I can't even donate these clothing. So its either throw them away, OR save them for the next time when stores can't stock enough toilet paper! I literally threw my money away.

On a recent order they substituted a poor quality knit top for an item that should have been linen. Paypal decided it was not "materially different" from what I ordered so denied my claim for a refund. Anyone who buys clothes from them should be aware that they get away with this and if you're expecting a quality clothing item-don't.

This site shows beautiful photos of lovely women's clothing at unbelievable prices. I ordered a sweater and received a high neck t-shirt in stead only faintly resembling the sweater. I am attaching photos: one from their catalog, the other is what actually showed up. Do not buy from them.

This is a Chinese company who does not want to refund or cancel an unprocessed item. The package which took 6 weeks to arrive was not properly packaged and arrived open and tampered with. One item was missing. Several other items were out of their packaging and still more were obviously taken out and thrown back into the packages unfolded. I took pictures and sent emails and the company would respond "there is no problem" "take another picture" and "wait few time". I have filed a dispute with PayPal to try to get a refund.
Tip for consumers:
Do not shop here. Clothing is defectively sewn shipping estimates are double the amount of time promised. Customer service does not speak English well if you need help. My request for a refund for a missing item said “ Wait few time”

I'm having a difficult time understanding how there can be any ratings above 1 star.
The clothing sent was garbage. Tried to return but of course the company is in Guangzhou China and will not cover the shipping charges. They even go into detail on how difficult it will be for you to return your items. Despicable company!

This company can not be trusted. I ordered over $130 worth of clothes and they were of exceptionally poor quality. When I contacted them for a return for refund, they said I'd be responsible for shipping costs, including any tariffs back to China. The costs for that is over $100! These items came from Wash DC so should be able to be returned there. Their response was instead of giving me a full refund they would give me 15% refund. When I refused that, then the next email was to offer me 25% refund. WHAT A HUGE SCAM! Please beware!

Clothing is cheap and cheaply made. Can only get 15-25% refund. They are located in Wash DC but send you a shipping label from China to return unwanted items. The costs are prohibitive! Over $100 to ship to China per Post Office

This is a scam. The photos do not relate to what this company is selling. You cannot get your money back either, eventually they will offer to refund 15% or so (did not try to get this % money back, the whole process was too cumbersome). In some cases the item they send are almost funny in the loose way they pretend to copy the photo. For example you get prints on a very cheap polyester fabric instead of the embroidery pictured on the photos. Cannot believe I purchased anything without first checking the reviews. Ordered a blouse, which to ages to arrive and when it did there was a massive fault right at the front. I contacted them and they said I could return it but had to pay the postage to China or else they would just give me discount. I was so fed up, I took the discount. The designs are good (and look great in the ads) but the quality of material and finishing is awful. Will not buy from them again.

Long delivery time. Terrible quality that is not even close to what is pictured and basically no return policy. This is the cheapest, worst fabric I have ever received from an online purchase. They highly discouraged a return and offered a 15% refund. Do not buy from this company.

They make you pay all return shipping costs and make you ship it back to China. Then they tell you they will also take out return processing fees before refunding you a partial amount.

I bought a shirt and a pair of trousers from them. The quality of material is quite cheap - maybe to be expected for the price. The shirt arms where about 4" too short. On questioning they told me I am responsible for returns packaging and that I would have to ship to China and then just offered 15% of price back as an option. Feel quite cheated. Be careful.

The worse cloth I ever bought. I understand that if I don't pay high price for cotton or linen the cloth quality can't be very high either. But at least you should be able to wear them!
Size chart accuracy must have got lost in translation. Same size ( L) in 2 tops, one was a single person tent, the other was too small for my daughter wearing size S.
All photos of the 4 items I ordered are totally misleading. Stay away! Better save some money and buy some decent cloth.
I did not even bother to send them back and start an argument on refund. They went straight into the trash. You cannot even donate them without being embarrassed.

3 items bought, only 1 as described, 2 others are cheap winter trousers not summer ones ordered. No return postage payable by them to China, they say. Site looks very attractive but no contact tel or address. Fabrics are cheap synthetic mix and badly packed. Never shopping there again.

Order clothes for the next season as the current season will be gone by the time your clothes arrive. I placed my order mid May and just got it Aug 12. One item is still hasn't been processed and yes, I contacted my bank! I understand it's COVID but dang, 3 months? Their customer service responds quickly, which is good, but they still can't make yours clothes come any sooner. Clothes quality, not so good. The clothes are inexpensive and the quality shows why. One top's material feels like a thin waterproof rain slicker, another top snags to the touch, and one top started to melt when I tried to take some wrinkles out using a steamer set on low. Pic included. Sizes do run exactly like the size chart says so that was not an issue. I, however, will not be ordering from here again.

The clothes look nothing like the photos online! My T- shirts and shorts were " dry clean only"! Shipping took 45 days, and customer service was terrible with just a standard computer reply. Save your money shop somewhere else!

Ordered over $100 of clothing on May 25,2020. No updates to the tracking number since June 15,2020. Customer service continues to tell me to wait. They will not cancel my order or credit my account after numerous requests telling them I have never received the merchandise. Do not buy from this company.

Do not order from this company, it's a SCAM. Took 3 weeks to get my order, t-shirts were very poor quality. Tried to return, never heard back from their customer service, four tries. Opened the package for one of the tops and the only button on the shirt fell out. Buyer beware. You will be stuck with crappy shirts and no way to get your money back. After taking one month to arrive, with 4 or 5 requests to customer service to find out what was going on the two shirts arrived, way way too short to be of any use and now they want you to pay shipping back to China. Forget it. Buy off Amazon where there is some accountability.
