Hi , seeing all those reviews , i am already thinking of not to put my credit card details for subscription. i need to unlock couple of files. is it that you people can guarantee that you only charge me once and get me details. because it seems free subscription is only a ploy to get people into the trap. ready to pay for one month but need assurance that i am not charged again n again upon deactivating my account. best hamza

I want my account cancelled. user name is snl47@rediffmail.com. scribd has been charging me without my consent. i have cancelled my account twice in past four months, but still got shocked to see myself being charged yet again!! why do you guys have like 6 step process for cancellation and only 1 button to resume cancellation? this sounds like an elaborate scam process to me.

On my account, it clearly said i would not be charged until 3/23. i logged into my bank account it shows i already have a pending charge. it is a scam if you are providing incorrect info regarding the date customers will get charged. would not recommend this company.

I keep getting charged and get no reply from them. i have had three credit cards that keep being charged without providing them with the numbers. they are non-responsive. a letter to the ks attorney general is on my desk to be mailed. stay away from this company!
