Seriously please don't order your wedding dress from Shilla! All the negative reviews are real, the positive I can't imagine could be written by anyone other than the company themselves! I've never been so disappointed with my dress and they won't even give you a refund. Also if you try to review your purchase in their site you notice they don't publish anything negative!
If it's sounds too good to be true, it usually is and it's certainly true regarding Shilla.

Yes, half the reviews were good which is why I used Shilla. The WORST place to buy ever, and I ordered a wedding dress and when it came it was so horrible and tacky that I had to borrow a dress in the end... please take the advice and do not use them. Risky. But there are so many good shops in the UK to buy. Depends what type of dresses but go to department stores and see what looks nice then try to find online. There are sales, there are second hand dresses which you can alter at a Taylor/dressmaker. I don't know your timescale and I had little time between arrival of dress (1 month) and the wedding day... I actually borrowed a dress that was from a Chinese site, and it was great. But Shilla is awful. No customer service, and I never got a refund. Got to keep the horrible dress though as they don't want them back as it is too expensive to send to Hong Kong. The company are being investigated by the copyright authorities for criminal acts. So I would not use, Shilla, Jade gowns or any other linked company. Good luck, from Kirsty

Do not buy from these fraudsters. You do not get the dress in the photo, just they representation of what they think it is. The package is made in Singapore and then sent on. They are making mega profit on merchandise that is sub standard.

No definitely do not order anything from here comes from China not uk ordered an outfit for my son's wedding it's horrendous stitching on sleeves looks like it's been tacked falling apart ordered a 12 but more like an 8 colour not right they advise you to go to a tailor to get it adjusted but would be embarrassed to even take it to a tailor don't do it

Keep away, very very, you cant take a gamble on such a special day is all i can say... you have to be sure! Try newyorkdress.com, at least they have better customer service and fast delivery so if you dont like it you can return it in time too

Please don't touch this site! I bought a so called dress from them 16/02/16 its something thrown together by a 5 year old! Cheap fabric, stitching just looks like loose tacking and measurement totally off! Sent 4 emails as they don't answer the phone at customer services but nothing back from them!
