't bother and go to Forever 21 if you want to save money, you'll get much better quality and service.

I wrote a pretty scathing review the other day about two orders that seemed to have been lost forever. Both were delivered today and I wanted to leave a more favorable review of Romwe in light of this development. My issues came from the fact that the shipping process is pretty unclear. I was provided tracking numbers for items that didn't ship for 8-9 days after those numbers were received. To me, those seemed like "dummy" numbers that were created with no shipments ever to follow. What I imagine happened is the labels were created while goods were in transit from China (or elsewhere) and don't become active until they reach the US. If only Romwe had customer service that could accurately explain their process I think they'd have fewer unhappy customers. The items were more or less as described. I would order from Romwe again but I would certainly know now to expect 3-4 weeks delivery time, regardless of tracking numbers, etc.

I'm not too sure why everyone is complaining about shipping... my item came just 6 days after I ordered it. Maybe they've had so many complaints that they've improved on that - who knows. The dress I ordered was a bit longer than I expected it to be, but it pretty much looked like the picture. After reading all these reviews post-ordering, I was worried, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order. However, t's obvious that this site steals pictures off other sites and tries to remake them and uses the excuse "it's pixels and lighting". Nope. Your buyers are not idiots, romwe. Just beware when buying from this company, but overall I'm happy with my purchase. I probably just got lucky though.
Without a doubt the most poorly made clothing that i've ever bought. Don't get me wrong, i love me some cheap inexpensive clothing that i can toss without guilt in six months but i literally threw one these dresses out straight from the package. After measuring myself and ordering what i thought to be liberal enough sizes, they proved to be extremely tight and strangely bunched in weird places and then so baggy they fell straight off my shoulders. The sizing isn't consistent whatsoever and just fit so awkwardly that i find it hard to believe that any adult could wear these comfortably. It's just embarrassing that these are being sold at all and im going to wash the other two in hot water and see if they shrink at all but if not, still going to toss them. Don't buy from this company, save your money.

My 9 year old granddaughter a sweatshirt for her 11 year old sister with her own money in the first week of January. So far we have had 3 excuses for it's not having been delivered, despite being notified that it had shipped! They did not respond to my chat message either. Young children form their opinions early & when or if they ship it they do not want to buy from them again. Also as soon as she placed her order, with express delivery, it went on. I was worried about ordering but decided that I'd try it since the prices were so good.
I ordered two months ago and my clothes still have not arrived.
I have ordered from other sellers in China and shipping time has been reasonable, but Romwe did not even process/dispatch my parcel for over a month. Ridiculous. I have emailed to complain but there have been no apologies.
From reading the reviews on the quality of the clothes, I'm not sure it'll be worth the wait if/when they do show up. Don't waste your money like I did.
It's also pretty annoying that they are sending daily emails this week to advertise their Halloween costumes. Yeah, maybe if I was planning my Halloween 2020 costume...

I made a purchase, thinking that I could use the clothes I bought for an interview I had coming up. Unfortunately its been over two weeks and the status hasn't even changed from pending. I've "urged the shipment" dozens of times, sent a couple messages, and I haven't even gotten a response. The only thing that these people do quickly is charge your card.
